1125: Today is about accepting change with a positive attitude. The truth is that change happens (all the time) and it plays an important role in our overall growth. Today, the Universe is asking us to take some time to review the changes that have occurred in the last few months. Ask yourself, “How did or How am I handling them?” Am I fighting it or am I rolling with it? Remember that fighting change ties up your energy and slows the manifestation process.  Set aside or let go of any fear or lingering doubts and allow the changes to unfold naturally. This important work will help us in the new cycle that starts in December. Initiate some occasional self-checks to view your progress and make sure you are where YOU want to be. Your potential is unlimited and the only restrictions are the ones that you place on yourself!

Blue-Green Chrysocolla helps make smooth transitions and helps us to accept change with serenity by inviting the energy of universal love into our personal experiences. It brings our inner strength and self awareness forward which keeps our energy balanced and our creative side active which allows us to handle change more effectively.


Orbicular or Ocean Jasper helps to increase our sense of responsibility and promotes patience. It provides the strength we need to calmly deal with life’s challenges and soothes the emotional stress that can happen when we become impatient for results.

923: Today is the Autumn Equinox, Mabon or Harvest Home to those of us who follow the pagan traditions. Gratitude is our keyword and it goes hand in hand with this seasonal celebration.  Faith is part of gratitude, and the stronger our faith the more we manifest and the more we have to be grateful for. This is a good time to perform a self check and think about the gifts and miracles that have blessed your life so far this year. By looking back we can see how far we have come from spring and the thought seeds that we planted at that time. Make sure to nurture the “new growth” and to harvest what’s ready now. Embrace your blessings with a grateful heart and affirm that you have faith that they will continue to be abundant in your life.




Today we honor the goddess aspects of the Sacred Feminine. They are the Earth Mothers and Harvest goddesses that are associated with this harvest festival (Demeter, Persephone, Pomona).

97:  Yesterday we talked about sending loving, positive vibes out into the world and to the people around us. Today the angels are sending a gentle reminder that we need to remain open to receiving as well as giving ….  in other words balance. If we only give we deplete ourselves and by only taking we deplete others. Neither of these are healthy options. However, by balancing the two we find that our energy flows freely and not only benefits us but others as well. It creates a powerful, ever expanding circle of energy that spreads like ripples in a pond. Perform a self check today and make sure your energies are balanced and make any necessary adjustments that are needed. Now…. take a deep breath and shine!




Archangel Sandalphon makes sure that our prayers get to the angel or master best able to handle our requests. 72:  Following our  path requires us to have positive focus, perseverance. We must also trust in ourselves and in the Universe because this helps us to make the best possible decisions for our personal evolution. As we travel we receive an abundance of information. Often it comes in bits and pieces while at other times we find ourselves buried in it.  Some of this information is good and some……. well…… not so much. Part of our job is to sift through this information and pick out that which will best serve us and to throw away that which does not. Remember, everyone will have an opinion. Our message from the angels today is “In your heart you’ll know what’s best and what direction you need to take.”


If you find yourself blocked perform a self check and ask yourself:


*Is this where I want to be?


*What is keeping me from moving forward? (people, places, things)


*What positive steps do I need to take to continue my journey?


Act on your own intuition and divine guidance and if you need help…. ask!

215: Today the Universe is letting us know that change is on the horizon and these changes will make us stronger and make our lives better. Change is a normal part of life and we all go through it. Some of these changes we initiate, some are surprises and some happen so gradually that we hardly know they are happening. Regardless of how these changes happen keep in mind that the nature and direction of our thoughts will play an important role.  If we are stuck in a negative holding pattern the process can be scary and stressful. However, by surrounding ourselves with optimistic and confident energy it’s easier to meet change head on.  This allows things to happen naturally and makes the process easier so that we can embrace change with an attitude of adventure and excitement. Remember to check your progress and path often. If it feels right…. it is. But if you have doubts or it makes you uncomfortable be bold and make the necessary adjustments to keep you on track.

This assists us during the process of change by enhancing our problem solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations. The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps us to gently diffuse unpleasant situations that change sometimes causes. 211:  Today’s message is related to our habits. Habits, both good and bad, are created through our thoughts and actions. Both new beginnings and positive change require us to break the hold of outdated or bad habits in order to create new growth. There comes a time when we need to perform a self check up. (that day is today) It’s important to periodically take a look within and find those dark and dusty areas that require clean up or a serious overhaul. Letting go of what no longer serves us in a positive way helps us  to cordially invite new growth and opportunities into our lives.  Changing our habits is a work in progress and patience and confidence are required. Today the angels are reminding us we are all powerful creators who are worthy and capable of manifesting amazing things. Pay attention to signals and information you receive. Even if you can’t put this information to use right away it’s worth remembering so that when the goal presents itself you are ready to run with it.

118: Today is a day of checks and balances.  We are being asked to perform a Self-Check of our balance between giving and receiving. This is an important part of our self care routine because tipping the scales in either direction can cause us (and others) harm. By giving away too much of ourselves stress levels skyrocket and we become drained and tired. If we receive or take too much from others, not only do we drain them but our energy changes from positive and loving to needy and greedy. The Universe is asking us to perform this necessary balance check and if you are tipping the scales in either direction take time to ground and center then make the adjustments to free up and even out your energy flow. This will help to open the doors to new things that you might miss out on otherwise. Remember, staying balanced means that you have more energy to create your dreams and goals.




Archangel Michael provides us with direction and the courage that we need to keep ourselves on the right track. The Ascended Master Buddha teaches valuable lessons about balance and moderation. He understands that there IS such a thing as “too much of a good thing” and it is through moderation that we achieve balance. 1225:  Today the Universe is asking us to perform a self check (it’s been awhile since we’ve done one!). Usually we are checking our balance or our current life path position, but today is a little different. Today’s check involves hidden negatives. We tend to hide things that we don’t like about ourselves, our job our situation or, negative thoughts about ourselves and others. The message is simple ” Hanging on to the negative things in your life offers no benefit to you or your loved ones. The time has come to unearth these things and heal them.” Start looking for the small hurtful places. The Winter Solstice with it’s message of new beginnings and light is a great time to activate the self healing process. While this kind of work is never easy it will help us not only on our path, it will also usher in beneficial new blessings. We are never alone, the Goddess, Angels and the Ascended Masters are all here to help!
