We may not always be aware of it, but we all create and repeat affirmations constantly. The problem is, we typically don’t pay attention to exactly what those affirmations are saying. Often we go through the day giving ourselves all sorts of contradictory, or even negative messages. We may project confidence to the world around us, while our inner dialogue says… I hope this works. I am so nervous about this. I hope I don’t blow it. Affirmations are self fulfilling prophecies. If we say, This is never going to work … then chances are excellent it never will. – John Assaraf




313:  The Ascended Masters are telling us that today is a good time to do a little self-work. During the winter months we often find ourselves feeling down or trapped in our routines. The coming of Spring however offers us the chance to renew our view of and our approach to life. Surround yourself with healing energy today. Starting with Ground-Center-Clear to release old energy and to help fine tune your connection to the Divine. ( I like to do this exercise outside and if it’s breezy it’s even better. let the wind move through you and visualize it clearing your energy field.) Today’s number is a sign of progress so if you feel stuck look for the things that are holding you back. Remember that you are the creator of your life. Find one good thing, take baby steps or embrace tiny miracles, just do something that helps you to move forward!




Archangel Michael assists us with space clearing. Ask him to help you to make room within so that you can welcome new things. He helps us to find the courage and direction that we need to work through any obstacles that pop up. He teaches us that we have what it takes to create new things for ourselves as he helps us reach new levels of self confidence. The Ascended Master Maitreya shows us the healing and cleansing power of laughter and how it can be used for healing. He teaches us that laughter and joy creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. And the Roman goddess Vesta who oversees hearth and home. She helps us to clear space (both in our physical home and our inner home) to make room for new things and teaches us the value of letting go of what we no longer need. ” If something does not make your heart sing put it where it belongs or set it free. This will clear your inner and outer sacred space. Then open the doors and invite the new blessings inside.”




Our Sacred Stone for today include the following. Rose Quartz is like getting and emotional bubblebath and it fills us with loving energy and soothes our emotions and spirit. We can also use Angelite to help us connect to the universe and it’s helpers, it also has a gentle energy that compliments that of Rose Quartz.

312:  The Universe is speaking to us today through repetitive thoughts, ideas and visuals. These important clues are designed to help us to improve our lives. We all have areas that need attention and if something is not okay, or isn’t working out for you then the time has come to move on to something better. The key is in being honest with yourself so don’t put frosting on a problem and then tell yourself that it’s all better. It’s through change that we make these needed improvements, and while changes take time remember that baby steps are the key to making them successful. Each step in itself is important so don’t be too eager and rush ahead as you might miss out on something amazing. Changes are often seen as scary but don’t let fear take over,  remember that you are supported in every way!




Archangel Jeremiel provides both protection and direction as we navigate the avenues of self improvement. He teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. The Ascended Master Saint Germain helps us stay on track by showing us where improvement is needed. He is adept at make room for new things and giving us the courage to see it through. And the Yoruban goddess Oya says ” My child change must be embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. Allow these changes to inspire and encourage you to transcend your self imposed limitations.” 




Our Sacred Stone for today is Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to the most of our life experiences.

311:  We all have dreams and goals. Many of these dreams or goals we put on hold for various reasons. Money, time, fear, other people, or we are simply not ready to move forward. Today the Universe is asking us to dust off what we have put aside and bring those things back into the light. Remember, things don’t have to be perfect in order to go for what you want and get the ball rolling. The important part is taking that first baby step. Take time to focus each day on what you want to achieve. Use powerful statements, I AM, I CAN, I WILL to give yourself a boost of positive power. The Ascended Masters tell us ” Don’t be afraid to share your dreams and goals with others. It is through sharing them that will help give you energy and opportunity.”




Archangel Raguel helps with personal empowerment and soothes the inner turmoil we can feel when deciding whether or not to “go for it” and take that first step. The Ascended Master El Morya assists us in making decisions that will enhance our lives and help us to achieve our goals by giving our faith a boost. And the Hindu goddess Kali surrounds us with the energy of transformation which helps us to let go of the old and bring in the new. She helps us find our tenacity, courage and determination so that we can make things happen. She says “Dreams must be created with focus and intent. Our Sacred Stone for today is Iolite. Also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion. It helps you stay true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others.

