The Essential Process: Cat’s Angel Message for May 25, 2018

525:  Change is part of life. It doesn’t matter whether  it happens naturally or if we  initiate it ourselves there is always a feeling of uncertainty that accompanies it. One of this month’s themes is “Embracing  New Adventures”. By having faith in ourselves and in the divine sources we are able to meet change with feelings of excitement. We all want to be the best that we can be and in order to do that we must be willing to move forward. Remember, changes are necessary for our overall growth (personal, mental, emotional, spiritual) and without it we are stuck in the same place. Today the angels are reminding us that during periods of change both we and our loved ones are safe and cared for. When we need help and support they are just a thought away. Opening yourself to an adventure creates positive energy that draws good things our way. Welcome them!




Our helpers today include: Archangel Chamuel helps us to see what’s truly important to us, he also helps us to build strong foundations for our relationship with ourselves (and others) and smooths the road of our personal journey.  The Ascended Master Vywamus teaches us that change can be healing opportunity. This happens as we allow ourselves to let go of things that have held us back. Along the way we unearth talents that we had set aside, which will help us to move forward and the Greek Goddess Hecate who teaches us about the importance of change. She helps us to release the past and the old things that keep us from moving on and how to accept change and transition. She tells us ” I am the guardian of the crossroads. Remember that to move ahead you must face your fears and release the past. Change and circumstance are inviting you to choose a path. It is your choice so make the one that is best for you.”




Our Sacred Stones for today are Red Tiger’s Eye which stimulates our sense of adventure by increasing our motivation, and Smoky Quartz which gently siphons away negative emotions and our fear of failure.

523:  We have divine assistance on our side in the form of the Universe and it’s helpers. While this assistance is important it is more so when we are going through problems or changes. Many are experiencing major life changes and the angels message is one of encouragement. ” We are here to help you , please don’t be afraid of what is taking place in your life. It is through times of change that your purpose and mission are revealed. These changes also bring you great blessings that open new doors and help you create the life you want!”  Today’s message is all about embracing change with an attitude of excitement and expectation. Continue to work in your inner garden to make room for new growth. Above all remember to have faith in yourself and the universe.  let yourself explore as you embrace your confidence and  find new ways of being and doing.




Archangel Chamuel provided help with relationships, including the one we have with ourselves. A strong relationship helps to make our journey through change smooth and successful. The Ascended Master Saint Germain guides us through the process of making room for new things. His gentle presence helps us to keep going when things get tough and gives us the courage to meet new challenges and the Hindu Goddess Kali oversees the ending of cycles and transformations. Kali is a powerful lady and her energy is like a storm that clears away what we no longer need and replaces it with focus for new beginnings, and the courage and motivation we need to see things through.




Our Sacred Stones for today is Eulite (Hypersthene) which helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by  stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships.

519: One of the best things that we can do for ourselves is to embrace a positive self image. We’ve all heard the phrase “love yourself”, it’s not only an important part of our self care, it also helps to increase our self confidence and feelings of worth. When we love ourselves and like who we are it shows. That’s not to say that there isn’t room for improvement (there’s always room for that) because we really are a work in progress. A positive self image tells the world “I am confident in who I am and I like myself. I am not perfect, however I am trying to be the best person I can be .” Today the angels are saying “Give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the amazing being you are!”




Our helpers for today include Archangel Chamuel who helps promote a good relationship with other and more importantly, with ourselves. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin  helps us with all forms of self care, and loving kindness that is directed within ourselves. She tells us “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart and spirit.” and Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) who brings laughter and joy into our lives, it is through these things that we find ourselves centered in the moment and are able to enjoy the process of  our inner  growth.




Our Sacred Stones for today are Sodalite and Rose Quartz. Sodalite is a stone for the mind. It encourages clear and calm thinking. It helps us to be objective and helps us to release old mental conditioning and outdated thought patterns as it boosts our self confidence and  esteem. Rose Quartz is the essential self love and self care stone. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feeling that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace.

59:  The personal work that we have been doing recently is helping to make our lives more stable. Through changes and the letting go process we are finding our balance and are gaining a clearer view of our life path. I like to visualize this path as being surrounded by vegetation. There are plants in various stages of growth, flowers, trees and of course…. weeds. The weeds represent things that we need to let go of. A we pull these weeds we are clearing the way for new growth. We may even find some of the thought seeds we had planted and forgotten about or bare spots where we can plant new things. The angels are simply asking us to do some personal gardening today. Set a goal of weed-plant-nurture to get your personal garden into shape!




The Greek Goddess Persephone teaches us how to liberate ourselves from the things that are holding us back so that we can forge ahead on a new path. This lady has both an iron will and compassion. She tells us “Don’t be afraid to unearth what lies beneath. By shedding light in dark places we often find treasures we had forgotten. These treasure can form the foundations that you need.” Archangel Chamuel helps us to get back on track. He is showing us how to build the strong foundations we need to be successful in all areas of life. These foundations are created in part through the letting go process and through the positive changes that we embrace, and the Ascended Master Saint Germain helps find creative solutions during times when we feel unsure of our direction stuck in place. He guides us through the essential space clearing so that we can start the building and growth process.




