315:  Ever so often it becomes necessary to release old outdated feelings/ emotions, thoughts and patterns. Every little bit we release helps us to initiate and create positive change. This clears the way so that we can receive new and wonderful things. Sometimes it feels like the universe has given us too much to handle and negativity rears its ugly head. This reaction is normal (don’t worry) just don’t allow yourself to get bogged down in it. Today the Ascended Masters are advising us to learn from our past mistakes and experiences. Look for the lessons in them, then let them go and move on using them as stepping stone to the next level. If you need help ask the masters for guidance, they will help!




Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to to forgive ourselves and others, and it’s an essential part of the letting go process. The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to set aside things we have no control over. And  the Hindu god Ganesh teaches us that our barriers are quite often self imposed. He tells us “Never be afraid to move forward or to let go of what no longer serves you or brings you joy.” While doing this may seem difficult or even impossible you effort will produce beneficial cleansing and healing.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include: Moss Agate which promotes new beginnings and helps us to release the blocks that are keeping us from moving forward and Tiger Iron , a combination of Jasper, Hematite and Tiger’s Eye, helps to promote change by opening space within and providing the energy to accomplish what’s needed by generating new and creative ways and ideas to make the changes easier.

314:  We’ve all heard the quote that says our thoughts create reality.( positive = positive and negative = negative) This is true…to a point. While positive thinking certainly helps, the truth is that you need to combine that with taking the necessary positive actions to help make things happen. Today the Ascended Masters are reminding us that positive thought creates the framework while positive action opens the doors to opportunity. Do a little self assessment today and ask yourself “What action can I take to help me create my dreams and achieve my goals?” Take charge of your life and put you best foot forward. Remember….. small steps and each one moves you closer to the life you want!




Archangel Michael helps us to find the courage and direction that we need to work through any obstacles that pop up. He teaches us that we have what it takes to create new things for ourselves as he helps us reach new levels of self confidence. The Ascended Master Vywamus teaches us that change can be healing opportunity. This happens as we allow ourselves to let go of things that have held us back. We may not always be aware of it, but we all create and repeat affirmations constantly. The problem is, we typically don’t pay attention to exactly what those affirmations are saying. Often we go through the day giving ourselves all sorts of contradictory, or even negative messages. We may project confidence to the world around us, while our inner dialogue says… I hope this works. I am so nervous about this. I hope I don’t blow it. Affirmations are self fulfilling prophecies. If we say, This is never going to work … then chances are excellent it never will. – John Assaraf




313:  The Ascended Masters are telling us that today is a good time to do a little self-work. During the winter months we often find ourselves feeling down or trapped in our routines. The coming of Spring however offers us the chance to renew our view of and our approach to life. Surround yourself with healing energy today. Starting with Ground-Center-Clear to release old energy and to help fine tune your connection to the Divine. ( I like to do this exercise outside and if it’s breezy it’s even better. let the wind move through you and visualize it clearing your energy field.) Today’s number is a sign of progress so if you feel stuck look for the things that are holding you back. Remember that you are the creator of your life. Find one good thing, take baby steps or embrace tiny miracles, just do something that helps you to move forward!

Our Sacred Stone for today include the following. Rose Quartz is like getting and emotional bubblebath and it fills us with loving energy and soothes our emotions and spirit. We can also use Angelite to help us connect to the universe and it’s helpers, it also has a gentle energy that compliments that of Rose Quartz.

312:  The Universe is speaking to us today through repetitive thoughts, ideas and visuals. These important clues are designed to help us to improve our lives. We all have areas that need attention and if something is not okay, or isn’t working out for you then the time has come to move on to something better. The key is in being honest with yourself so don’t put frosting on a problem and then tell yourself that it’s all better. It’s through change that we make these needed improvements, and while changes take time remember that baby steps are the key to making them successful. Each step in itself is important so don’t be too eager and rush ahead as you might miss out on something amazing. Changes are often seen as scary but don’t let fear take over,  remember that you are supported in every way!

This includes our personal truth as well as  the truth in the people and situations that surround us. By allowing ourselves to  feel and see from a more spiritual perspective we gain better communication and manifestation skills and strengthen our ability to let go of the things that are holding us back or draining our energy. The world is a crazy place right now which makes this all the more important. By doing our part we are leading in a positive manner toward a positive goal. Everywhere I go, I still have time to meditate. People think meditating is sitting there, nobody bothering you, but you can even talk and still meditate. – Jet Li




37: Take some time today to engage in meditation. Like our quote for the day from Jet Li meditation doesn’t necessarily means sitting still. Go for a walk or simply gather impressions from what’s going on around you. Make note of details, feelings, thoughts and ideas that come to you, don’t force things to come to you just let them flow naturally. You can even ask questions or gain peaceful reassurance from the Divine Sources, the Angel or Ascended Masters. Meditation is also a form of self care, which is important to our overall well-being. It helps us to regain our balance and allows us to ground and center. The Ascended Masters are just reminding us today to embrace awareness of your world and yourself and feel the budding of new growth!




Archangel Jophiel reminds us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. She reminds us that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp.  The Ascended Master Babaji encourages us to follow our spiritual paths. 36:  Our focus today involves letting go of material worries and concerns. When we fixate on these things we are causing ourselves unnecessary stress. Even though there may be  nothing we can do at that moment we often allow ourselves to get worked up. This is not so good for our physical, emotional or spiritual well being. The Ascended Masters are letting us know that they are here to help and that they are supporting you and your loved ones. Don’t focus on what you feel you are lacking, instead place your focus on what you have. Embrace gratitude and the tiny miracles you experience today. Show yourself a little love and hang out in a happy place!
