219: Throughout our lives we are constantly learning new things and it is through this process that we continue our personal evolution. The knowledge and insights that we acquire along the way can be shared with others. It also plays an important role in our “service to others”. Service to others means that we are putting them before ourselves and while this is a good thing the angels want us to remember the importance of  creating and maintaining our balance. We can tip the scales in either direction by giving too much or not enough. There are many ways that we can be of service and lead or teach others, however the simplest forms are through word, deed or example. If you think about it it’s pretty cool that these simple things have the power to inspire those around us whether we’re aware of it or not. Today we are being asked to share our light with others through word, deed or example. Look to the people who inspire you and strive to inspire others. Shine -Inspire-Be inspired-Grow!




Archangel Haniel brings grace into our lives as she shows us the path to peace and harmony and helps us to stay poised under stress. The Ascended Master Mother Mary teaches us about compassion which is so needed in the world today. The path to true compassion embodies both love and understanding of your own views and those of others. And the Egyptian goddess Maat reminds us to “Honor yourself by being truthful. It is truth that creates order out of difficult or confusing situations. It is also truth that keeps your inner scales balanced, your energy free and your heart feather light.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following.  Malachite helps to support friendships and promotes empathy towards others. It also strengthens our ability to absorb and process information so that we can show our feelings in a positive way and Chalcedony that brings mind, body, spirit and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self doubt. It also promotes good feeling towards self and others.

218:  Although spring hasn’t arrived yet (in the Northern Hemisphere at least) our Spiritual Helpers are asking us to start our mental spring cleaning early. By doing so we will be inviting prosperity and abundance into our lives. Open the doors and windows within your entire being and kick out any negative nasties that are lurking in the corners and  make room for new personal growth just as Mother Nature makes room for hers. At Imbolc we started planting our “Thought Seeds”, which when nurtured and cared for provide us with new things (new opportunities, growth, abundance etc.) that will help us on our path. Let go of negative thoughts and self doubts and open yourself to a balanced form of giving and receiving. As you do this remember that giving and receiving is a revolving door and what you send out comes back. So be conscious of sending our positive thoughts, intentions and good vibes. This will ensure a bountiful harvest that you can enjoy!




Archangel Jophiel shows us how to appreciate the beauty that surrounds us as well as the beauty within us. The Ascended Master Krishna teaches us how to bless all situations with love so that we are able to reap the rewards of our efforts and the Roman Goddess Vesta who oversees hearth and home. 126: It’s easy to become absorbed in our creation and manifestation processes and sometimes in exclusion to everything else. This can throw us out of balance and interrupts our PEF (Positive Energy Flow). The PEF is similar to water currents. It ebbs and flows and as we  send things out and new things return to us. Today our angels are encouraging us to keep up the good work and to remember that balancing our energies creates the PEF that is necessary to open new doors and create new opportunities. Balance can found by using the “Sacred Tools” of faith, thought and patience to help tend to your spiritual needs, which are just as important if not more so than the material ones. Be as water today and learn to go with the flow!




Archangel Chamuel helps us in regards to relationships. This includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. he helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution. The Ascended Master Buddha teaches us that the key to happy living can be found through balance and moderation. These principals bring us peace and help us to go with the flow. And the Irish goddess Dana is connected to the elemental forces. She can help us embrace the energy of water to promote flow and reminds us fills us with feelings of worthiness.  “While you wait for these blessings to arrive fill your heart with feelings of abundance. Engage yourself in things that make you feel abundant!” ….. ” Your energy is linked to the energy of the Divine. Acknowledge and strengthen this connection as it allows you to handcraft your dreams.”

It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find creative solutions, and the gentle energy of Mahogany Obsidian which keeps us grounded and protects as it helps to eliminate energy blocks, and helps promote growth on all levels.

1225:  Today the Universe is asking us to perform a self check (it’s been awhile since we’ve done one!). Usually we are checking our balance or our current life path position, but today is a little different. Today’s check involves hidden negatives. We tend to hide things that we don’t like about ourselves, our job our situation or, negative thoughts about ourselves and others. The message is simple ” Hanging on to the negative things in your life offers no benefit to you or your loved ones. The time has come to unearth these things and heal them.” Start looking for the small hurtful places. The Winter Solstice with it’s message of new beginnings and light is a great time to activate the self healing process. While this kind of work is never easy it will help us not only on our path, it will also usher in beneficial new blessings. We are never alone, the Goddess, Angels and the Ascended Masters are all here to help!




Archangel Michael surrounds with his loving protection at all times especially during times of self healing. The Ascended Master Mother Mary helps fill our hearts with love. She teaches us about compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves. And,  the Celtic Sun God Lugh helps us to heal from painful and negative situations. He is the embodiment of the sun itself and his energy helps to burn things away.




Our Sacred Stone for today is Black Obsidian. This stone not only protects it also helps to bring negative energy to the surface where it can be dispelled and provides support during times of change. It takes the “things” that we’ve hidden and composts them into positive soil to support out new growth.

1218:  Today we are receiving a reminder about maintaining the balance between giving and receiving. This time of year can make it hard to maintain that balance and not overextend yourself in either direction. By staying open and positive about both areas we find it easier to embody the attitude of gratitude and acknowledge the gifts and blessings that flow in and out of our lives. Remember that the Universe is meeting our needs and that we are safe and cared for. What you send out will come back and your spiritual nature will benefit you today by boosting our levels of faith and trust.




Archangel Raziel assists us in all areas of manifestation and Archangel Michael gives us courage, helps us to feel safe and  provides direction when we feel lost. The Ascended Master Buddha continues to help us perfect our balancing skills and promotes peace of mind when we feel scattered. And the Celtic goddess Brigid helps us to express ourselves in a positive way while creating warmth in our relationships without allowing others to take advantage of us.

We can also use Hematite which has a strong connection to the earth element and helps us stay grounded and promotes feelings of safety. Hematite also brings mental clarity through focus and concentration which is essential letting go process which accompanies change.

August Theme:  Prosperity and abundance is what we are concentrating on prosperity and abundance this month. The key will be keeping a positive focus and tapping into your creative side to solve problems. Remember that you are a powerful creator and all that you need is within your grasp!

85:  The “attitude of gratitude” is important when working to increase our flow of abundance. By abundance I mean on all levels not just financial gain. However, we must also be open to both giving and receiving. By tipping the scales in either direction “we lose out and miss out”. Balance between giving and receiving combined with the attitude of gratitude creates energy. It flows out gathering things along the way and sends good things back to us, including prosperity and abundance (on all levels). Today the angels are asking us to take some time to acknowledge the good things that happen (Remember, there is always at least one good thing) The key words for today are creative thinking and perspective. Being grateful opens a whole new realm of possibilities to explore!




The angel Barakiel, whose name means “God’s blessing” is in charge of changing people’s attitudes. He shows us the way to receive with a grateful heart and how to open our hearts to more of everything that is good.  The Ascended Master Buddha teaches us that the key to happy living requires both moderation and balance in all things. The attitude of gratitude is a part of happy living,  and without it we fail to see the things life has to offer. If you are struggling with finding your gratitude today the Greek Goddess Artemis can help. She tells us  “All the skills and knowledge you need for happy living dwells within you. Your inner wisdom is a powerful thing and you know in your heart when something is good and right.”
