The thing about negative thought patterns is that by holding on to them it can cause self harm through lack of self care. The Universe is telling us that self care is important because if we are unable to help ourselves first we won’t be able to help those who need us. Did you know that you can turn a negative statement into a positive one by eliminating the words “IF”= That’s never going to happen and “BUT”= I lack faith and self confidence, from your positive thought vocabulary. Replace If with WHEN and But with HOWEVER and it will give your statement a positive push. If you are having trouble with being or staying positive take the time to ground-center-clear and remember to breathe. 117:  We start the day with a big hug from our angels. They are letting us know that we are on the right path and that the work we are doing is paying off. Don’t be discouraged if the results aren’t visible just yet. The key is to remember that you are in charge of creating YOUR reality and to look for the best in any given situation.