225:  We all experience times in our lives when it becomes necessary to let go of outdated and outgrown things. These include things like habits, relationships, material items and thought patterns. Hanging on to these things after their “expiration date” can become a crutch that we use when we are afraid to move on. This inhibits our personal and spiritual growth and causes us to flounder. Today the angels are asking us to start letting go of the things that no longer work for us. They know that this can be difficult and sometimes painful. However, the benefits and freedom obtained in the process will clear our path and propel us forward. It will also bring us new opportunities, growth and blessings that help us to achieve what we want most.




Archangel Zadkiel teaches us about forgiveness as he gently helps us to forgive ourselves and others so that we can continue moving forward as situations are healed. The Ascended Master Babaji teaches us that emotional and spiritual baggage takes up a lot of room and it is through the letting go process that we learn the joy of simplifying our lives for the better. The Egyptian Goddess Isis teaches us about patience as we enter periods of personal growth. She encourages us to celebrate each step in the process no matter how small it may seem. She tells us “Be grateful for the baby steps that move you along your path, for they are milestones on your inward journey. Celebrate these steps and appreciate every kindness shown as they are all part of a grand celebration!”




Our  Sacred Stones for today are Black Agate which helps us to access our inner power and gives us strength to do what we must and Labradorite to relieve fear and insecurity caused by old hurts and disappointments. It also strengthens our faith as it removes the projections of others that are holding us back.

24: We are being sent a reminder today that  “If you can dream it you can create it”. If the world or life in general has you down then it’s time to make some changes. Our power is at it’s greatest level when we meet life with an adventurous attitude. To do this we must have faith in ourselves and believe with every fiber of our being that our dreams are within reach if we just keep trying. Sometimes things happen quickly and other times we wait. However, behind the scenes wheels are turning, things are happening and pieces of the puzzle are falling into place. For those who aren’t quite ready to take the complete plunge, take baby steps and one thing at a time. Don’t waste time over analyzing so find one thing that you can start building from and start your adventure. Our spiritual helpers are with us all the time offering guidance and protection and their loving energy surrounds you and supports you in every way.




Archangel Michael is your “go to” angel. he helps us to find our courage and motivation needed to face life and it’s challenges. He also provides direction when we feel lost and protection when we feel helpless. The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to set aside things we have no control over . This makes room for us to enjoy life’s adventure. And the Roman Goddess Abundantia teaches us to appreciate abundance in it’s many forms as well as attract them. She tells us, ” Your faith in the bounty of the universe serves you well. Cast aside your worry and embrace the richness of your life because you have so much to grateful for.”




Our Sacred Stones for the day include the following.  Jade is a warm stone that helps us to be more self sufficient which enables us to embrace more of what life offers. It stimulates ideas and helps us to see things aren’t and difficult or scary as thought and  Dioptase which helps us to create a more balanced life while we work toward achieving our personal goals. It also teaches us to see things in joy and the best in every action.

Life’s up and downs provide windows of opportunity to determine your values and goals. Think of using all obstacles as stepping stones to build the life you want. – Marsha Sinetar




21:  This month is all about stepping up and believing in yourself. Take your faith and confidence to the next level by embracing the “I CAN” and “I AM” consciousness to jump start the new month. Stay focused on what you want to create for yourself and be open to exploring new avenues for growth and transformation. Your challenge lies in the letting go of outdated beliefs. We must make room for the new things headed our way. Remember that tomorrow is Imbolc which symbolizes new beginnings and growth which makes this a great time to start planting  new Thought Seeds.  Sow your inner garden now, and tend to the seeds you planted last month and be be clear about what you want to accomplish.  No need to be too grandiose in your plans as sometimes starting small is better and provides us with more and better options. If you need direction ask the Universe and the angels for additional guidance.




Archangel Uriel gives us essential information that we need when we need it. This assists us during the manifestation process by enhancing our problem solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations and for selecting the best thought seeds for this cycles new crop. The Ascended Master Vywamus teaches us that change can be healing opportunity. This happens as we allow ourselves to let go of things that have held us back (Like out dated beliefs thought patterns etc.). Along the way we unearth talents that we had set aside, which will help us to move forward. And, Aine, the Irish goddess of wealth and fertility shows us the path to increasing faith in both the Source and in ourselves. “True wealth is everywhere, but first you must find it within. Use the seeds you are gifted and use them to help you to grow your abundance.”




