511: Today the Universe is asking us to focus on receiving and acknowledging the  messages and guidance we receive.  Remember to pay attention because  these messages can come from anywhere and at any time. So staying in the present will benefit you today as this information is directly related to the personal evolution and the changes taking place. If you feel that your communication lines are blocked try giving  yourself a creative project. Did you know that creative pursuits are  a form of meditation that opens the line to divine communication while it promotes clarity? Activities like painting, dancing, gardening, or crafting of any kind will allow your mind to stay present yet relaxed. Not feeling creative? Try yoga. This also promotes clarity and focus as it relaxes the mind. Be open to all forms of guidance, even if it doesn’t seem relevant now store it away for future use.




Archangel Jophiel teaches us to slow down and appreciate the beauty around us. By taking the time to simply breathe and absorb “beauty” it can help open our communication lines by lowering the barriers we have put up. The Ascended Masters, Jesus, Moses, Babaji and Yogananda, all demonstrated the ability to clearly hear the Divine during their time (s) on earth. They can assist in removing any blocks so that you can trust in the guidance and wisdom that you receive. Water has the power to cleanse not only your body but your spirit and energy field as well.”. When our energy field is clear messages come to us more easily.

55:  When Change shows up at your house in his beat up truck and tells us to get in you better buckle up because we’re going for a ride baby! To clear the way and make and room  start by letting go of a few things that are  no longer working for you or that you have outgrown. (People, activities, thoughts, old resentments etc.) Start small and work up from there. This makes it easier to tackle the  larger things later if we keep in mind that things are connected and by picking apart the big things it makes them easier to let go of. Now give these things over to the angels, then visualize packing up all the old things into a bag and tossing it off a bridge. I kid you not this visualization is truly empowering! The clearing away process creates the necessary space for better things. Remember, you deserve good things and life is too short to hang on to things that no longer bring you peace and joy!




Archangel Jeremiel oversees life changes and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. He teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes.  The Himalayan Ascended Master Babaji helps us to achieve the personal and  spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process . It helps to sharpen the mind and enhances our self confidence and it can teach us to look back at the past and find the gifts that are hidden within our experiences and then shows us the path to forgiveness and moving forward.

Everywhere I Go: Cat’s Angel Message for March 7, 2019 


March Theme: This month carries the energy of the Ascended Masters. We will be working to improve self love, inner peace and overall clarity. These things will help on the path to manifesting our dreams and goals.




Everywhere I go, I still have time to meditate. People think meditating is sitting there, nobody bothering you, but you can even talk and still meditate. – Jet Li




37: Take some time today to engage in meditation. Like our quote for the day from Jet Li meditation doesn’t necessarily means sitting still. Go for a walk or simply gather impressions from what’s going on around you. Make note of details, feelings, thoughts and ideas that come to you, don’t force things to come to you just let them flow naturally. You can even ask questions or gain peaceful reassurance from the Divine Sources, the Angel or Ascended Masters. Meditation is also a form of self care, which is important to our overall well-being. It helps us to regain our balance and allows us to ground and center. The Ascended Masters are just reminding us today to embrace awareness of your world and yourself and feel the budding of new growth!




Archangel Jophiel reminds us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. She reminds us that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp.  The Ascended Master Babaji encourages us to follow our spiritual paths. He can show you the path to letting go of material things and how to simplify your life. You can connect with him through breathwork and yoga. It opens the crown chakra to help us receive universal guidance as it calms the emotions and promotes inner peace.

225:  We all experience times in our lives when it becomes necessary to let go of outdated and outgrown things. These include things like habits, relationships, material items and thought patterns. Hanging on to these things after their “expiration date” can become a crutch that we use when we are afraid to move on. This inhibits our personal and spiritual growth and causes us to flounder. Today the angels are asking us to start letting go of the things that no longer work for us. They know that this can be difficult and sometimes painful. However, the benefits and freedom obtained in the process will clear our path and propel us forward. It will also bring us new opportunities, growth and blessings that help us to achieve what we want most.




Archangel Zadkiel teaches us about forgiveness as he gently helps us to forgive ourselves and others so that we can continue moving forward as situations are healed. The Ascended Master Babaji teaches us that emotional and spiritual baggage takes up a lot of room and it is through the letting go process that we learn the joy of simplifying our lives for the better. The Egyptian Goddess Isis teaches us about patience as we enter periods of personal growth. She encourages us to celebrate each step in the process no matter how small it may seem. It also strengthens our faith as it removes the projections of others that are holding us back.

26: Today’s world tends to revolve around material things. People are obsessed with having the best, the latest, the most expensive and the most “things”. By allowing these things to control our lives it takes up valuable time and energy. Today the angels are gently reminding us that happiness and success are not created by “the things you have”. They are created by what you have within.


“Step away from the material world today and look for your inner peace and harmony. These are the things you must have in order to achieve true happiness and success.”


Take time to look at your life and be grateful for what you have. By doing this it allows us to see and receive blessings and opportunities that might otherwise miss out on.

123: We humans are busy creatures. We spend our days scurrying about like ants on a mission and expend great amounts of energy, time and money. Some of the “expenditures” are worthwhile and others are not. It’s easy to wear ourselves out. Humans also tend to hang onto things like people, things and activities simply out of habit. Today our angels are asking us to look at where our time, energy and money go and to root out the things we no longer need, have outgrown or keep hanging onto just because. Simplify your life is the key phrase for today. Be proactive about making room in your life and check the expiration dates. If something doesn’t fulfill you, bring you joy, or it steals your energy it’s time to let it go. Remember that through simplifying and clearing you are making room for new adventures, friends, and blessings!

123:  We are spending the day with the Ascended Masters. The message that we are receiving from them is pretty clear cut. “In order to receive new things (opportunities, relationships, enlightenment etc.) you need to make room. You do this by simplifying your life and letting go of the things and people who are leeching away at your energy, time or resources. If something no longer brings you joy or is for your highest good it’s time to cut the cords.” The letting go process is necessary for our overall growth as well as making way for the good things that the Universe is sending our way. While this process can be difficult it’s definitely worthwhile. Once you start this process you will see and feel a major shift in your personal empowerment!
