64:  We are turning our focus to the material realm. There are certain material items that we need to live, food, clothing, shelter and other basic necessities. Today we being assisted by both the angelic realm and the realm of earth angels. They are reassuring us that all of our needs are being met and will continue to be met in the future. However, the angels cannot do it all for us so we must do our part as well by adding our own energy and focus. This will help to open new doors that will increase our flow of abundance. Express your gratitude to the Angels, the Divine and the Universe and welcome the blessings that are waiting for you!




Archangel Raziel helps us to access and fine tune both our psychic and intuitive abilities so that we are better able to receive divine guidance. This helps us to better assist in our own personal manifestation process. The Ascended Master El Morya helps us increase our faith and keeps us grounded so that we can embrace both the patience and the clear decision making needed to make things happen. And, the Roman goddess Abundantia teaches us to appreciate abundance in it’s many forms as well as attract them. She tells us, ” Your faith in the bounty of the universe serves you well. Our Sacred Stones for today include the following: Amethyst is a powerful protector and helps to shield us from unwanted energies, which it transmutes into something more positive while dispelling anxiety and fear It helps the thought process by providing focus and clearing the way to good decision making. Citrine helps us sift through information and analyze situations so that we can move forward with positive intent. Citrine also helps us go with the flow and encourages us to explore all options so that we can make the best decisions for our journey, and jade which attracts both prosperity and good luck. It soothes the mind and escorts negative thoughts to the door.

63:  The Ascended Masters are spending some time with us today. The AM’s are some of history’s greatest spiritual teachers and healers, (Buddha, Jesus, Kuthumi, Maitreya, Mother Mary, Saint Francis, Saint Germain etc) They work with everyone regardless of their religious path. Since the Ascended Masters were human at one time they have a better understanding of our desires, needs and feelings. They are encouraging us to reach out to them with any earthly matters or day to day concerns. Remember to ask out of love, not out of anger, hate or revenge. These harsh emotions can generate a negative landslide and no one wants to be caught in that. Asking for help to temper those emotions will be helpful and allow you to add some love into the equation.




Call on your favorite Ascended Master today or choose one to address specific concerns: Jesus and Moses can both help with Divine communication, and issues of faith. Buddha helps us to find balance and moderation while promoting inner peace and joy. Mother Mary for all types of healing, Saint John of God helps us overcome anxiety and depression.




Our Sacred Stones for today are Moldavite and Phenacite. Both of these stones help us to communicate with the Ascended Masters and other cosmic messengers. Both stones work on a high frequency and help you access your higher self so grounding is essential when working with them, or you could simply use Rose Quartz to help open your heart to divine love.

62:  The world is filled with many things; both the beautiful and the ugly. Sometimes it feels like we see more of the ugliness because that’s what the media and social media want us to see. These things are in your face and grab your attention, pushing the beautiful and good things to the bottom. Today the Angels are imploring us to keep our faith in the world and in people. There are millions of good people out there all trying their best to make the world a better place a little bit at a time. This attitude starts at home with you. Take a moment and offer gratitude for the blessings in your life and a prayer for the people in your world and the world as a whole. Surround them with love and ask that they be encouraged to see the beauty and goodness within themselves and in others.




Archangel Jophiel helps us to bounce back from negative situations by showing us all the good things that the world has to offer. She also reminds us  that goodness and beauty surround us all the time even though we must sometime look closely to see them.  Jophiel’s message is “Beautiful thoughts  help us to create beautiful outcomes.”  The Ascended Master Mother Mary surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love and peace. Our Sacred Stones for today include the following:  The higher vibration of Kunzite can help to create a balanced partnership with the Universe as it opens your heart to receiving Divine love. Turquoise promotes creative expression which allows to see the beauty in everything while strengthening our communication process and tempering our words with wisdom. And lastly we have  Charoite. This multi-hued mineral is a stone of transformation. It helps to open our hearts to the concept of unconditional love and brings those energies forward. Charoite  enhances our perception and  helps to ground our spiritual nature into everyday reality and helps us to see ways we can be of service.

61:  Thoughts are powerful things that can bring us great joy, peace or inspiration to anxiety and despair, along with everything in between.  Sometimes it feels impossible to be super-positive all the time as some New Age “guru’s” say you should be. Negative thoughts happen (it’s part of our human nature) and when they do what’s most important is how you handle them. (Balance) If you hold on to them they breed more negativity and that’s not good for our mental well being. The key is in acknowledging these thoughts and looking for the underlying cause of them (be honest with yourself!). There is always a positive solution and the universe is here to help. By doing our best to turn negative’s over to our spiritual helpers we can gain valuable insight and new ideas. Essentially it frees up our “thought space”!




Archangel Raguel acts as a motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves. He shows us the way to bring balance into the areas of our lives where we need it most.  Ask for help and he can help you realize your full potential. The Ascended Master Buddha teaches us that the key to happy living requires moderation and balance in all things. This includes the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find that inner peace is ours.  And Hindu goddess Lakshmi helps us to manifest and clear the way for all forms of abundance including home supplies and food. She says ” You are worthy of so many wonderful things! Let me help you to clear the way so that these gifts can be given to you. Make room and feel the lightness it creates within your spirit.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following: Amethyst calms and quiets internal chatter and “monkey mind”, which in turn enables us to relax and allow  grounding and balancing to take place. Black Obsidian not only protects it also helps to bring negative energy to the surface where it can be dispelled and provides support during times of change. It takes the “things” that we’ve hidden and composts them into positive soil to support out new growth, and  Larimar which helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

531:  As we close out the month of May look back and see what you have accomplished in this cycle. You may have done big things or small things but both are equally important. Our message today is a reminder to embrace the things you are good at and your divine given talents. These gifts bring us the confidence we need to create our lives and live our truth.You have done a good job with the changes life has given you. Don’t stress or worry simply trust in the process of life, allow things to unfold and when the right door opens you’ll know it without a doubt!

