78: Staying balanced is always a work in progress and it is something which is essential to our overall growth, happiness snd emotional wellbeing. It also has a direct effect as we create our path through life and our own spirituality. This balance helps us to focus and see clearly the things that truly matter and put things like material gain and ego into perspective. Today the Universe is reminding us that balance starts with gratitude and it’s a good time to do a little path maintenance. If you’ve been slacking and letting weeds grow on your path then it’s time to get started. It’s easier and less “stress-full” to clear as we go instead of putting it off and becoming overwhelmed.

Today’s Message: The Flow of Life

76: Maintaining our balance is one of the essential keys to navigating our path. Today we are being asked to perform a balance check today in two areas: giving / receiving and spiritual / material. There are times when we get so preoccupied in either (or both) areas and we become distracted. The balance between giving and receiving requires that we allow ourselves to receive and at the same time acknowledge the blessings that come to us. The balance between spiritual and material is equally important. By acknowledging the richness of our own spiritual nature material “things” lose their importance. They become nice to have but they no longer rule our lives. Achieving and maintaining balance in these areas is one of the keys to good spiritual health and overall happiness. Remember, that if our scales are tipped one way or the other it zaps our energy levels and our ability to focus. The Angels are reminding us today that “When things are balanced your journey and the flow of life is easier. It allows you to be grounded and more at peace.”

Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal our selves and our lives and therefore regain our self-confidence and faith. Larimar helps to remove self-imposed barriers that may be keeping us from accepting our personal power and stops self-sabotaging behavior by bringing out the best in us. It helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

Zincite helps to remove energy blocks which gets our life force flowing, which aids our manifestation process. It also restores our energy when it becomes depleted by giving away too much of ourselves to others.

69: Our message and number today are reflections of this month’s theme. Balance is the key focus and it’s now time to test your skills. The goal is to create a balance between the material and the spiritual. While it’s important to spend time and energy in both areas, do your best to keep from going overboard or you’ll tip the scales. Maintaining balance is essential to our overall well being. When we are out of balance life can be an uphill struggle so pay attention and make adjustments as needed. The angels are also reminding us that our needs are being met and maintaining balance makes this job easier for them. Release your worries and direct your focus where it needs to be today.

Archangel Uriel gives us essential information that we need when we need it. This assists us during the manifestation process by enhancing our problem solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations.

The Ascended Master Serapis Bey helps us to release our troubles and offers clear guidance and motivation regarding our own self improvement. He also helps us gain spiritual insight and teaches us that loving care is essential to navigating change.

The Hindu goddess Kali oversees the ending of cycles and transformations. Today’s Message: Clearing Our Thought Space

61: Thoughts are powerful things. They can bring us great joy, peace or even inspiration. They can also bring us anxiety and despair, along with everything in between. Sometimes it feels impossible to be super-positive all the time as some New Age “guru’s” say you should be. Negative thoughts happen (it’s part of our human nature) and when they do what’s most important is how you handle them. (Balance) If you hold on to or ignore them they breed more negativity and that’s not good for our mental well being. The key is in acknowledging these thoughts and looking for the underlying cause of them (be honest with yourself!). There is always a positive solution and the universe is here to help. By doing our best to turn negative’s over to our spiritual helpers we can gain valuable insight and new ideas. Essentially it frees up our “thought space”. If you need help…. just ask!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Uriel can help us to overcome obstacles by showing us where the solutions are that will lead to our success. He provides us with the additional information that we need to make the most informed decisions we can. No problem is too great or too small for him to assist with. Uriel also helps us to gain spiritual understanding and creative insight. The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter, this gives us a clear perspective and keeps our energy flowing. He tells us that laughter is sacred and when the heart is alive with joy we are connected to the Infinite and filled with Nirvana-essence. Center your mind with the intent of enjoying yourself and you will find yourself centered in the moment. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!

The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protecting yourself from the negative or controling energy of others. She says: ” Personal boundaries are important to your well being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

Ametrine. This stone, a combination of amethyst and citrine, helps to release blocks like negative emotional programming. It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find the creative solutions that are needed to make the most of the information we are given.

