123: We are spending the day with the Ascended Masters. The message that we are receiving from them is pretty clear cut. “In order to receive new blessings (opportunities, relationships, enlightenment etc.) you need to make room. You do this by simplifying your life and letting go of the things and people who are leeching away at your energy, time or resources. If something no longer brings you joy or is not for your highest good it’s time to cut the cords.” The letting go process is necessary for our overall growth as well as helping to pave the way for the good things that the Universe is sending our direction. While this process can be difficult it’s definitely worthwhile. Once you start this process you will see and feel a major shift in your energy and you will feel more empowered.

The Himalayan Ascended Master Babaji helps us to achieve the personal and spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process. He assists us in detaching ourselves from both material things and things that no longer serve us. He teaches us that letting go is a form of simplifying your life. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.

It enables us to release things that are no longer relevant to our current path and dispels any guilt we may have when we leave things behind. Soft colored Lepidolite helps us by filtering away distractions and obsessive thinking so that we can focus on more important things. It soothes and heals stress and reminds us to just breathe.