Our Sacred Stone for today is Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. 530: Today our helpers would like us to know that they’re proud of us. In the last month we have we faced change and made positive life choices and important decisions that will help us navigate path. We have  learned to embrace our faith which has given us the  confidence to trust in our intuition and move forward with optimism and purpose.  While these things have empowered us it has also been a challenge. These things have also strengthened our connection and relationship with the Universe and our spiritual helpers. We have learned that we can call on them when we need to. Take a moment today to offer gratitude to the Universe for life, for love, and all the blessings that surround you. Then take a ME day to restore and center….. You’ve earned it!




The healer Archangel, Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal our selves and our lives and therefore regain our self confidence and faith. It also promotes good feeling towards self and others. And Satin Spar Selenite makes it a great meditation stone. It opens the crown chakra to help us receive universal guidance as it calms the emotions and promotes inner peace.

529:  We have been talking about faith quite a bit in the last few days and how it enhances our power as a creator and our overall sense of self. As we prepare to close out the month of May the Angels are sending us the following message: ” Your faith in yourself and in the Divine plays an important part in the changes that you are making. These changes will not only help you and your loved ones they will also shed light on your divine purpose. Teach by example that faith helps to create positive change and self empowerment.”




Archangel Uriel is said to be one of the wisest angels. He brings intellectual information, solutions to problems great or small, and creative insight. He also helps us to gain spiritual understanding. Today is a good day to simply touch base with him, ask for help if needed or simply express gratitude for the blessing in your life. Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.  The Chinese goddess Kuan Yin helps us find spiritual enlightenment through compassion and kindness. She tells us “Your faith is essential to many things one of which is self care. By taking care of your needs the doors to self empowerment will open for you.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include: Peridot which brings new levels of awareness as it promotes growth and necessary change. It helps to sharpen the mind and enhances our self confidence. Peridot can teach us to look back at the past and find the gifts that are hidden within our experiences and then shows us the path to forgiveness and moving forward. Labradorite to relieve fear and insecurity caused by old hurts and disappointments. It also strengthens our faith as it removes the projections of others that are holding us back. And Rose Quartz is the essential self love and self care stone. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feeling that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace.

528:  Having faith is a powerful thing. It increases our feelings of security, our power as a creator and it opens the doors to abundance. One of the keys to manifesting abundance lies in remembering that it comes in many forms, and can be completely unexpected or come from sources never considered. These blessings of abundance have an uncanny way of showing up in the areas we need them whether we are currently aware of them or not. So when a blessing shows up somewhere unexpected shake hands with it and invite it in for tea. This allows new doors and pathways to open up and effectively turns on the porch light so that new forms of abundance can find you.




Our helpers for today include two angels, Archangel Raziel helps us to better understand and manifest prosperity and abundance and Gamaliel who helps the blessings of abundance to arrive at our door. The Ascended Master Serapis Bey helps us to release our troubles and offers clear guidance and motivation regarding our own self improvement. He also helps us gain spiritual insight and teaches us that loving care is essential to navigating change and helps to increase our faith in self and the universe.  And the Hindu god Ganesh helps to remove the roadblocks and other obstacles from our path. Ganesh wants to help us succeed with our dreams and goals and his loving energy helps make this happen. He teaches us that our barriers are quite often self imposed. He tells us “Never be afraid to move forward or to let go of what no longer serves you or brings you joy.” While doing this may seem difficult or even impossible you effort will produce beneficial cleansing and healing.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following: Sodalite is a stone for the mind and encourages clear and calm thinking. It helps us to be objective and helps us to release old mental conditioning and outdated thought patterns as it boosts our self confidence and esteem. Chrysanthemum Stone, which used in conjunction with Ganesh, can help to remove obstacles from our path. Since obstacles tend to pop up during periods of change, this stone promotes the harmony and the balance we need to help our forward progress and Chrysoprase which helps to tune in to positive events and brings us hope.

527:  We are counting down the final days of May and we are being reminded about the power of faith. Faith is inherent to every religion and spiritual path. The only thing it requires is belief in the power that is yours and the power of Spirit. Through our faith we can make things better and create new and wonderful things. We have been working with change this month and that work is never easy, however it is through change that we continue to grow. The stronger your faith is in yourself and the divine the more empowered you become. The Universe is reminding us ” Embrace your faith today and  step into your role as a co-creator. With this leap  you are better able to see and appreciate  the new direction your path is taking!




Since faith requires courage, should you find yourself lacking in that area then Archangel Michael is your go to angel. 525:  Change is part of life. It doesn’t matter whether it happens naturally or if we initiate it ourselves there is always a feeling of uncertainty that accompanies it. One of this month’s themes is “Embracing New Adventures”. By having faith in ourselves and in the divine sources we are able to meet change with feelings of excitement. We all want to be the best that we can be and in order to do that we must be willing to move forward. Remember, changes are necessary for our overall growth (personal, mental, emotional, spiritual) and without it we are stuck in the same place. Today the angels are reminding us that during periods of change both we and our loved ones are safe and cared for. When we need help and support they are just a thought away. Opening yourself to an adventure creates positive energy that draws good things our way. Welcome them!