Chiastolite (aka Cross Stone or Andalusite) promotes the creative problem solving process. It enables us to release things that are no longer relevant to our current path and dispels any guilt we may have when we leave things behind. It helps us to make the necessary changes and brings harmony to conflicts that arise when we blaze new trails that others were not expecting or able to control.

Black Obsidian not only protects it also helps to bring negative energy to the surface where it can be dispelled and provides support during times of change. It takes the “things” that we’ve hidden and composts them into positive soil to support out new growth.

Sometimes we need a reminder that it’s okay to receive so that we can embrace the good things that are offered. Remember to balance giving and receiving as it will help clear our energy and bring us peace. 228: As the month comes to a close we are being reminded that it’s more than okay to allow yourself to receive the gifts and blessings that the Universe has to offer. Sometimes we get so caught up in giving to others that when it becomes our turn to receive we kind of freak out and think or say something like ” Oh no, that’s okay!” or “I don’t deserve that!” By turning away good things that are offered we can slip out of balance and find our energy bottled up. But when we allow ourselves to receive with grace and gratitude doors open up to an amazing flow of abundance and growth. Allow yourself to receive today and allow this energy to come full circle

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magical beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. 218: Although spring hasn’t arrived yet (in the Northern Hemisphere at least) our Spiritual Helpers are asking us to start our mental spring cleaning early. By doing so we will be inviting prosperity and abundance into our lives. Open the doors and windows within your entire being and kick out any negative nasties that are lurking in the corners and make room for new personal growth just as Mother Nature makes room for hers. At Imbolc we started planting our “Thought Seeds”, which when nurtured and cared for provide us with new things (new opportunities, growth, abundance etc.) that will help us on our path. Let go of negative thoughts and self doubts and open yourself to a balanced form of giving and receiving. As you do this remember that giving and receiving is a revolving door and what you send out comes back. So be conscious of sending our positive thoughts, intentions and good vibes. This will ensure a bountiful harvest that you can enjoy!

 January’s Theme: Stay focused on your desires and not your fears or past happenings. Our thoughts are ready to manifest into reality and by staying focused on what’s positive we lessen the power of the things that we fear.

    16:   Today the Universe is asking us to take this month’s theme to heart and focus on the positive things in our lives. The important of balance cannot be stressed enough, especially where our mental/emotional state of mind and material things are concerned. By learning to balance our material thoughts or worries with positive focus and faith we are able to see things in a new light. We realize that our needs really are being met and that our life is made up of many tiny miracles. Allow positive focus, confidence and faith to be your guide today. Ask the Universe for help if needed and turn over all worries to the angels so that your energy is free to welcome new blessings!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raziel assists us in all forms of manifestation. This includes our ‘Tiny Miracles” which he helps bring forward into the light. He tells us that growth and freedom can be found when we let go of our limiting self beliefs and fears which hold us back from achieving and creating the life we want. He says ” Expand your mind and you will manifest prosperity and abundance on all levels.”

The Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find our “Attitude of Gratitude”.By acknowledging what we have to be grateful for we are filled with joy and inner peace which encourages positive flow. He also reminds us of the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find the patience and inner peace we need to go with the flow and can help us embrace the “Tiny Miracles” in our lives as well.

The Egyptian Goddess Nuit (Nut) represents the sky and the cosmos. She is a mother goddess, a life giver. She teaches us the importance of nurturing those in our care with patience and love. As a cosmic goddess she reminds us of our divine place in the Universe and while we may feel small and insignificant the truth is far different. She says” Rejoice in your own power. It is love and patience that allow you to shape the world and make you a creator in your own right.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Ametrine. This stone, a combination of amethyst and citrine, helps to release blocks like negative emotional programming. It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find the creative solutions that are needed to make the most of the information we are given.

Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

Dalmation Stone. This light hearted stone is a combination of quartz, microline and black tourmaline. It instills feelings of safety as it helps us to reconnect with our playful side which is important to our emotional health and it transforms outdated thinking during times when we feel stuck and enables our forward progress by encouraging a fresh perspective This stone also promotes grounding and enhances our connection to Mother Earth.It reminds us that we are a part of her as well as being spiritual beings on a very human journey
