Today’s Message: Taking The Next Step

21: The new month is an invitation to take faith and self-confidence to the next level. The work we do and the progress we make will involve stepping up and believing in yourself and in your own power. Start by embracing the “I CAN” and “I AM” consciousness to jump-start the new cycle. Stay focused on what you want to create for yourself and be open to exploring new avenues for growth and transformation. Your challenge lies in the letting go of outdated beliefs to  make room for the new things headed our way.

Remember that tomorrow is Imbolc/ Candlemas which symbolizes new beginnings and growth which makes this a great time to start planting more new Thought Seeds. Sow your inner garden now, and tend to the seeds you planted last month as well. Be clear about what you want to accomplish. No need to be too grandiose in your plans as sometimes starting small is better as it provides us with more and better options. If you need direction ask the Universe and the angels for additional guidance.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal our selves and our lives and regain our self confidence and faith. This opens our spiritual eyes so that we may see what we have and how blessed we truly are as it teaches us how to make room for new things through the clearing out process. He helps to clear the way so that we can achieve balance by removing the blocks associated with giving and receiving by promoting flexibility in thinking and attitude.

 The Ascended Master, Saint Padre Pio, keeps us on the path of spiritual and personal growth. As we continue to grow so do our abilities like intuition, compassion, and seeing through the eyes of love. His energy is strong and optimistic which helps to boost our faith and confidence.

The Greek goddess Hecate teaches us about the importance of change. She helps us to release the past and the old things that keep us from moving on and how to accept change and transition. She tells us:  ” I am the guardian of the crossroads.  Remember that to move ahead you must face your fears and release the past. Change and circumstance are inviting you to choose a path. It is your choice so make the one that is best for you.”

Moss Agate. This gentle stone promotes new beginnings and can help release the blocks that are keeping us from moving forward.  It attracts new forms of abundance and teaches us how to channel our energy in new, creative ways. Often referred to as the gardener’s stone Moss Agate helps us connect to nature, the earth, and our own inner garden as well. Carry it with you or wear it during times of new growth.

Iron Pyrite has a warm, positive energy. It teaches us to have confidence in our skills and abilities so that we are able to realize our true potential by stimulating new ideas and knowledge of our own self worth. Pyrite also helps to balance instinct with innate intuition and overall creativity.

Orbicular or Ocean Jasper helps to increase our sense of responsibility and promotes patience. It provides the strength we need to calmly deal with life’s challenges and soothes the emotional stress that can happen when we become impatient for results.

Today’s Message: Love and Peace

131: Love and peace. Sounds like a 60’s revival doesn’t it? These words are just as important today (maybe even more so) as they were then. The truth is that every living thing is touched by them. Don’t lose sight of the things that really matter and do your best to keep spreading love and peace. Today the universe is asking us to end the month with a shift of thought. By lifting ourselves to a higher level of love and peace we are able to see things more clearly as we become more energetically empowered. Remember, what you send out comes back so this is a great day to share this loving and peaceful energy or by simply offering a prayer for a friend or loved one who needs it, for the world, the earth or even for yourself!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

Center your mind with the intent of enjoying yourself and you will find yourself centered in the moment. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!

The Greek Goddess Iris teaches us that miracles of beauty can happen in a instant. She says “Open your eyes, both physical and spiritual, then open you heart and allow the divine light to fill you. This will help you see the blessings and the beauty that are right before your eyes. Take nothing for granted.”

Rose Quartz. This soft pink crystal is the ultimate nurturer of compassion and loving energy. It soothes the heart, mind, and spirit. It helps us to bring out the best part of ourselves so that we can help and heal not only ourselves but others as well

Today’s Message: Divine Goddess

130: Today we find ourselves surrounded by divine feminine energy. Yes, goddess energy! She is asking us to pay attention to our intuition (which we talked about yesterday). It is through our intuition that we see our own divine nature and the critical role we play in our own destiny. The goddess also reminds us to pay attention to the moon cycles which affect how you feel and add power to your manifestation process. Remember to be crystal clear about what you want or want to make happen as it will add some extra ‘fertilizer” to your thought seeds. The Goddess is always here, she is the earth below our feet, the sky above us and found in every living creature. Like the angels, she is always there to surround her children with loving knowledge.

