The thing to remember about self-healing is that it begins with you, and you must have the motivation and willingness to start the process and keep it going. The Universe is reminding us that we are works in progress and are all at different levels. So don’t become discouraged if you go through a temporary setback or feel that you aren’t exactly where you think you should be. Baby steps work best and give us the option to make changes as we go. If you are working with others keep in mind that you don’t need to solve their problems for them and that being a good listener and offering encouragement can work miracles. 331: It’s normal for us to think about the future and what it holds for us. Too often though we find ourselves getting caught in the “whirlpool of worry” . We spin round and round agonizing over what “might ” happen. ( What if?- Should I?- I want to…. but…) Thinking about and planning for the future is a good thing, however excessive worrying about it is counter productive. It saps our resources and energy that we could be investing in something else. Today is the last day of March which means the end of a cycle. Your future is an adventure so be bold and take that first step (even if it’s a small one). Release your worries to the Universe and avoid the “whirlpool” by taking things a day at time and let things fall into place!

327: Spring is the season of new beginnings, new growth, and change, all of which are integral parts of our path. So how do you know if you are on the right path and headed in the right direction? First of all, remember that everyone’s path is unique, and second, you are truly the only one who knows what’s best for you. Walking your path involves courage, trust in the universe, in ourselves and our own inner magic. Today we are being reminded that our intuition is a valuable gift. We are all able to discern right from wrong, what feels right and what doesn’t and what brings us joy. 313: During the winter months, we often find ourselves feeling down or trapped in our routines. The coming of Spring however, offers us the chance to renew our view of and our approach to life. 37: Take some time today to engage in your favorite form of meditation. Remember that there is no need to sit still. Go for a walk or simply gather impressions from what’s going on around you. Make note of details, feelings, thoughts and ideas that come to you, don’t force things to come to you just let them flow naturally. You can even ask questions or gain peaceful reassurance from the Divine Sources, the Angel or Ascended Masters. Meditation is also a form of self care, which is important to our overall well-being. It helps us to regain our balance and allows us to ground and center. The Ascended Masters are just reminding us today to embrace awareness of your world and yourself and feel the budding of new growth!

31: As we start the new month the Universe wants us to know that “The world needs fewer instigators and more peacemakers.” Their message is one of love and peace and while this may sound like a throwback from the 1960’s, its energy is powerful and one that we should freely embrace. The concept of unity and community should top the list of priorities and by allowing peace to enter our lives we can set an example for others and ourselves too. It’s important to note that the Ascended Masters are not saying that we shouldn’t stand up for ourselves or for what’s right. If a stand need to be made do so. You can still be firm in your stance while promoting peace.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raguel helps us when we are faced with standing our ground. He can show us the path to resolving disputes and arguments in a peaceful manner. He also acts as a motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves and he loves to help the underdog.

The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others.

The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protecting yourself from the negative energy of others. She says: ” Personal boundaries are important to your well being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

Blue Lace Agate helps us to create and maintain balance during times of stress. It helps us to find our voice when indecision is a factor, allowing us to freely express thoughts and feelings in a peaceful manner

Rose Quartz brings inner peace and harmony. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. It opens our hearts and shows us the love in relationships and situations, which helps us find a balancing point.

Rhodonite. This gentle stone helps to balance both mental and physical energy. It shows us all sides to any given situation and clears away confusion and helps to promote confidence. Its calming influence helps us to ground and balance even during chaotic or upsetting situations. It also helps to promote the feeling of brotherhood.

226: Today the angels are asking us to share the gift of compassion with others. We sometimes get caught up in our own “stuff” and forget to check on those closest to us. Never assume that loved ones will always come to you if something is needed. We have been working on self-confidence and intuition this month. Both can help you if showing others that you care is difficult. This can be hard for some people and they come across as aloof or gruff because they want to “be there” but simply don’t know how to go about it. A good opener is a simple “How are you?”, “So things are going okay for you?” Intuition goes hand in hand with compassion and if it directs you to a specific person there may be a reason behind it. Our message today is ” Gather your loved ones close, let them know you love them and never forget the healing power of a simple touch or a hug.”

Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lie in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is especially helpful when we endeavor to lead by example. It is through forgiveness that we gain insight into what assistance will be beneficial to self and others.

The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter, this gives us a clear perspective and keeps our energy flowing. He tells us that laughter is sacred and when the heart is alive with joy we are connected to the Infinite and filled with Nirvana-essence. Center your mind with the intent of enjoying yourself and you will find yourself centered in the moment. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!

The Egyptian Goddess Nuit (Nut) represents the sky and the cosmos. She is a mother goddess, a life giver. She teaches us the importance of nurturing those in our care with patience and love. As a cosmic goddess she reminds us of our divine place in the Universe and while we may feel small and insignificant the truth is far different. She says” Rejoice in your own power. It is love and patience that allow you to shape the world and make you a creator in your own right. You do not need to have born a child to be a mother this essence live within all. Embrace it and send it to those around you.”

Rose Quartz. This soft pink crystal is the ultimate nurturer of compassion and loving energy. It soothes the heart, mind, and spirit. It helps us to bring out the best part of ourselves so that we can help and heal not only ourselves but others as well.

Stilbite which helps us to find creative solutions to problems and enhances our intuition so that we can more effectively offer assistance.
