Today’s Message: Just Let Yourself Be

1014: Today the angels are reminding us that we can’t take of others if we don’t take care of ourselves first. Make today about what you need. Start your day by performing a self check, then ground, center and release any negative energy that you may have picked up. (You can call upon Archangel Michael to help with this) Remember that your goal is unwind so do something nice for yourself! Unplug for awhile, read a book, meditate, buy yourself a gift, take a walk or even a home spa treatment. Spending a little quality time with yourself helps you to relax, it can change your perspective and generate new and creative ideas. Today the angels are saying “Sit back and just breathe. Let stress and worry go and just let yourself be.”
Affirm : “I am healthy, whole and complete!”

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.  

The  Ascended Master Vywamus encourages us to continuously and  consciously seek inspiration through the discovery and rediscovery of our own natural abilities and talents. He teaches us that healing can be found in change. If something is holding you back he can teach you how to let it go or let it be so you can continue moving forward.

I invite you to worship in my temple and feel the heartbeat of nature. This communion can heal a weary and battered soul and replenish your spirit with hope and divine peace.”

Today the Universe is asking us to keep an optimistic outlook and when opportunities present themselves … grab them! The key will be to take what’s being offered even if it’s not the whole enchilada. Small steps in the right direction will help create exactly what we want. 104: Today the Universe is reminding us that we are always surrounded by divine love. This powerful energy is shared freely and we are being asked to do the same. Empathy and compassion, for self, and for others, are gifts that we can share everyday. While we may not understand or agree with a particular situation or event we can express empathy for what others (or even yourself) are going through. If you are feeling out of sorts today take a moment to clear and center and ask the Source to fill your being with love, peace, and gratitude. Remember, when you love yourself it’s easier to share that love with others. Love and compassion are superpowers that transform all that they touch. Who will you reach out to today?

Today’s Message: Giving and Receiving Support

89: Every day we receive support from the universe, the angels, and from people in our lives. Today the Universe is telling us that it’s a good time to acknowledge those who love us and who are always there to listen or lend a hand when we need it. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if everyone told someone else “Good job!” “Way to go!” or “Thank you for doing your best!”? Simple things like these inspire growth, create connections, and make lives better. Share some of your optimistic energy today with others for a win-win situation. It’s important to remember though that not everyone is there to support you and it is up to you to gently cut cords with those who take pleasure in knocking you down. When we allow ourselves to receive this negative energy from others we are harmed, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. Either way, it’s best to take some time to ground, center, and clear. This is an important part of a daily self-care routine. It calms the mind and emotions. It reduces stress and loosens the hold of anxiety. When we are at peace this energy encompasses everything we do and can be felt by those around us. It opens the pathways that allow loving and peaceful vibes to reach our core and helps us to send them out in return. Just breathe and allow peace to fill your entire being.

42: There are times when life is difficult or things just aren’t going our way. When this happens we can lose faith in ourselves, the world or with the divine. Everyone goes through this, we are only human after all. When we feel negative we tend to draw that kind of energy to us so it’s important to recognize and acknowledge it and then do our best to nip it in the bud. Today the Angels are reminding us that they are here and that our prayers have been heard. “Do not be discouraged. Have both faith and patience and embrace a calmness of spirit. This will help you generate the self-love and compassion that is needed right now.” If you find yourself bogged down with fear, worry or negative energy try one of the following: smudge yourself with sage, go outside and ground yourself, meditate or engage in a calming activity. This self-care will help to clear your energy field as well as your mind.

315: Every so often it becomes necessary to acknowledge the things that no longer work for us. This includes releasing old and outdated feelings, emotions, thoughts, habits, and patterns. This clears the way so that we can receive new and wonderful things. Although sometimes it feels like the universe has given us too much to handle and negativity rears its ugly head. This reaction is normal (don’t worry)! The key lies in acknowledging these feelings and not letting them take control. Today the angels are advising us to learn from our past mistakes and experiences. Look for the lessons in them, then let them go and move on using them as stepping stone to the next level. If you need help ask the masters for guidance, they will help!

27: Our daily readings focus quite often on faith. Faith isn’t inherent to just one religion it encompasses them all, including spirituality. While we can have faith in many things one of the most important things to have is faith in ourselves. Our personal faith enhances our intuition and helps us to have a better understanding of self, and our inner workings. Remember that the Universe and the angels are here to helps us but we must be willing to do our part. (This sounds familiar… right?) This is where faith in yourself comes into play and the stronger your faith the more you can create. Today the Universe is asking us to surround ourselves with our faith and remain open to the guidance and messages that you receive. Allow yourself to move forward with grace and an optimistic outlook!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magickal beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. In turn this shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us. It’ helps us to enjoy ourselves which makes blessings easier to receive.

The Ascended Master Saint Germain helps us to persevere in our personal quests and provides us with courage and direction. He teaches us how to clear the way and free our minds from worry so that we can work on more important things and shows us the way to comfortably interact with people who can help us achieve our goals.

The Hindu Goddess White Tara embodies the beauty of Divine love and shows us the path to strengthening or restoring our faith. She says: “Come and sit beside me. I will help ease the worry in your heart and teach you how to replace it with gratitude and joy. This is where faith dwells and we must only open the doors and invite it forward.”

Crazy Lace Agate gently boosts our self confidence and concentration while reestablishing our overall feelings of wholeness and well-being. It’s an excellent grounding stone that helps to bring balance between our negative and positive emotions.

Amazonite. This stone is sometimes called the stone of hope. It helps us to speak our truth with confidence and instills us with hope itself. It calms and soothes frayed nerves during times of stress and helps us to feel and embrace universal love. It works with both heart and throat chakras.

Mookite, a form of Jasper that comes in many creamy color combinations, promotes decision making and versatility. These things are important when we are faced with new experiences and find ourselves faced with the need to take action. It encourages us to be flexible during times of change and helps us to embrace new experiences with an open sense of adventure

122: Within each of us lives the powers of manifestation and creation. To successfully bring our dreams and goals to life the Universe has given us the sacred tools of thought, faith and action. By using these gifts correctly and sending out positive intentions we activate our power as a creator. The goal is to plant your thought seeds (intentions) and nurture them to maturity through faith and action. Today our angels are asking us to acknowledge and honor the gifts that we’ve been given. If they are a little dusty clean them off and set them to work. Stay focused on your goals and stay present as this will help you to experience new perspectives and pathways. Remember to assist others as doors open for you because it keeps the energy flowing and creates even more opportunity.

Archangel Uriel teaches us how to access our creative database. he reminds us that sometimes the best way to solve a problem is to use a non-conventional approach. He gives us the essential information that we need when we need it. This assists us during the manifestation process by enhancing our problem-solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations.

The Ascended Master Jesus helps us with all areas of faith and teaches us that true miracles often come in small packages. He also provides a clear and direct line of communication to the Divine as well as teaching us how to open up to receive divine information.

The Mayan goddess Ixchel helps to get our creative juices flowing by breaking through the barriers we have erected that are blocking our progress. Call on her if you are starting something new. ” Clear your mind and allow the creative source to fill you. New things are waiting for you to embrace them!”

Larimar helps to remove self-imposed barriers that may be keeping us from accepting our personal power and stops self-sabotaging behavior by bringing out the best in us. It helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.
