We all have dreams and desires. Things we want to do or things we want to get away from. There are times when we are offered the chance to make changes in our lives we are too afraid to do so. We feel like it’s too much to handle or we are afraid to fail. The key lies in remembering that change happens whether we are ready for it or not. If we fight change it becomes stressful. But if we let go of that fear or set it aside we can meet change half way and work with it. Change = Growth and personal evolution is important to our overall well-being.

Many of these changes happen through the clearing process of letting go of outdated thoughts, feelings, people and things. Letting go tells the Universe that we are ready to move forward and continue our growth cycle. Remember that without change we don’t grow and it is through growth that our Life Purpose comes into focus.
