Adulting can be exhausting. When we were children there was magic around every corner. There was a sense of wonder and everything was cool and nifty. What happens to that magic as we get older? Does it disappear or have we simply packed it away into the closet? Wouldn’t it be great if we could combine our adult and inner rug-rat together? You can you know! Be aware of the world around you, don’t close things out or become closed off. Look for the shiny, the sparkly, the humor, or whatever else makes your inner rug-rat squee with delight. Look for the magic!

When you are alone you are not alone,
you are simply lonely –
and there is a tremendous difference
between loneliness and aloneness.
When you are lonely you are thinking of the other,
you are missing the other.
Loneliness is a negative state.
You are feeling that it would have been
better if the other were there –
your friend, your wife, your mother,
your beloved, your husband.
It would have been good if the other
were there, but the other is not.
Loneliness is absence of the other.
Aloneness is the presence of oneself.
Aloneness is very positive.
It is a presence, overflowing presence.
You are so full of presence
that you can fill the whole universe
with your presence and there is no need for anybody.

14:  Have you ever had a day where you just felt alone, even though you are surrounded by friends or family?  Everyone goes through this at some point and it’s normal. If today is one of those days just remember that you are never alone. We are always surrounded by loving energies that want to help us and want to help us achieve what’s best for us.Today the Universe is sending us a gentle reminder that they are always available to help us or offer guidance, All you need to do is ask and then allow yourself to feel the loving energy that is sent to you.  Affirmations and visualizations or even a great big self hug can be beneficial as well. The key lies in your powers of loving and positive thought, self love and the willingness to embrace the divine assistance being sent to you!

Archangel Jophiel helps us to bounce back when we encounter negative situations for feel down. Her lesson is seeing beauty around us and within ourselves and in appreciating the good. It is through this that we attract beauty into our lives. Mother Mary surrounds us with a mother’s loving energy which feels like a warm, gentle hug.  Our Sacred Stone for today is Aventurine. This stone is associated with Jophiel and teaches us how to easily receive the blessings and gifts that come our way. It also promotes healthy relationships and allows the Universe to care for you.

13:  Each one of us is a powerful creator and as such we have the ability to create our reality and the life we truly want. It is through our beliefs, actions and thoughts that this power begins to manifest. As we step up and allow ourselves to initiate control of our destiny we learn and grow. This brings new experiences as we gain understanding of our own inner wisdom. This creation process isn’t easy and sometimes isn’t for sissies. However, by having faith in ourselves (and in the Universe) we are able to handle these tough decisions and situations by going with the flow rather than fighting against them. Today the Universe is telling us to go with the flow and allow your inner wisdom to guide you. By doing so you will be able to create a more (and better) choices which allows you to take action at the right time.

 Archangel Uriel can help with solving problems that we face by helping to see the choices that are available and choosing the best path. Nike, the Greek goddess of victory and success helps us to embrace the good things we have accomplished and gives us the confidence to keep going and the Ascended Master Saint Germain helps us on our life path and provides direction when needed. Our Sacred Stone for today is Ametrine. This stone, which is a combination of amethyst and citrine, helps to release  blocks like negative emotional programing. It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find creative solutions.

Today’s thought is about helping people. That’s pretty easy… right? Make it your goal to help ONE person today. Run an errand, be a friend, make a meal, hold a door…. there are tons of possibilities! The person you help today may help you tomorrow or even pass on assistance to someone else. It’s a win-win situation!

Sticking With The Plan: Cat’s Angel Message for January 2 , 2018

Setting a goal is not the main thing.It is deciding how you will go about achieving it and staying with that plan.

12: The new year offers blessings galore to those who are willing to help make things happen. A large part of this involves growth. In order to grow and create the life we desire we must have faith and courage in the Universe as well as in ourselves. The first week of the new year is a great time to set your intentions for what you want to accomplish. These intention are like seeds. Plant them early and begin the nurturing process that which will begin to “sprout” at Imbolc (Feb. 2). Remember to keep your intentions realistic as this will make it easier to accomplish what you want and to keep building from there. Baby steps are important in the overall process of creation as they insure that everything is in place and that you are ready for the next step. Today our Angels are letting us know that the wheels are turning and things are happening behind the scenes. Ask for assistance or direction when you need it and above all stay optimistic and focused on the best possible outcome.

Archangel Michael is our go to angel today. He helps us to find our courage and boosts our self esteem so that we can move forward with confidence. Ascended Masters like Jesus and Moses can help to strengthen our faith and the Hawaiian goddess Pele helps us to set realistic goals and how to prioritize them to our best advantage. Our Sacred Stones for today are:

Mahogany Obsidian is a gentle stone that  keeps us grounded and protects as it helps to eliminate energy blocks, it also promotes growth on all levels.

Rutilated Quartz brings spiritual growth and cleans / energizes the aura. This is an important factor for our personal creation process.

Carnelian is a creative stone that keeps us in the present and brings motivation and creative thinking which can help us in setting and prioritizing our goals.

Our thought for the day is perfect to start the new year. It reminds us  to keep looking for the next adventure that life has to offer and to keep growing. Open up and reach for the light. Don’t close yourself off, that’s how we become hardened to life, love and the world.  Hardened souls expect nothing except the worst. They miss out what life has to offer and their negative emotions continue to drag them down.  So listen up my  little seeds……. reach for the light, reach for life and reach for adventure!

Every Day Is The Best Day: Cat’s Angel Message for January 1 , 2018

11: Welcome to the new year! Let’s first take a look at the number for 2018 (2+0+1+8=11/ 1+1=2) which is 2. The focus of the new year will be in creating what we want and how it helps our own reality along with our life purpose and soul missions. This will involve the help and cooperation of others, so don’t think that you must do everything by yourself. It will be a time of both faith and courage. To aid your progress be sure to pay attention to Divine guidance and your own intuition. Today’s number (11) is both a master and a karmic number and it speaks of personal enlightenment and spiritual awakening. Today the Universe is reminding us that we are not alone and help is always available to us. Our Angels are likewise encouraging us to build bonds and strengthen existing bonds with others. 2018 will be an amazing year for those who use their power as a creator to enrich their lives and the lives of those close to them. Together we can do great things if we work together to build unity and community.

The Archangel Raguel can help us to build both community and unity. He specializes in encouraging cooperation and harmony between people. The Egyptian goddess Maat teaches us to walk the path truth and integrity. She helps us to see the truth in all situations and shines light on those who would try to manipulate us and Ascended Master Maitreya, the Laughing Buddha, brings us peace on all levels and helps us to share it with others. Our Sacred Stone for the day is Blue Sapphire which promotes love and purity while it transforms negative feelings into positive vibes and encourages us to speak our divine truth. We can also use white feathers. While this is obviously not a stone it IS a symbol the Goddess Maat. Carry one as charm or a reminder of truth and integrity.

Before we get to our “Thought For The Day” I would like to thank YOU, the people who take time to actually read my posts and who like my humble offerings enough to follow me on WP You folks are awesome! 🙂

It’s time to put last years “book” on the shelf. A new year and a new beginning starts today. It is filled with new adventures and new paths  just waiting to be explored so let go of the remnants of last year. Find your truth and your sparkle. From last years ashes rise like the Phoenix and face the new cycle as the authentic light-being you are meant to be.