Our Sacred Stones for today are Rhodonite which helps us to shed old-outdated and harmful thinking and patterns. It helps us to find our confidence and clears away confusion as it helps balance our energy and  Unakite which promotes rebirth and gently assists us in finding and releasing old things that are blocking our progress.

What We Think, We Become: Cat’s Angel Message for April 22, 2018

What we think, we become. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world. – The Buddha




 422:  Everyday we are made aware of bad things happening around us thanks to newspapers, social media and television. After being bombarded with this ongoing negativity it can be difficult to see the good in humanity. But the truth is that the GOOD is there and we just need to look more closely to find it. More and more of our fellow human beings are sharing positive stories and their light with the world. This is also true in our own lives.  Even though we sometimes get so caught up in the bad that we forget to see the good. Today the angels are urging us to trust in the Universe and in ourselves. They are asking us to have hope and to acknowledge the divine spirit that resides that resides within us. When we can embrace our own divine spirit we are able to see the divine in others, this enables us to find the good in humanity and promote hope and faith to those around us.






Archangel Chamuel is one of the seven core archangels and is considered one of the Powers who oversee the protection of the world. Call upon Chamuel if you are fearful of current world events and he will surround you with comfort and protection. The Chinese Ascended Master Kuan Ti also help to prevent hostile situations and warfare. Ask him to intervene and help bring about peaceful solutions and Ascended Master Buddha brings us inner peace and joy.




Our Sacred Stones for today are: Chrysoprase which helps to tune in to positive events and brings us hope. Blue Quartz helps us to understand our spiritual nature, it also inspires hope as it calms the mind. Hematite helps those in need of grounding and protection and Rose Quartz can be used to promote love of self and others.

420: Yesterday we talked about helping/healing ourselves and others, and today we delve a little deeper.  The biggest stumbling blocks are lack of confidence and faith in ourselves. These things can keep us from making the effort because we are afraid to fail. Today the Universe is reminding us that what we perceive as failure is actually progress. Each attempt or step (even baby steps) helps to keep us moving forward and teaches us something new. Our actions are inspiring to ourselves as well as others. Because we are showing that while we’re a work in progress we continue to persevere to make ourselves the best person we can be. If you try something and it doesn’t work out, look for the one thing that did (there is always at least one) and use that as building block and try again. by doing this we gain self confidence and courage. Step into your power and keep moving upward!




 Archangel Chamuel helps to build healthy relationships and Archangel Jophiel guides us through ugly situations and helps us find a new perspective on them. Archangel Michael provides direction and courage while boosting our self esteem. The Ascended Master  Vywamus gives us the encouragement we need to keep trying and helps to inspire us with new ways of doing things and Nike, the Greek goddess of victory and success help us to embrace the good things we have accomplished.




Today’s Sacred Stones are: Turquoise which helps promote creative problem solving, dispels negative energy and helps to restore our balance, and Smoky Quartz to help neutralize the fear of failure while it helps us stay grounded. it also teaches us how to let go of what no longer serves us.

329: Today’s number revolves around our “life mission”. Your life mission is essentially an area where you feel compelled to serve. While some do big things in a big way most of us do small things in small ways that make a difference to the people around us. It’s not about how much you do but what you do that matters. Simply by helping one person you are making a difference and by helping others we help ourselves in the process. This creates a chain reaction as people pass it on. Life missions vary just like paths do, so never let someone else tell you your mission (or path is wrong). You know what you need to do. If it feels right, brings you joy and helps you grow then you are headed in the right direction.


Archangel Chamuel offers clear guidance as we go about our life missions. he teaches us that when we move forward with heartfelt gratitude we are able to see things more clearly and have a better understanding of what we need and what others really need.  39:  While everyone’s life mission is different there are certain purposes inherent to us all. We are each responsible for being the best person we can be and sharing our unique talents, passions and interests with the world around us. To all my fellow introverts out there, this doesn’t mean that you need to go out and teach others (unless that’s part of your calling) leading by example is every bit as powerful. The world is a crazy place right now which makes this all the more important. By doing our part we are leading in a positive manner toward a positive goal. The Ascended Masters are also calling upon all of the Lightworker’s out there and are asking them to work on completing the tasks that are related to your life purpose because your power is definitely needed at this time.

216: We all struggle with material concerns and although we do our best to maintain a positive outlook there are times when we find ourselves stuck in the “Swamp of  Worry &  Fear”. This little side trip happens to everyone, it’s normal. The key is in having faith in yourself to  make things happen even when the cards seem stacked against you. The Universe and its helpers are reminding us that when the swamp beckons to take a moment and find your center. Let go of fear and worry and focus on what’s good in your life, Embracing gratitude allows us to gain clarity and focus. This helps us to start building a bridge through the Swamp and while we may get out feet muddy our gratitude keeps us from becoming stuck.

26: Today’s world tends to revolve around material things. people are obsessed with having the best, the latest, the most expensive and the most “things”. By allowing these things to control our lives it takes up valuable time and energy. Today the angels are gently reminding us that happiness and success are not created by “the things you have”. They are created by what you have within.


“Step away from the material today and look for your inner peace and harmony. These are the things you must have in order to achieve true happiness and success.”


Take time to look at your life and be grateful for what you have. By doing this it allows us to see and receive blessings and opportunities that might otherwise miss out on.
