519: One of the best things that we can do for ourselves is to show ourselves some love by embracing a loving self-image. We have all heard the phrase “love yourself”, it’s not only an important part of our self-care, but it also helps to increase our self-confidence and feelings of worth. When we love ourselves and like who we are it shows. That’s not to say that there isn’t room for improvement (there’s always room for that) because we really are a work in progress. A positive and loving self-image tells the world “I am confident in who I am and I like myself. I am not perfect, however, I am trying to be the best person I can be .” Today the angels are saying “Give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the amazing being you are!”

Archangel Chamuel helps us in creating and maintaining strong and loving relationships. While this includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature, it helps our relationships with others as well. 518: Initiating change and cultivating new growth is an ongoing process that takes time and patience. Things are looking good and falling into place. One of the keys to our success lies in our ability to receive. Some people overextend the giving process but have trouble with receiving the blessings, assistance, and abundance when it comes around to them. Sometimes we need a reminder that it’s okay to receive so that we can embrace the good things that are offered. Remember to balance giving and receiving as it will help clear our energy and bring us peace. Also keep in mind that abundance comes in many forms so make sure that you don’t limit yourself to just one thing. Accept them all and the doors open to new things and experiences will open. 516: Our thoughts can help us to create our reality.. You see, by acknowledging and focusing on the good things in our lives the happier and more peaceful we are. Now, this doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t want something better because we all deserve abundant blessings. Living in gratitude helps to make room for these blessings. Gratitude opens the door, shakes hands with the blessings on the doorstep, and invites them in to take a load off and stay awhile. Today the Universe is gently reminding us that our needs are being met and that today is a great time to offer thanks for what you have and for the blessings that are headed your way!

The angels are reminding us today that we are a reflection of our thoughts. If we surround ourselves with negativity then that’s what we will see and draw. However, when we embrace an optimistic outlook the Universe sends good things our way. Since we are working with changes this month it’s a great time to give your inner garden some extra “positive nutrients”. Today’s Message: Clearing Your Energy

514: The practice of centering, grounding, and clearing is important to our emotional, mental, and spiritual health. There are no rules on how often it should be done. But sometimes we need to perform this more often due to stress, major upheavals, or changes. As we are currently working with changes we are being reminded that now might be a good time to engage in this self-care ritual. This 3 step process helps to keep us balanced and promotes peace and harmony within ourselves and with the Universe. Now that the weather is warmer I suggest “earthing”. Going barefoot in the garden or grass is a wonderful way to get grounded and to connect with the energy of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to “root” into the earth and just release, feel the sun on your face, and let the healing begin!

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.

The Celtic goddess Nemetona teaches us that nature is the best place to recharge, she says ” I am the spirit of the sacred grove. I invite you to worship in my temple and feel the heartbeat of nature. This communion can heal a weary and battered soul and replenish your spirit with hope and divine peace.”

Amber which bestows a positive mental state and helps us find balance, patience and aids in decision making. Use Amber to enhance your earth connection and to promote grounding. It is also a great healing stone (it’s actually tree resin) that helps to remove energetic impurities from the body

Hematite. This stone has a strong connection to the earth element and helps us stay grounded and promotes feelings of safety. Hematite also brings mental clarity through focus and concentration which is essential letting go process which accompanies change.

Red Jasper helps us to see problems before the get out of hand while promoting new ideas and creative problem solving. It strengthens personal boundaries and keeps us grounded

The key is to meet change with openness and optimism. This helps us to become more self reliant and confident as it builds both trust and faith. This is the groundwork on which all new things start and the basis for personal fulfillment and happiness. Today’s Message: The Inner Voice

510: In order to embrace our personal evolution and create the life we want we must be true to ourselves and trust in our own inner wisdom. Often this means that we must step out of our comfort zones to make things happen. The creation process is more apparent during periods of growth and change so it’s important to pay attention to the messages and guidance that we receive. Remember that this information comes from many sources (the people around us, nature, dreams, intuition, or from the universe.) and the signs are visible to those who pay attention. If you feel strongly directed to act then follow your heart and move forward. Likewise, if it doesn’t feel right or makes you uncomfortable step back and examine your reaction and feelings before making a decision. If you are unsure of what to do, or the best way to proceed ask for help. Divine guidance combined with your intuition will never steer you wrong.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Michael teaches us that through compassion and commitment to our beliefs we can lead effectively through example. He sets us on the path of commitment to our purpose by showing us how to work through obstacles that pop up as he teaches us that we have what it takes to create new things for ourselves as he helps us reach new levels of self-confidence.

The Greek Goddess Artemis teaches us to harness the power of our own inner wisdom. As the goddess of the hunt, she knows that focusing on our goals and tracking them to fulfillment = success. She tells us “All the skills and knowledge you need for success lives within you. Your inner wisdom is a powerful thing and you know in your heart when something is good and right.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Amethyst helps us to make decisions by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. This crystal is a powerful protector and helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the thought process by providing focus and clearing the way to good decision making. Amethyst crystal is used by Tibetan monks to honor Buddha. If you’re feeling crafty make yourself a set of prayer beads to honor him and use for meditation (these are great for Archangel Michael as well).

Beryl teaches us how to fulfill our true potential. It helps us to see both sides of a situation, opportunity or problem and promotes strategic planning so that we can use it to our best advantage.

Black Obsidian. This stone not only protects it also helps to bring negative energy to the surface where it can be dispelled and provides support during times of change. It takes the “things” that we’ve hidden and composts them into positive soil to support out new growth.