Archangel Ariel ( the lion) teaches us that by embracing our divine spark we can open the doors to creating the life we want. Be bold like the lion and use your strength and focus to find a forward path. As a cosmic goddess she reminds us of our divine place in the Universe and while we may feel small and insignificant the truth is far different. She says” Rejoice in your own power. It is love and patience that allow you to shape the world and make you a creator in your own right. Embrace your power and get ready to grow!”

Moonstone, the stone of new beginnings is associated with the divine feminine. This beautiful, watery stone helps to navigate the cycles of change and calms our emotions. It also provides emotional healing by helping to stabilize the emotions and draw out old emotional patterns.

 Nuummite is often referred to as the Sorcerers or Magicians Stone and aid in both meditation and protection. It strengthens and enhances our personal magic in areas of luck and prosperity. Used during meditation it helps us see our true selves more clearly as it sets us on the path of self mastery. Nuummite also contains the energy of the earth element which can help us connect to the Earth Mother.

Today’s Message: Choosing Our Direction

129: Today the Universe is reminding us of the importance of trusting in ourselves and the guidance that we receive from within. Our intuition is a powerful ally. However, we sometimes have the tendency to ignore it in favor of outside influences or by allowing our ego getting in the way. Remember that the Universe is always creating something new to take the place of what we have lost. Set ego aside and embrace trust in yourselves and in your own abilities. By learning to trust that inner voice we gain self-confidence, inner peace and the firm foundation we need to step into our own power. As confidence is gained so does the power of our inner wisdom. Use your natural talents and gifts to help create a new self-reliant you. One who has the confidence to sift through the external noise around them and choose the direction best suited for their personal growth.

Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is essential to the letting go and letting it be processes as it allows our hearts and minds to make room and teaches us to just breathe and embrace compassion which in turn makes room for new growth. The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He  teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.

The Greek Goddess Artemis helps us to hone our intuitive skills so that we get the information we need without the unnecessary backwash. She teaches us how to trust in ourselves and honor our own wisdom. By following our inner guidance system we are setting ourselves on the path of authenticity and personal truth. Allow yourself to be a “huntress” like Artemis and track down your inner power. She tells us,  “All the skills and knowledge you need for success lives within you. Your inner wisdom is a powerful thing and you know in your heart when something is good and right.”

The gentle energy of Blue Lace Agate helps our overall communication skills by teaching us to freely express thoughts and feelings in a peaceful manner. it also allows us to find balance and emotional calm during times of stress. This stone is associated with the Archangel Zadkiel.

Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms the emotions during times of change.

Pietersite (Tempest Stone) helps us to work through beliefs and conditioning imposed upon us by others. It opens our intuitive connection and creates a link to a loving level of guidance. It also helps us see the truth and strengthen our will while increasing our focus on where we really want life to take us. It helps us to rid ourselves of negative energy and replaces it with calm.

Today’s Message: Say No To Drama

128: Drama people are everywhere. Today the Universe is gently reminding us that when we get caught up in the everyday dramas of others we lose our focus and our momentum. Let yourself rise above these distractions and direct your energy into creating new opportunities, opening new doors or simple the things that bring you peace.. To take advantage of these blessings we must be willing to let go of old habits and thought patterns. Both of which can be centered around the dramas (direct and indirectly) taking place in our lives. Allow you inner wisdom to guide you as it will keep you from getting sidetracked. Remember to stay flexible because when one door opens another closes. This initiates and activates growth and opportunity. Remember, the angels will not do this for you and you must do your part to make things happen. The combination of thoughts, actions and energies will all play a major role in our overall success and the key is in maintaining focus and keeping an optimistic outlook to make things flow.

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

The Ascended Master Serapis Bey brings us the necessary spiritual insight we need when dealing with negative people, feelings or situations. By surrounding yourself with loving energy you can find the peace you need to deal with off color moments. He  teaches us that loving self care allows us the choice of removing ourselves from negative people and situations..

