52:  Change is constant. It happens everywhere, to everyone, everyday. Sometimes it’s a gradual process that sneaks up on us and at other times is quite abrupt and can be a real wake up call. Either way change is a necessary thing that helps us to evolve and grow. The thing to remember is that change is part of the letting go process. By learning to let go of people, things and situations that no longer bring us joy we make room something better. ( new people, personal insights and new opportunities) Today the universe is asking us to release our fears and embrace change as an adventure. Don’t force or struggle, it’s time to go with the flow and let the ‘universal tide” carry you forward!




Archangel Jeremiel teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. The Ascended Master Solomon teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us during the letting go and helps us in our quest for personal evolution.  And the Egyptian goddess Maat who provides truth and clarification when we are confronted with confusing situations and /or  the motives of others. Her wisdom shows us the path to the changes we need to create to move forward.  Maat also protects us against deceit and manipulation. She says, “Honor yourself by being truthful. It is truth that creates order out of difficult or confusing situations. It is also truth that keeps your inner scales balanced, your energy free and your heart feather light.”




Our Sacred Stone color  for today is green. These stones correspond with the heart chakra and help to balance both the heart and emotions and strengthen the connection to self. Green crystals also help to rejuvenate our energy and promote growth and new beginnings.




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following:  Peridot brings new levels of awareness as it promotes growth and necessary change. It helps to sharpen the mind and enhances our self confidence. Peridot can teach us to look back at the past and find the gifts that are  hidden within our experiences and then shows us the path to forgiveness and moving forward.  The powerful energy of  blue-green Chrysocolla helps us during periods of change and challenging times. It brings smooth transitions and helps us to accept change with serenity and calm. It helps us to be more self aware and promotes self confidence that inspires both creativity and motivation. Or try Malachite for more aggressive changes. It brings a sense of adventure and transformation as it shows us what is blocking our spiritual growth.

316:  Just like cleaning out our emotional and spiritual selves to make room we do the same when we clear things from our physical world. Both of these clearing activities help us to make room for new abundance and growth. Think of it as “Multi-Level Spring Cleaning”. Today the Ascended Masters are asking us to continue the “Let It Go” process by making room in our physical realm. Take things that you no longer need/want or that are no longer relevant to who you are now, and re-gift, sell or donate. Add to this a few positive thoughts regarding your material supply and know that you are being taken care of.




Archangel Uriel promotes our spiritual understanding. He helps us to get to know ourselves better so that we can embrace the letting go process more fully. This assists us during the manifestation process by enhancing our problem solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations. The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to let go in a more efficient manner which makes the process is less stressful overall. And the Roman goddess Vesta who oversees hearth and home helps us to clear space (both in our physical home and our inner home) to make room for new things and teaches us the value of letting go of what we no longer need. ” If something does not make your heart sing put it where it belongs or set it free. Our Sacred Stone for today is Okenite which can be used to help clear away obstacles and teaches us that the universe is filled with unlimited possibilities when allow ourselves to face and adapt to change. It helps us to find our inner strength so that we can finish what we start and  Prehnite, which is used in Feng Shui, to help us let go of the physical things we no longer need.

218:  Although spring hasn’t arrived yet (in the Northern Hemisphere at least) our Spiritual Helpers are asking us to start our mental spring cleaning early. By doing so we will be inviting prosperity and abundance into our lives. Open the doors and windows within your entire being and kick out any negative nasties that are lurking in the corners and  make room for new personal growth just as Mother Nature makes room for hers. At Imbolc we started planting our “Thought Seeds”, which when nurtured and cared for provide us with new things (new opportunities, growth, abundance etc.) that will help us on our path. Let go of negative thoughts and self doubts and open yourself to a balanced form of giving and receiving. 123: We humans are busy creatures. We spend our days scurrying about like ants on a mission and expend great amounts of energy, time and money. Some of the “expenditures” are worthwhile and others are not. It’s easy to wear ourselves out. Humans also tend to hang onto things like people, things and activities simply out of habit. Today our angels are asking us to look at where our time, energy and money go and to root out the things we no longer need, have outgrown or keep hanging onto just because. Simplify your life is the key phrase for today. Be proactive about making room in your life and check the expiration dates. If something doesn’t fulfill you, bring you joy, or it steals your energy it’s time to let it go. Remember that through simplifying and clearing you are making room for new adventures, friends, and blessings!
