It strengthens our ability to provide empathy and helps us to find loving relationships. Rose Quartz pushes away negative energy and helps us to release buried emotions and emotional conditioning that no longer serves us. What a great day for an emotional bubble bath!

512:  The work associated with change can be challenging to say the least. However, these changes that are taking place are for the best and the best FOR us. Today the universe is asking us to welcome these necessary  changes currently taking place. Transformations do take time but the benefits will definitely worth it as they help us to align with both life purpose and soul mission. The key is to embrace an optimistic attitude which helps build trust and faith. This is the groundwork on which all new things start and the basis for personal fulfilment and happiness.  Ask for help or guidance if you need it and remember that help comes in all forms and can arrive from any direction. Give yourself a BIG hug today, you deserve it!




Strength and courage is often needed to help us face  change and the Celtic Goddess Brigid helps us find the path of a loving warrior who holds on to their beliefs and meets challenges with an open and creative mind.  427: Our  daily readings focus quite often on faith. Remember, faith isn’t inherent to just one religion or path. It encompasses them all and includes spirituality. While we can have faith in many things one of the most important is faith in ourselves. Spirit and the angels are here to help us but we must also be willing to do our part. This is where faith in yourself comes in. The more confidence and faith you have in yourself the better equipped you are to create the life you want. Faith also helps us to grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Today the angels are asking us to armor ourselves in faith and courage. If you need their support or assistance just ask.  Then open yourself to receiving the guidance that is shared and take action accordingly.

329: Today’s number revolves around our “life mission”. Your life mission is essentially an area where you feel compelled to serve. While some do big things in a big way most of us do small things in small ways that make a difference to the people around us. It’s not about how much you do but what you do that matters. Simply by helping one person you are making a difference and by helping others we help ourselves in the process. This creates a chain reaction as people pass it on. Life missions vary just like paths do, so never let someone else tell you your mission (or path is wrong). You know what you need to do. If it feels right, brings you joy and helps you grow then you are headed in the right direction.


Archangel Chamuel offers clear guidance as we go about our life missions. he teaches us that when we move forward with heartfelt gratitude we are able to see things more clearly and have a better understanding of what we need and what others really need. The Ascended Master Saint Germain offers brotherly guidance, encouragement and the motivation to keep moving and make things happen and the Celtic Goddess Brigid opens our flow of creative thought.  323:  Contrary to popular belief we do not necessarily need to be a “cheerleader” to inspire others. The dictionary describes inspire as ” to fill (someone) with the urge or ability to do or feel something, especially to do something creative”. While we sometimes need to open the door and let our inner cheerleader out more often than not the quiet approach is just as effective. Quietly inspiring others is an artform of great value. Doing things (even small things) that bring joy or peace to others, leading by positive example or even simply offering assistance (without making a big production of it) are all good ways to inspire others. They in turn will do the same or similar for someone else. By simply being cheerful, helpful and positive we share our light. Today the Universe wants to thank us for doing our part and quietly inspiring those around us!






The following Angels and Ascended Masters are assisting us today. Archangels Zadkiel and Michael work together to replace negative energies with faith and compassion. Zadkiel also helps us to see and share our Divine light. Mother Mary offers assistance in expanding our wisdom in regards to helping other particularly children. Melchizedek helps to rearrange unpleasant situations and shows the best way to assist those concerned through use of color therapy (chakras, crystals, reiki etc) and the Celtic Goddess Brigid provides inspiration, from creative projects to creative thinking she touches all areas with warm and loving energy.




Our Sacred Stones for today are:  Stilbite which helps us to find creative solutions to problems and enhances our intuition so that we can more effectively offer assistance. Turquoise promotes creative expression which allows to see the beauty in everything while strengthening our communication process and tempering our words with wisdom.

 320:  Today is Ostara, The Vernal Equinox and the first day of Spring! Today we are working with the Sacred Feminine/ Goddess and she is reminding us about faith. Sometimes our faith is like the Winter season where things seem barren, empty or even hopeless. We see no results to our prayers or requests. Then suddenly we see new beginnings and growth, like Spring. Embrace this new season and see things with a fresh, new perspective. Believe with all your being that even though the results you want are not yet visible the Universe is working behind the scenes, wheels are turning and things are falling into place.


Today we honor the goddesses of Spring like Brigid (the maiden), Freya, Olwen, Blodeuwedd, Eostre, Sita, Persephone/Kore, Lada, Kono-Hana-Sakuya-Hino, Hebe. Spend some time outside today and look for the new growth that symbolizes hope.










