119: Our lives are a series of endings and beginnings that change with every new cycle. Each new cycle brings opportunities and blessings that help us to lead better and more fulfilling lives and as always, we have choices. Today the Angels are asking us to take a look at what is going on in our lives.  There is an old saying that goes “When one door closes another one opens.” What doors are closing or have closed? Embrace courage and  end what doesn’t work or feel right and replace these things by beginning something new. Look for that ONE GOOD THING and use it to build in a new direction. Going with the flow will also help new doors to open so don’t let small setbacks or obstacles to stop your momentum. By holding optimistic light for ourselves and meeting each day with a sense of adventure we can navigate these revolving cycles with ease. Start with baby steps and acknowledge the tiny miracles with a grateful heart and don’t forget to shed goodwill on those around you. These things will make everyday a victory!

Today’s Message: Finding Balance

118: The Universe is asking us to perform a balance check today. This is a reminder that doing this regularly is always in our best interest and is an important part of our self-care routine. Remember that there is a fine line between giving and receiving and that tipping the scales in either direction causes imbalance. By giving away too much of ourselves stress levels skyrocket and we become drained and tired. If we receive or take too much from others, not only do we drain them but our energy changes from positive and loving to needy and greedy. If you find that you are tipping the scales in either direction take the time to ground and center then make the adjustments to free up and even out your energy flow. This will help to open the doors to new things that you might miss out on otherwise. Remember, staying balanced means that you have more energy to create your dreams and goals

117: We are the rulers of our own destiny AND the creators of our own reality. While this may sound cliché … it’s also the truth. All the work we’ve done and the changes we have made and are making are starting to pay off and the Universe is encouraging us to stick to our path. Hold your course and find the things that are important to you, so make a conscious decision to focus on them. Simplify things if needed and readjust your course to stay on track. Today’s Message: Perspective

113: Blessings in disguise come in all forms including obstacles that can pop anywhere and at any time. The Universe wants us to remember that looks can be deceiving and that the key to dealing with these “blessings in disguise” lies in our ability to adapt to the changes they bring and to think outside the box. Remember that every obstacle (even those pesky blessings in disguise) brings a lesson or a series of lessons with it. Some are life lessons and some are karmic lessons. Either way, change is always an important component that can bring new opportunities and personal growth if we are willing to adapt and work with it and not fight against it. Shine the light of perspective on the situation and look for that “one good thing” to help you get started. Going with the flow and learning to adapt will be your greatest asset now. Today’s Message: Introspection

112: Winter is a time of introspection and by looking within we gain valuable knowledge and insights into who we are, who we want to be, and where we want to go. By looking within and taking what we find to heart we are taking the fisrt step to our own growth and improvement. It helps to clear the pathways and makes it possible for letting go of old habits and beliefs. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy when it comes to these old habits. While they may “feel” comfortable the truth is that we hold onto these things because we are afraid to change or have a fear of failure. The Universe is reminding us that we can’t grow if we refuse to accept the changes that are offered and needed. As you explore your own inner workings remember to pay attention to any recurring thoughts and ideas. The key lies in the way we receive and perceive the information provided. This information paves our way into the future we desire, and planting positive thought seeds along our path will be beneficial in the coming months.

Today’s Message: If It Doesn’t Flow, Let It Go

110: Today the Universe is reminding us that we control  our personal evolution. The key lies in utilizing our skills, talents and our unique form of creativity. It’s time to focus on what’s important right now and set aside what you can’t control and things that dwell in the realm of fantasy. By focusing on the NOW will help you to open the doors that you need to move forward. If you need direction or guidance ask you divine support team for help.  Remember that guidance comes in many forms, some of which will come from unexpected places. Take the information that you receive from your “sources” and sift through it. Pick out what is best for YOU and discard the rest. “If it doesn’t flow, let it go.” This will help you create a workable game plan that meshes nicely with what you want to accomplish in the new year.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Uriel teaches us how to access our creative database. He reminds us that sometimes the best way to solve a problem is to use a non-conventional approach. He gives us essential information that we need when we need it. This assists us during the manifestation process by enhancing our problem solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations.

The Ascended Master El Morya can help if you have trouble staying present and focused in the now. He teaches us the importance of putting aside what we cannot control so that we are free to think about other things. He reminds us that it is our faith that keeps us grounded so that we can embrace both the patience and the clear decision making needed to make things happen.

Aine the Irish Fairy Queen and goddess of wealth and fertility shows us the path to increasing faithand finding our divine spark. She is inviting us to dance with her today and invite the Sun into our lives. This sun energy burns away the shadows within which gives new life to the things that bring us joy and creativity. She tells us ” Set yourself free today by letting your sacred spark come forward. This helps to light your way as you preparee to enter this magical time of abundance and new growth. Dance with me!”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Iron Pyrite has a warm, positive energy. It teaches us to have confidence in our skills and abilities so that we are able to realize our true potential by stimulating new ideas and knowledge of our own self worth. Pyrite also helps to balance instinct with innate intuition and overall creativity.

Turquoise helps us with creative problem solving and promotes both balance and intuition. It is aligned with the Throat Chakra and teaches us to speak up for ourselves and to speak our truth, which can be a valuable asset when working with gratitude and our ability to create. Turquoise helps to purify our energy and clears away negative energy. it aids our problem solving skills and protects us against self sabotaging thoughts and actions.

Today’s Message: Being Of Service

19: Helping ourselves and being of service. These two things are often connected because as we help ourselves we are also helping those closest to us.  Being of service does not always mean offering time, and energy to the community or to the world. The truth is that before we can help others was must first be willing to help ourselves and that it is through our own actions that we find ourselves leading by example. This shows others that positive changes can be made. It provides inspiration to those who need it and that every day whether we are aware of it or not, we have the ability to make a difference in someone’s life. Today the angels are reminding us that they are here to help and are asking us to share our optimistic glow while projecting good vibes to those around you.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lie in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is especially helpful when we endeavor to lead by example. It is through forgiveness that we gain insight into what assistance will be beneficial to self and others.

The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others. She helps to fill our hearts with peace and love and helps everyone regardless of path or religion.

The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin, who embodies compassion and mercy says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle on yourself. Joy comes from embracing the simple things which frees the energy needed to assist the creation process and help others along the way.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Chalcedony that brings mind, body, spirit and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self doubt. It also promotes good feeling towards self and others.

 Deep blue Lapis Lazuli helps to open the Third Eye Chakra (mind’s eye) and stimulates our personal power. It also harmonizes our energies on all levels as this balance and strengthens our knowledge of self. It also helps us to confront the truth of a situation and promotes acceptance of the lesson involved. It promotes clarity and helps us express our opinions in a positive manner and teaches us the value of being an active listener which can be important in the letting go process.

Morganite (aka Pink Beryl) to bring awareness to emotional needs or feelings that remain unfulfilled . It helps us to express them so that we can begin the healing process.
