It is through times of change that your purpose and mission are revealed. These changes also bring you great blessings that open new doors and help you create the life you want!” Today’s message is all about embracing change with an attitude of excitement and expectation. Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.

Yellow Jasper helps to provide clarity on both mental and emotional levels. It starts us off in a positive direction while helping us to find realistic and workable solutions that help us to attain our goals.

522: Most of our work so far this month has been focused on personal change (mental and emotional). Today’s number however, will focus on changes to our spiritual outlook. Positive choices, life lessons, courage, faith, insight and Universal love are all key for today. It sounds like a lot but these things are what help shape our own unique brand of spirituality. When change arrives it brings many things including a change of perspective which flows into our being on all levels including the spiritual.

The Universe is reminding us not to ignore our spirituality. Embrace it by staying strong in faith and by remaining optimistic, as it is these things that help build a strong spiritual base from which all good things grow.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel reminds us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. She reminds us that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp as it enhances and brings forward our spiritual nature.

The Ascended Master Padre Pio teaches us that we can heal by embracing our spirituality and he guides us through periods of spiritual growth as well.

The Hindu Goddess White Tara embodies the beauty of Divine love and shows us the path to strengthening or restoring our faith. She says: “Come and sit beside me. I will help ease the worry in your heart and teach you how to replace it with gratitude and joy. This is where faith dwells and we must only open the doors and invite it forward.” Tara’s name means “star”, and like a star she helps to guide us along our path and through life.

Cavansite. This stone helps to guide us through major life changes as well as helping us learn from past experiences so that we don’t make the same mistakes/choices again. It also helps us to retain information that applies to spiritual growth. Cavansite helps to promote new ideas and can be used in conjunction with the Third Eye or brow chakra.

Golden (Imperial) Topaz helps to strengthen our confidence, faith and optimistic outlook as it reminds us of our own divine origins. It can also be used to re-energize the body and spirit which assists us in overcoming our self-imposed limitations.

Ulexite (TV stone). This clear stone helps to burn away mental fog and promotes clarity of vision and thinking. It can be used during meditation and to promote relaxation

Today’s Message: The Tools To Do The Job

520: This month is all about initiating change and welcoming new things into our lives. Both require the use of our sacred tool of faith. When we have faith in ourselves and in the Universe good things happen to us personally, and around us as well. Which in turn helps to generate a positive flow that draws more good things. I guess that you could call these things personal miracles. These miracles come in all shapes and sizes, so don’t overlook the small ones because they quite often have the biggest impact. The key is in remembering that even if you cannot immediately see the results that things are happening behind the scenes. Be patient and have faith in the knowledge that by working together with the Universe you can create new and wonderful things!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. The Welsh Goddess Cerridwen uses her cauldron “Amen” to help provide us with knowledge, wisdom, personal rebirth and inspiration. remember that change brings us the transformation that we need. She reminds us “The opportunity for your own transformation lies before you. It provides you the chance to spread your wings and grow. Look into my sacred cauldron and see the vision of your path unfolding before you.”

Ametrine. This stone, a combination of amethyst and citrine, helps to release blocks like negative emotional programming. It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find the creative solutions that are needed to make the most of the information we are given.

Gentle Seraphinite helps to clears the heart chakra opens us to love on all levels. It is also used to review the progress that you have made in life and shows the changes that we need to make to best helps us on our path. When used with meditation promotes spiritual enlightenment and self-healing.

Unakite. This green and pink stone helps us to see blocks that we have erected within ourselves and then provides valuable insights on removing them so that we can move forward. It helps us to appreciate the present moment and works with both base and heart chakras.

519: One of the best things that we can do for ourselves is to show ourselves some love by embracing a loving self-image. We have all heard the phrase “love yourself”, it’s not only an important part of our self-care, but it also helps to increase our self-confidence and feelings of worth. When we love ourselves and like who we are it shows. That’s not to say that there isn’t room for improvement (there’s always room for that) because we really are a work in progress. A positive and loving self-image tells the world “I am confident in who I am and I like myself. I am not perfect, however, I am trying to be the best person I can be .” Today the angels are saying “Give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the amazing being you are!”

The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which is essential to healing ourselves.

518: Initiating change and cultivating new growth is an ongoing process that takes time and patience. Things are looking good and falling into place. One of the keys to our success lies in our ability to receive. Some people overextend the giving process but have trouble with receiving the blessings, assistance, and abundance when it comes around to them. Sometimes we need a reminder that it’s okay to receive so that we can embrace the good things that are offered. Remember to balance giving and receiving as it will help clear our energy and bring us peace. Also keep in mind that abundance comes in many forms so make sure that you don’t limit yourself to just one thing. Accept them all and the doors open to new things and experiences will open. You are an amazing creator and you are worthy of all the blessings of the Universe.

Don’t get discouraged if it feels like nothing is happening, just keep adding focused energy to your creation and express gratitude for what comes your way. It promotes balance and clears and re-energizes the chakras

516: Our thoughts can help us to create our reality.. You see, by acknowledging and focusing on the good things in our lives the happier and more peaceful we are. Now, this doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t want something better because we all deserve abundant blessings. Living in gratitude helps to make room for these blessings. Gratitude opens the door, shakes hands with the blessings on the doorstep, and invites them in to take a load off and stay awhile. Today the Universe is gently reminding us that our needs are being met and that today is a great time to offer thanks for what you have and for the blessings that are headed your way!

This happens when we activate our powers of positive thought and perspective and by using them together we can effectively create the new opportunities that will open the doors to new growth and blessings. The angels are reminding us today that we are a reflection of our thoughts. If we surround ourselves with negativity then that’s what we will see and draw. However, when we embrace an optimistic outlook the Universe sends good things our way. Since we are working with changes this month it’s a great time to give your inner garden some extra “positive nutrients”. Today’s Message: Clearing Your Energy

514: The practice of centering, grounding, and clearing is important to our emotional, mental, and spiritual health. There are no rules on how often it should be done. But sometimes we need to perform this more often due to stress, major upheavals, or changes. As we are currently working with changes we are being reminded that now might be a good time to engage in this self-care ritual. This 3 step process helps to keep us balanced and promotes peace and harmony within ourselves and with the Universe. Now that the weather is warmer I suggest “earthing”. Going barefoot in the garden or grass is a wonderful way to get grounded and to connect with the energy of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to “root” into the earth and just release, feel the sun on your face, and let the healing begin!

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

The Celtic goddess Nemetona teaches us that nature is the best place to recharge, she says ” I am the spirit of the sacred grove. I invite you to worship in my temple and feel the heartbeat of nature. This communion can heal a weary and battered soul and replenish your spirit with hope and divine peace.”

Amber which bestows a positive mental state and helps us find balance, patience and aids in decision making. Use Amber to enhance your earth connection and to promote grounding. It is also a great healing stone (it’s actually tree resin) that helps to remove energetic impurities from the body

Hematite. This stone has a strong connection to the earth element and helps us stay grounded and promotes feelings of safety. Hematite also brings mental clarity through focus and concentration which is essential letting go process which accompanies change.

Red Jasper helps us to see problems before the get out of hand while promoting new ideas and creative problem solving. It strengthens personal boundaries and keeps us grounded