Our Sacred Stones for the day are Mossy Agate aka the gardener’s stone, which  helps us to nurture our inner garden. It attracts new forms of abundance and teaches us how to channel our energy in new, creative ways and Okenite which can be used to help clear away old habits and beliefs.It teaches us that the universe is filled with unlimited possibilities when  we allow ourselves to face and adapt to change. It helps us to find our inner strength so that we can finish what we start.

119: When we enter into a new year we experience both endings and beginnings. Our lives are made up of  these cycles as well. There is an old saying the “When one door closes another one opens.” The Universe is asking us to take that to heart today. By maintaining an optimistic outlook and our sense of adventure  we can navigate these revolving cycles with ease. Each new cycle bring opportunities and blessings that help us to lead better and more fulfilling lives. 18:  A new year means new beginnings, new hopes and new dreams. But new things can sit in the wings if you haven’t done the  necessary work needed to take the next steps. Taking ALL the steps even the baby ones are important in our quest for personal evolution. Creating, generating new blessings is the goal.  Today the Universe is telling us that it’s our time to shine that it’s time to get moving….. NOW. Finish up old business to make room for new opportunities. Allow your inner wisdom to guide you. Remember that you already know what you need to let go of so find your strength and courage to do the work to make it happen. Our Sacred Stone is Sugilite which is sometimes called Archangel Michael’s stone. This is a stone of spiritual love and awareness and promotes Divine interaction and communication. Sugilite also encourages positive thinking and teaches us to live our truth and to trust our intuition.

I am the owner of my choices. I am the source for the perspectives I choose to hold… regardless of how aware I am of why or how I come to possess that particular perspective. It takes courage to look into the mirror of our souls, absent excuses. I will look into that mirror little bits at a time. SEE and ACT. SEE what I can bear to see and ACT upon what I am able. 12: Blessings await those you are willing to go the extra mile to  make things happen. Personal growth and evolution is a big deal this year as we look for new ways to express our authenticity. Faith and courage are our keywords for today so if you need a boost dig deep within or ask the Universe for help.


The first week of the new year is a great time to set your intentions for what you want to accomplish. These intention are like seeds. Plant them early and begin the nurturing process that which will begin to “sprout” at Imbolc (Feb. 2). Remember to keep your intentions realistic. Reaching for the stars is great just be sure to take all the steps including the baby steps  as this will make it easier to accomplish your goals.  Baby steps are important in the overall process of creation as they insure that everything is in place and that you are ready for the next step. Today our Angels are letting us know that the wheels are turning and things are happening behind the scenes. Ask for assistance or direction when you need it and above all stay optimistic and focused on the best possible outcome.




Archangel Jophiel reminds us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By  keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. Making them easier to see and grasp. The Ascended Master Jesus embodies faith, he also provides a clear and direct line of communication to the Divine and he helps all who ask. Our Sacred Stones for today include Mahogany Obsidian. This gentle stone  keeps us grounded and protects as it helps to eliminate energy blocks, and helps promote growth on all levels. Our next stone is Carnelian. It is a creative stone that keeps us in the present and brings motivation and creative thinking which can help us in setting and prioritizing our goals. And finally we have our trusty Rose Quartz to help us see and appreciate the beauty around and within us.

 November’s Theme: Our goal this month lies in watching our thoughts.  Remember that POSITIVE opens and draws and NEGATIVE closes and blocks. Stay focused on what you want and not what you fear.

1112:  The Universe is speaking to us today through repetitive thoughts, ideas and visuals. Use these repetitive clues to improve yourself or if you feel trapped by old habits. There comes a time when we must let go of the things that no longer serve us. (habits, beliefs, things, feelings, relationships etc.) Hanging on to the old effectively blocks our path. So in order to move forward we need the room that letting go provides. Remember that baby steps are the key to making successful changes. Each step in itself is important so don’t be too eager and rush ahead as you might miss out on something amazing. Start your day by affirming that you eager to move forward and then open yourself to receive the messages the Universe has to share.




Work with the Divine Source (Universe, God, Goddess or the deity you call creator) to strengthen and reaffirm this important connection. Start by grounding, clearing and centering. This helps to open the channels and chakras.




Our Sacred Stone for the day is Aquamarine. This stone shields the aura, aligns the chakras and promotes communication from the higher realms.
