224:  Today’s message embodies our theme for the month. We are being reminded to embrace the faith we have in ourselves. The Universe and the angels know that you are  worthy receiving the blessings that they offer. Prosperity, love abundance and more are available to us. However, there are times when we feel less than worthy and spend precious time knocking ourselves down. (Remember when we talked about being your own worst critic?) At times like this take some time to ground and center…. just breathe, do your best to let go and surrender the situation to your spiritual helpers. Dust off your courage (it’s there.. it really is!), ask for help and give yourself a big hug and acknowledge your power as a creator. You ARE worthy, YOU are amazing and YOU have the ability to create wonderful things for yourself!




Archangel Michael is the go-to-angel. He helps us to calm down and get centered. He helps us to find our courage and our faith so that we can allow ourselves to move forward with confidence. The Irish Goddess Dana lovingly guides us through issues of self esteem and worthiness. Today she invites us to wear clothing or jewelry that makes you feel good. When we feel good about ourselves our levels of confidence increase and Ascended Master Maitreya helps to lift our mood through laughter.




Our Sacred Stone for today is Iron Pyrite. This stone give our confidence a boost and relieves anxiety and frustration.

222: Today  the Universe is reminding us of the importance of tending our “Thought Seeds”. In order for them to take root and  grow you must first believe in yourself as you cultivate these precious seedlings with loving and positive energy. Remember that you  already have the necessary skills to be successful and bring your dreams and goals to fruition. This where our faith and confidence comes into play. Start setting yourself up for the long term by taking the small opportunities that are offered to you now. Add your energy to them and help set thing in motion. Stay true to yourself because you already know what you need to do and where you want to go!




Archangel Uriel teaches us that that there is no problem that cannot be solved. Through effort and creative thinking we are capable of overcoming whatever gets in our way. The Ascended Master Solomon teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through our internal gardening process. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution. And the Greek goddess Nike gives us the strength and courage we need to claim our victories when they appear. She says, “Do not be afraid to acknowledge the amazing things you have done but don’t rest too long on your laurels. Remember that power comes through movement and momentum is lost through inactivity. Keep moving and you will be victorious!” 




Our Sacred Stones for today include Carnelian and Citrine. Fiery red-orange Carnelian helps us to make positive life choices. It helps you to trust in yourself and abilities and overcoming negative thoughts and conditioning and sunny golden Citrine. draws abundance and brings our self confidence forward. It promotes the optimistic mindset necessary to activate the manifestation process and nudges us into action.

212: The inner critic. We all have one that seemingly pops up during the times when we are trying to better ourselves and brings out our fear of failure, lack of confidence and even negative self talk. These things can cause us to be pretty hard on ourselves if things don’t go our way or happen the way we want them to or happen fast enough. The fear of failure can also stop us from moving forward. We tell ourselves that “If I don’t try, I won’t fail” or “Maybe I should wait”. Today the angels are reminding us that there are no failures only temporary setbacks. If you try and it doesn’t work out then take an objective look at what you are trying to accomplish. Find what did work (even if it’s only one thing) then discard what didn’t. Start over using the one (or more) good thing as a starting point and go from there. Using positive self-speak like “I CAN. I WILL, I LOVE and I AM” will help keep your good vibes flowing. Remember that you are worthy of creating great things!




Archangel Raguel acts a motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves. Ask for help and he can help you realize your full potential. Ascended Master Kuthumi assists us in finding and maintaining the focus needed to succeed in our goals and helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to set aside things we have no control over. And the Hindu goddess White Tara says “Come and sit beside me. I will help ease the worry in your heart and teach you how to replace it with gratitude and joy. This is where faith dwells and we must only open the doors and invite it forward.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include Smoky Quartz and Eulite. This powerful energy of Smoky Quartz  neutralizes negative energy as it helps us to work through the fear of failure. It also promotes clear insight and focus. While Eulite (Hypersthene)  helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking.

1121:  Today we continue the process of working with faith through positive thought and statements. . Remember that any statement you make can be an affirmation so take care to stay away from the negative ones. As we work towards transforming our lives it’s important to make statements in the present tense (I AM, I HAVE). The angels want us to have the best and are always helping us behind the scenes, and when we do our part they can do theirs. Don’t allow self criticism to lower your energy, stay focused and move into a brighter future. Have faith in your own power and in divine abundance!




Archangel Jophiel shows us our own divine beauty as well as the beauty that surrounds us. She helps us transforming negative and ugly into beautiful and positive. Ascended Master Saint John of God helps us when we feel anxious, sad or depressed. He surrounds us with love and brings light and Chinese goddess Kuan Yin promotes self care and self love which are where all positive thought comes from. She reminds you that “Your faith is essential to many things one of which is self care. By taking care of your needs the doors to self empowerment will open for you.”




Our Sacred Stone is Crazy Lace Agate. This gentle stone boosts self confidence and concentration while reestablishing our overall feelings of wholeness and well-being. It’s an excellent grounding stone that brings balance between our negative and positive emotions.

 September’s Theme: This month will involve working on our Life Mission/ Purpose. Sometimes we have a clear vision of what that is and sometimes we don’t.  Remember that everything you do has an impact on your world and the people in it and around you.  It can be simple, like making “tiny miracles” happen for others or even making your own life or the life of a loved one better. Sometime’s the small things are the best!

96: This month we are working on and with our Life Purpose. So how do you know what your purpose is? Well, that can sometimes be a little tricky. Some people intuitively know. while others are left scratching their heads. For those who already know the angels are letting you know that your help is urgently needed to create a more peaceful world during this crazy time. For those who aren’t sure what they can do to help the angels are saying to start small, do what you can for one person at a time. It’s time to lead by example and by sharing your unique light with those around you. Be a peacemaker, a leader, or a role model. Remember that all your needs are being supplied and manifested along the way!
