910: Today is all about keeping our energy elevated and being optimistic. Sometimes this can be difficult, especially when something bad happens and our thoughts and mood take a nosedive into the basement. Today’s Message: Necessary Adjustments

87: We all come equipped with a personal guidance system called intuition and every day we are faced with choices that we must make for our personal evolution. When faced with these choices that will have an impact on your life ask yourself “Is this best for me right now?” Your inner guidance system will always be the voice of reason and will not steer you wrong. The key to intuition is learning to recognize it as opposed to the voice of the Inner Child who can often get us into trouble. Today the angels are asking us to fire up our intuition and embrace the strength and courage to make the best possible choices for our current situations. They are also telling us that it’s time for a balance check in regards to giving and receiving. Make any necessary adjustments to avoid tipping the scales.

Today’s Message: A Caring Balance

723: Today is a self-care day and the Universe is encouraging us to perform a balance check.  

  • Are you taking enough time for yourself or are you giving it all away? 
  • Are you achieving a balance between work and your personal life? 
  • Are you giving and receiving energy equally? Or tipping the scales?

Taking the time to see where we are mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically is important. The Ascended Masters are stepping in to give us a hand.  They are reminding us that when we are out of balance it drains our energy which in turn will make us tired, emotional, anxious, depressed, cranky, or even just plain angry. Even if you have no pressing issues today their presence and loving energy can refresh and uplift you. Today is also a good time to ground-clear and center. This helps not only free up our energy but opens us to the supportive energies sent by the universe.

Archangel Jophiel teaches us to slow down and appreciate the beauty around us. Taking the time to simply breathe and absorb “beauty” it can help open our communication lines by lowering the barriers we have put up.

The Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find our “Attitude of Gratitude”.By acknowledging what we have to be grateful for we are filled with joy and inner peace which encourages positive flow. He also reminds us of the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find the patience and inner peace we need to go with the flow which can help us embrace the “Tiny Miracles” in our lives as well.

The Egyptian goddess Bastet (Bast) is not only associated with cats both large and small she is also a goddess of protection and of things that bring pleasure to the senses. She asks you today “What are you passionate about and how are you using that energy? be like a cat today and use your energy wisely. By expending too much you are not honoring your commitment to your own self-care

It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. It opens our hearts and shows us the love in relationships and situations, which helps us find a balancing point Use this gentle stone to shower yourself with loving care and to send healing to those little places that most need it.

Today’s Message: Helping Yourself Heal

713: We all have those small places inside where we hide or store the things that have brought us pain, anger, or sadness. Today the Universe is telling us “It’s time to let the healing light shine in those places and get the energy moving.” Set aside a little time each day to clear and center, feel the sun on your face and hands, indulge in walking meditation, do some earthing or even the simple act of eating an orange (citrus scents are mood boosters) can help those peaceful vibes to flow and inspire the mind. Look for ways that will support and help you on your path to personal healing and growth. Listen to your intuition and pay attention to your dreams, many of the answers you seek dwell in these realms. The important thing is to release these things and let your healing take place.

Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is essential to the letting go and letting it be processes as it allows our hearts and minds to make room and teaches us to just breathe and embrace compassion which in turn makes room for new growth. This is one of the best self-healing practices and gifts that we can give ourselves.

The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others.

The Celtic goddess Nematona teaches us that healing can be found through nature as she helps us replenish our energy. She says, ” I am the spirit of the sacred grove. I invite you to worship in my temple and feel the heartbeat of nature. This communion can heal a weary and battered soul and replenish your spirit with hope and divine peace.”

Rose Quartz. This soft pink crystal is the ultimate nurturer of compassion and loving energy. It soothes the heart, mind, and spirit. It helps us to bring out the best part of ourselves so that we can help and heal not only ourselves, but others as well