The Egyptian goddess Bastet (Bast) is not only associated with cats both large and small she is also a goddess of protection and of things that bring pleasure to the senses. In her role as protector she tells us “Never be afraid to stand up for yourself or move in the direction you know is right. Remember the importance of setting boundaries. This helps you to take control of your life”

Eulite (Hypersthene) which helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships which are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.

Red Jasper helps us to see problems before the get out of hand while promoting new ideas and creative problem solving. It strengthens personal boundaries and keeps us grounded.

.Rose Quartz today to bring inner peace and harmony. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promotes the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. It opens our heart and shows us the love in relationships and situations, which helps us find a balancing point Use this gentle stone to shower yourself with loving care and to send healing to those little places that most need it.

Today’s Message: Believe In Yourself

127: Everyone’s “Life Path” is unique and once we set our course we tend to follow where it leads us. Often we’re alone, sometimes taking side paths as we grow and change and sometimes merging with the paths of others. There are even times when we leave our path altogether and wander. Wandering can be a good thing as we forge ahead and embrace new adventures. However, sometimes we wander off the path and become lost and have trouble finding our way back. Today our spirit helpers are reminding us that if we are feeling lost or  lacking direction, that we simply need to ask for help from our divine support team. Remember that our paths do change so look for signs both visual and intuitive to help you. Change help us to grow so believe in yourself and don’t be afraid to strike off in a new direction or side path if it calls to your heart. Take time today to acknowledge your personal growth and plant or tend to your thought seeds. Above all, give yourself a BIG hug. You are doing fine and any assistance you need is only a request away!

He reminds us that it is our faith that  keeps us grounded so that we can embrace both the patience and the clear decision making needed to make things happen.

The Hawaiian fire goddess Pele helps us to ignite our inner fire. This fire when channeled correctly helps to fuel our passions and sense of purpose. She is a goddess of empowerment teaches us about honest communication and how it aids our goal setting and getting. “Within you lives the sacred fire that gives life to your greatest dreams and passions. This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you forge new paths!”

Azurite increases our ability to receive spiritual guidance and helps us to see through illusions and clears the mind so that we can see our path clearly. It helps to develop our intuitive skills as it expands the mind to promote clear thinking, understanding and new perspectives.

 **Copper is a conductor that moves energy and helps us communicate with the higher realms. It can also increase self esteem and self awareness which are essential to embracing our divine spark and our powers of manifestation.

Danburite promotes changes, patience and peace of mind. Meditating with Danburite helps us access our inner guidance system

Today’s Message: Positive Energy Flow

126: It’s easy to become absorbed in the creation and manifestation processes to the exclusion of everything else. This can throw us out of balance and interrupts our PEF (Positive Energy Flow). The PEF is similar to water currents. It ebbs and flows and as we send things out and new things return to us. Today our angels are encouraging us to keep up the good work and to remember that balancing our energies creates the PEF that is necessary to open new doors and create new opportunities. Balance can found by using the “Sacred Tools” of faith, thought and patience to help tend to your spiritual needs, which are just as important if not more so than the material ones. Be as water today and learn to go with the flow!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raziel assists us in all forms of manifestation. This includes our ‘Tiny Miracles” which he helps bring forward into the light. He tells us that growth and freedom can be found when we let go of our limiting self beliefs and fears which hold us back from achieving and creating the life we want. He says ” Expand your mind and you will manifest prosperity and abundance on all levels.”

The Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find our “Attitude of Gratitude”. By acknowledging what we have to be grateful for we are filled with joy and inner peace which encourages positive flow. He also reminds us of  the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find the patience and inner peace we need to go with the flow and can help us embrace the “Tiny Miracles” in our lives as well.

 The Egyptian goddess Maat teaches us the importance of balance. When our hearts and minds are balanced we find our inner peace. Maat helps us to think clearly when we are confused or filled with indecision. She helps us to see the truth behind all situations, other people and in ourselves while promoting integrity and order.  Maat also protects us against deceit and manipulation. She says,  “Honor yourself by being truthful. It is truth that creates order out of difficult or confusing situations and helps you to achieve the balance that you desire. Truthful and mindful balance keeps your energy free and your heart feather light.”

Red Chalcedony gives us strength and adds the benefit of perseverance that we need to reach our goals.

