417: Over the last few days, we’ve been working on clearing the way for new growth. This raises our energy level and increases our feel good and positive vibes. Even when we experience difficult times we really do have many reasons to be optimistic and hopeful and the angels want us to know that we are doing a great job. Take some time for yourself today and engage in whatever makes your spirit sing. Days like this are good for us emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Choose something that simply makes your heart and spirit sing. This will help to promote positive flow and allow you to ground, center and balance. Start your day with a big self-hug and above all be kind to yourself!

331: It’s normal for us to think about the future and what it holds for us. Too often though we find ourselves getting caught in the “whirlpool of worry”. We spin round and round agonizing over what “might ” happen. ( What if?- Should I?- I want to…. but…) Thinking about and planning for the future is a good thing, however excessive worrying about it is counterproductive. It saps our resources and energy that we could be investing in something else. Today is the last day of March which means the end of a cycle. Your future is an adventure so be bold and take that first step (even if it’s a small one). Release your worries to the Universe and avoid the “whirlpool” by taking things a day at a time and letting things fall into place!

313:  During the winter months, we often find ourselves feeling down or trapped in our routines. The coming of Spring, however, offers us the chance to renew our view of and our approach to life. Surround yourself with healing energy today. Starting with Ground-Center-Clear to release old energy and to help fine-tune your connection to the Divine. ( I like to do this exercise outside and if it’s breezy it’s even better. let the wind move through you and visualize it clearing your energy field.) 31: As we start the new month we are reminded that “The world needs fewer instigators and more peacemakers.” This message is one of love and peace and while this may sound like a throwback from the 1960s, its energy is powerful and one that should be freely embraced as often as possible. The concept of unity and community should top the list of priorities and by allowing peace to enter our lives we can set an example for others and ourselves too. On a side note keep in mind that boundaries are an important component. promoting peace doesn’t mean we should let others walk over us. You can stand up for your beliefs and still embody a peaceful attitude.

Today’s Message: Be A Friend, Not A Critic

224: Today we are being reminded to embrace the faith we have in ourselves. The Universe and the angels know that we are worthy of receiving the blessings that they offer. Prosperity, love, abundance, and more are always available to us. However, there are times when we feel less than worthy and spend precious time knocking ourselves down. (Remember when we talked about being your own worst critic?) At times like this take some time to ground and center…. just breathe, do your best to let go and surrender the situation to your spiritual helpers. Dust off your courage (it’s there.. it really is!), ask for help and give yourself a big hug and acknowledge your power as a creator. You ARE worthy, YOU are amazing and YOU have the ability to create wonderful things for yourself!

Today’s Message: Let Them Know

221: One of the things that the angels ask of us is to live with the “Attitude of Gratitude”. We all have many things to be grateful for however, today the angels are asking us to focus on the people we are grateful for. Family, heart family, and friends all play an important role in our lives. Take a moment to acknowledge your gratitude towards them and bless them with peaceful, loving energy. Do not be afraid to let them know how much their presence means to you, ” I’m glad that you’re here”, Thank you for being a part of my life”, “I love you”, these words can mean so much. Allow your gratitude to fill you and know in your heart that these blessings will continue to flow around you and your loved ones.

Archangel Chamuel helps us in creating and maintaining strong and loving relationships. While this includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature, it helps our relationships with others as well. The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter, this gives us a clear perspective and keeps our energy flowing. Joy comes from embracing the simple things which frees the energy needed to assist the creation process and help others along the way.”

Amazonite. This stone is sometimes called the stone of hope. It helps us to speak our truth with confidence and instills us with hope itself. It calms and soothes frayed nerves during times of stress and helps us to feel and embrace universal love. It works with both heart and throat chakras.

 Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. It opens our heart and shows us the love in relationships and situations, which helps us find a balancing point Use this gentle stone to shower yourself with loving care and to send healing to those little places that most need it.

Today’s Message: Peaceful Vibes

131: Love and peace. Sounds like a 60’s revival doesn’t it? These words are just as important today (maybe even more so) as they were then. The truth is that every living thing is touched by them. Don’t lose sight of the things that really matter and do your best to keep spreading love and peace. Today the universe is asking us to end the month with a shift of thought. By lifting ourselves to a higher level of love and peace we are able to see things more clearly as we become more energetically empowered. Remember, what you send out comes back so this is a great day to share this loving and peaceful energy or by simply offering a prayer for a friend or loved one who needs it, for the world, the earth, or even for yourself!

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time.
