29:  In some respects, we all share a very similar life purpose in that we all have something that we can share with others in need. These Humanitarian acts can complex or as simple as a smile or hug, kind or encouraging words or just being a good listener. Today the Universe is reminding us that we are all qualified to do these small and simple things. Make time today to be there for someone else. Embrace self-confidence and listen to your heart as it guides you on this path of service. If it resonates with your spirit you are on the right path. In helping others we often find that we are helping ourselves as well and small acts of compassion and kindness can make a big difference.




Today’s Spiritual Helpers include: Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is essential to letting go and letting it be processes as it allows our hearts and minds to make room and teaches us to just breathe and embrace compassion which makes room for new growth. This is one of the best self-healing practices and gifts that we can give ourselves.

The Egyptian Goddess Nuit (Nut) represents the sky and the cosmos. She is a mother goddess, a life giver. She teaches us the importance of nurturing those in our care with patience and love. As a cosmic goddess she reminds us of our divine place in the Universe and while we may feel small and insignificant the truth is far different. She says” Rejoice in your own power. It is love and patience that allow you to shape the world and make you a creator in your own right. You do not need to have born a child to be a mother, this essence lives within all. Embrace it and send it to those around you.”

 Kunzite. This high vibration stone can help to create a balanced partnership with the Universe as it opens your heart to receiving Divine love.


Deep blue Lapis Lazuli helps to open the Third Eye Chakra (mind’s eye) and stimulates our personal power. It also harmonizes our energies on all levels as this balance and strengthens our knowledge of self. It also helps us to confront the truth of a situation and promotes acceptance of the lesson involved. It promotes clarity and helps us express our opinions in a positive manner and teaches us the value of being an active listener.

Labradorite, called “The Bringer of Light” It is both protective and mystical. Turn the stone in your hands and see the flashes of color and light. They create a connection and helps to raise the consciousness to the energies of the Universe. Labradorite is also used to relieve fear and insecurity caused by old hurts and disappointments. It also strengthens our faith as it removes the projections of others that are holding us back.

Hope. The dictionary says that “Hope is  a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen.” We all have hopes and dreams that we hold in our hearts. They make us happy and help us to move forward. However, when we lose hope it shrivels the soul and can bring sadness and even depression. If this is you today try looking for that “ONE GOOD THING” (there is always one and sometimes more!). It may be a small thing but its there and the seeds of hope can be found within it. Take this tiny seed, hold it close and give it light. Tomorrow look for another and the day after yet another. Plant them together and create a garden filled with new hopes and dreams. You can do it!
