1211: The Universe is asking us to take December’s theme to heart today as we review the information and guidance that we receive as it is directly related to the changes taking place. Remember that these changes require that we let go of old habits and patterns if we are to continue our overall growth. Take some time to ground and center and then engage in some creative pursuit. Creativity promotes clarity and can be used as a form of meditation that opens our lines of communication. The key lies in remembering that these messages can come in any form. Keep an open mind and don’t casually dismiss something as unimportant as it may hold valuable information designed to help you.

The Egyptian goddess Hathor helps us to find the answer to the question “How shall I live my life?” She tells us that every moment gives us opportunities for growth. ” When you are filled with indecision you move away from yourself and your power as a creator. The messages keep coming but they just pile up in the inbox and remain unopened. During these times it’s more important than ever to keep your receivers active. Take some time today to ground-center-clear. Open your connection to the Universe. Ask for what you need or simply give thanks for the blessings you have received in this cycle. Building Ourselves Up: Cat’s Angel Message for June 17, 2020

June’s Theme: Maintaining balance in all areas of our lives. (material, spiritual, goals, dreams, self, etc.) Create and invite good things through focus and faith while staying grounded and present.



How you speak to yourself is just as important as how you speak to others. It is through building ourselves up that we are able to find inner peace and self-love. ~Cat




617:  We hear a lot about positive affirmations and how using them can transform our lives and our thinking patterns. Now before you start rolling your eyes and thinking “Geez Cat, I don’t have time for affirmations….” here’s something to think about. Every time you alter a thought pattern from negative to positive you’ve created a personal affirmation. It’s as simple as changing “That’s never going to happen for me.” to “What I can I do to make this happen? or This will happen for me”. As I said yesterday, negative thinking blocks our powers of manifestation (and our flow of energy). This upsets our balance (see June’s Theme) and hits us with temporary setbacks. Today the angels are asking us to watch our thought patterns and change negatives into positives. Perform a balance check and ground and center if needed. Your reality is how you perceive it so be confident and move forward in your own power.

Archangel Uriel teaches us how to access our creative database. he reminds us that sometimes the best way to solve a problem is to use a non-conventional approach. 43: Everyone needs a loving support system, which consists of friends and family and right now this is so very important. However, we also have help in the Divine realms in the form of the angels, the ascended masters or our patron Goddess/God. By sharing our hopes, dreams, fears or even grief with our support systems the wheels begin to turn and things are set in motion. it brings us renewed energy, peace and healing. We then find that we are able to work the small miracles that enrich our lives as well as being able to appreciate the tiny miracles that occur on a daily level.  The Universe is also encouraging us to take a look at both lifestyle and home. Ask yourself what changes you can make that will bring more balance, peace and good vibes into your situation and environment.

Fear cannot be banished, but it can be calm and without panic; it can be mitigated by reason and evaluation. – Vannevar Bush




41:  April starts with a reminder about watching our thoughts. This goes hand in hand with yesterday’s message about “the whirlpool of worry”.  Do your best to stay focused on what you want to accomplish and on the things that are within your control, and hold love and faith in your heart. This combination will help to draw peace and calm into your life. Even when things don’t quite go your way look for one positive thing that came of it, there will always be at least one. Now take that “one thing” and add it to the foundation you are using to build your hopes and dreams on. This step by step process ensures that you will make things happen. Remember, negativity happens (it’s normal!) be sure to acknowledge the source (don’t ignore it). Learning where it comes from helps us to open and grow and allows us more freedom to be the creator we are meant to be.

Today the Universe is asking us to engage in some positive self expression. Communication is the key that will unlock these doors. No need to be aggressive or project anger because you can be forceful and still be positive. There will always be those people who think they know what’s best for you. If something doesn’t work for you or is pushing you in the wrong direction say so. You have a voice and your Spiritual Helpers are behind you all the way.