To honor this new season and to promote Spring’s essence within use Tree Agate (Dendritic) to strengthen your connection to the plant kingdom and help you to enjoy each moment. Green Aventurine to promote healing and harmony as it balances ouryin/yang energy. Chrysoprase fills us with the sense of being a part of the divine plan and brings hope and personal insight. Moonstone helps us to see the new beginnings as they happen and Sunstone helps us to connect to the light and brings joy.

32: The Ascended Masters will be working with us this month. Many of them walked the earth in human form and have a better understanding of the things we face. They know that it is mankind’s creative energy that produces amazing things. The month of March is a time of fertility and new growth and these things are produced through our creative side. When allow ourselves the freedom to access our creative mind and energy we find that we are able to open the door to change and adapt to the gifts it brings. We also find that it helps us to share more of ourselves with others. Embrace new idea, creative solutions and even those valuable AH-HA moments. Creativity inspires everything that it touches, and creates hope from darkness.




Archangel Jophiel teaches us to slow down and take our time. It is through these moments when we are able to soak in the beauty around us that jogs the creative process. The Celtic Goddess Brigid helps us tend to our thought seeds and shows us new ways to do things and make things happen and the Ascended Master Vywamus encourages us to consciously seek inspiration and though the discovery of our own natural abilities and talents.

221: One of the things that the angels ask of us is to live our lives with the “Attitude of Gratitude”. We all have many things to be grateful for however, today the angels are asking us to focus on the people we are grateful for. Family, Heart family, friends all play an important role in our lives. Take a moment to acknowledge your gratitude towards them and bless them with peaceful, loving energy. Do not be afraid to let them know how much their presence means to you, ” I’m glad that you’re here”, Thank you for being a part of my life”, “I love you”, these words can mean so much. Allow your gratitude to fill you and know in your heart that these blessings will continue to flow around you and your loved ones.






 Archangel Jophiel helps us to share loving thoughts and energy with those who mean the most to us. The Greek Muses (there are 9 of them) can inspire us to celebrate our connections with our loved ones and the Celtic Goddess Brigid helps us to create and renew warmth in our relationships. 24: Today the Universe is reminding us that “If you can dream it you can create it”. If the world or life in general has you down it’s time to make some changes. Our power is at it’s greatest level when we meet life with an adventurous attitude. To do this we must have faith in ourselves and believe with every fiber of our being that our dreams are within reach if we just keep trying. Sometimes things happen quickly and other times we wait. However, behind the scenes wheels are turning, things are happening and pieces of the puzzle are falling into place. For those who aren’t quite ready to take the complete plunge, take baby steps and one thing at a time. Don’t waste  time over analyzing find one thing that you can start building from and start your adventure. Our spiritual helpers are with us all the time offering guidance and protection and their loving energy surrounds you and supports you in every way.


Archangel Michael is your “go to” angel. he helps us to find our courage and motivation needed to face life and it’s challenges. He also provides direction when we feel lost and protection when we feel helpless. The Hindu Goddess Lakshmi showers us with good fortune and promotes attaining prosperity through the right means. The Celtic Goddess Brigid helps us to find the inspiration in our lives, it can come from anywhere and at any time. Our Sacred Stone for the day is Jade. This warm stone helps us to be more self sufficient which enables us to embrace more of what life offers. It stimulates ideas and helps us to see things aren’t and difficult or scary as we thought.

Gardening is all about optimism. I put a seed in the ground. I consistently tend it, confident I will see the results, in time, of the nurture I have provided.

22:  Today is Imbolc, Candlemas, the Festival of Light. The Universe is asking us to embrace the faith we have in ourselves and in the new beginnings this faith brings. Imbolc is a time of renewal and our number for today is one power and purpose. Just like the first signs of spring we push towards the light in an effort to grow. As we reach towards the light our faith empowers us to find fulfilment in achieving our dreams and goals. Don’t force to make things happen. This is another lesson that we can learn from nature. Grow with purpose yet allow things to unfold. By doing so we achieve an overall sense of balance which restores us to harmony. Take time today to reaffirm your faith and where you are on your path as you move into this new cycle. Open your mind and heart and guide your thought seed toward the light.


The celebration of Imbolc honors the Celtic goddess Brigid. This Triple Goddess of flame and light helps us to purify ourselves and our thoughts. She also promotes inspiration, creativity and the fertility needed to help our thought seeds grow and flourish. Use one of the Sacred Stones associated with Imbolc today:


Amethyst helps us to move forward. It is also a stone of change and helps us cope with the changes that new beginnings create.


Bloodstone helps to get our creativity flowing and infuses our being with courage and vitality.


Garnet stimulates our awareness of the now and helps us open the doors to our own unique creative energy.
