Every day our energy field absorbs bits and pieces of what goes on around us and these things can knock us out of balance. This balance is important when it comes to receiving guidance and messages. Take some time today to ground, center, and clear. Clean up your path, pick a few weeds, plant something new, and even blow a few dandelions. 723: Today is a self-care day and the Universe is encouraging us to perform a balance check.

Are you taking enough time for yourself or are you giving it all away?
Are you achieving a balance between work and your personal life?
Are you giving and receiving energy equally? Or tipping the scales?

Taking the time to see where we are mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically is important. The Ascended Masters are stepping in to give us a hand. They are reminding us that when we are out of balance it drains our energy which in turn will make us tired, emotional, anxious, depressed, cranky, or even just plain angry. Even if you have no pressing issues today their presence and loving energy can refresh and uplift you. Today is also a good time to ground-clear and center. This helps not only free up our energy but opens us to the supportive energies sent by the universe.

78: Staying balanced is always a work in progress and it is something that is essential to our overall growth, happiness, and emotional wellbeing. It also has a direct effect as we create our path through life and our own spirituality. This balance helps us to focus and see clearly the things that truly matter and put things like material gain and ego into perspective. Today the Universe is reminding us that balance starts with gratitude and it’s a good time to do a little path maintenance. If you’ve been slacking and letting weeds grow on your path then it’s time to get started. It’s easier and less “stress-full” to clear as we go instead of putting it off and becoming overwhelmed.

76: Maintaining our balance is one of the essential keys to navigating our path. Today we are being asked to perform a balance check today in two areas: giving / receiving and spiritual / material. There are times when we get so preoccupied in either (or both) areas that we become distracted. The balance between giving and receiving requires that we allow ourselves to receive and at the same time acknowledge the blessings that come to us. The balance between spiritual and material is equally important. By acknowledging the richness of our own spiritual nature material “things” lose their importance. They become nice to have but they no longer rule our lives. Achieving and maintaining balance in these areas is one of the keys to good spiritual health and overall happiness. Remember, that if our scales are tipped one way or the other it zaps our energy levels and our ability to focus. The Angels are reminding us today that “When things are balanced your journey and the flow of life is easier. It allows you to be grounded and more at peace.”

630: In the last month we have worked on achieving balance where material things are concerned. We have accomplished this by staying focused on our goals and by having faith in ourselves and that things will work out to our best advantage. As June comes to a close the Universe sends this gentle reminder, ” Help is always available and you need only to ask.” Remember that help can arrive in many forms. It comes not only from the Universe but from people, animals, blessings, or events that show up in our lives. It’s important to pay attention and be present so that you can reap the rewards that come your way. The lessons in June will help you in the new month.

While it’s important to spend time and energy in both areas, do your best to keep from going overboard or you’ll tip the scales. Maintaining balance is essential to our overall well-being. When we are out of balance life can be an uphill struggle so pay attention and make adjustments as needed. The angels are also reminding us that our needs are being met and maintaining balance makes this job easier for them. Release your worries and direct your focus where it needs to be today.

However, if you are tipping the scales then it’s time to ground and center and make the adjustments needed to even things out. Actually, grounding and centering is a good plan either way. 518: Initiating change and cultivating new growth is an ongoing process that takes time and patience. One of the keys to our success lies in our ability to receive. Some people overextend the giving process but have trouble with receiving the blessings, assistance, and abundance when it comes around to them. Sometimes we need a reminder that it’s okay to receive so that we can embrace the good things that are offered. Remember to balance giving and receiving as it will help clear our energy and bring us peace. Also, keep in mind that abundance comes in many forms so make sure that you don’t limit yourself to just one thing. Accept them all and the doors open to new things and experiences will open. Today’s Message: Your Health Is Important

514: The practice of centering, grounding, and clearing is important to our emotional, mental, and spiritual health. There are no rules on how often it should be done. But sometimes we need to perform this more often due to stress, major upheavals, or changes. As we are currently working with changes we are being reminded that now might be a good time to engage in this self-care ritual. This 3 step process helps to keep us balanced and promotes peace and harmony within ourselves and with the Universe. Now that the weather is warmer I suggest “earthing”. Going barefoot in the garden or grass is a wonderful way to get grounded and to connect with the energy of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to “root” into the earth and just release, feel the sun on your face, and let the healing begin!

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

It helps us to let go of stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. Today’s Message: Balance, Balance, Balance

318: Balance is the key to creating the flow of abundance so today the Universe is asking us to perform a balance check. Both giving and receiving is important, however, they must be done in equal measure. Doing too much of one or the other depletes our energy and blocks the positive flow. This balance is essential because by helping others we ultimately help ourselves. When we are balanced we find that we are filled with joy and inner peace. So take time today for a little self-assessment. If you are tipping the scales one way or the other take the necessary steps to even things out. The Universe and its helpers are always working to help us manifest what we need. Use your intuition to access the divine messages that are sent your way. Have faith in the skills you have and be courageous and then try adding something new to the mix. Use the personal power you were given and if something feels right… go for it!

It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.

Howlite helps us to formulate and achieve our ambitions and goals. It helps us to communicate these things in a calm and reasonable manner and tempers this with patience. Howlite also creates a link to the universal realms and prepares the mind to receive guidance.