Galena helps us to stay grounded and centered. It helps to open the mind as it dissolves self-limiting thoughts from our past that can get in our way during the manifestation process.

Larimar helps to remove self-imposed barriers that may be keeping us from accepting our personal power and stops self-sabotaging behavior by bringing out the best in us. It helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It shows that we have strength and courage and a willingness to do what is needed in order to keep things moving. ~Cat

Today’s Message: Change = Growth

125: Changes are an ongoing part of life. Some we initiate for ourselves while others hit us out of the blue. Our focus today is on the changes that we create with the intention of making things better for ourselves. When we make requests of the angels and the Universe remember to keep your intentions clear. This helps the Universe direct the right opportunity your way and provides a powerful focus point for you as well. Today, the angels are telling you that your prayers have been heard. Their message is ” Change = Growth” and the things that are happening for you now will be good for you and those around you. Turn your fear and worry over to us to deal with so that your focus remains uninterrupted.” Keep in mind that the answers and opportunities you seek can come from both expected and unexpected sources so don’t cut yourself short by looking in only one direction!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is  best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music and he is associated with the color turquoise!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. This is important as it helps us to make bold decisions that will help us on our path.

 The Ascended Master Paramahansa Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself. Use this as your personal reset button.

The Yoruban Goddess Oya embodies the winds of change. She tells us, ” Allow the winds of change to flow through your being. In their wake they will leave new energy seeds for you to plant. Use these seeds to help you on your journey. Remember child, that  change must be embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. Allow these changes to inspire and encourage you to transcend your self imposed limitations.”

Today’s Message: Believe in Your Heart

124: Every day we are surrounded with loving energy and today our message is a gentle reminder that our spiritual helpers are always with us. Their lines of communication are always open and we can ask for assistance at any time, especially on days we feel down, scared or helpless. Asking for their help can be as easy as saying “Angels/ Goddess, God please give me strength” or “Angels/ Goddess, God please help me now!” Ground and center, take a cleansing breath and allow their peaceful, healing energy to fill your being. It is the desire of our spiritual helpers to promote courage and confidence so that we can be happy, healthy and achieve our goals and dreams. They know that we are stronger than we realize and that sometimes we forget that. Our power is rooted in belief so believe in your heart that you are strong, blessed and that you have the power of the Universe behind you all the way.

He teaches us how to clear the way and free our minds from worry so that we can work on more important things and shows us the way to comfortably interact with people and situations that can help us achieve our goals.

The Hindu Goddess White Tara embodies the beauty of Divine love and shows us the path to strengthening or restoring our faith. She says:  “Come and sit beside me. I will help ease the worry in your heart and teach you how to replace it with gratitude and joy. This is where faith dwells and we must only open the doors and invite it forward.” Tara’s name means “star”, and like a star she helps to guide us along our path and through life.

Today’s Message: It’s Time To Simplify

123:  We are busy creatures that spend our days scurrying about like ants on a mission  expending great amounts of energy, time and money. Some of the “expenditures” are worthwhile and others are not which makes it easy to wear ourselves out. We also tend to hang on to things like people, possessions, and activities simply out of habit. Today our angels are asking us to look at where our time, energy and money go and to root out the things we no longer need, have outgrown or keep hanging onto just because. Simplify your life is the key phrase for today. Be proactive about making room in your life and check the expiration dates. If something doesn’t fulfill you, bring you joy, or it steals your energy it’s time to let it go. Remember that through simplifying and clearing you are making room for new adventures, friends, and blessings!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jeremiel helps us to make positive life choices. He understands that it’s hard for us to let go of people and situations even though they are holding us back or causing us unintended stress, drama or harm. It also enables us to set realistic goals and puts us on the road to personal achievement.  This crystal is a powerful protector and helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. Chiastolite (aka Cross Stone or Andalusite) promotes the creative problem solving process. It enables us to release things that are no longer relevant to our current path and dispels any guilt we may have when we leave things behind. It helps us to make the necessary changes and brings harmony to conflicts that arise when we blaze new trails that others were not expecting or able to control.

Dioptase helps us to create a more balanced life while we work toward achieving our personal goals. It also teaches us to see things in joy and the best in every action.
