Today’s Message: Healing Self First

1219: Spirituality and our own innate healing abilities create the groundwork for today’s message. The Universe is gently reminding us that we are qualified to help and heal both ourselves and others. However, this begins with you and you must have the motivation and willingness to start the process and to keep it going. The important thing about self-healing is to keep in mind that we are always a work in progress and that healing the self is never a one time thing. If you are working with others the key lies in listening and remembering that we are not here to FIX them. The truth is that if someone has a problem they are not usually looking for you to fix it they simply need to talk it out. Allowing your spiritual nature to come forward as you perform the simple act of giving someone your undivided attention and really hearing them (even if you can’t do much else) is extremely helpful. Within each of us resides the divine power that enables us to heal. Don’t be stingy about helping others or yourself and the benefits will return tenfold.

Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal ourselves and our lives and regain our self-confidence and faith. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others. She helps to fill our hearts with peace and love and helps everyone regardless of path or religion.

I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle on yourself. Charoite is a stone of transformation. It helps to open our hearts to the concept of unconditional love and brings those energies forward. Rose Quartz. This soft pink crystal is the ultimate nurturer of compassion and loving energy. It soothes the heart, mind, and spirit. It helps us to bring out the best part of ourselves so that we can help and heal not only ourselves but others as well

Today’s Message: A Delicate Balance

1218: This time of year can make it difficult to maintain the balance between giving and receiving. The key is in your ability to not overextend yourself in either direction. By acknowledging our boundaries we help to create and maintain this necessary balance. By staying open and positive about both areas as well we will find it easier to embody the attitude of gratitude and acknowledge the gifts and blessings that flow in and out of our lives. Remember that the Universe is meeting our needs and that we are safe and cared for. What you send out will come back and your spiritual nature will benefit you today by boosting our levels of faith and trust

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

She says:  “ Personal boundaries are important to your well-being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self-assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

Chalcedony that brings mind, body, spirit and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self doubt. It also promotes good feeling towards self and others

 Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.

It’s our spirituality that essentially helps us to navigate our life path, and helps us to surround ourselves with optimistic energy even when the going gets rough. It’s also through our spirituality that our power as a creator comes into play. By believing in ourselves we can generate new opportunities for prosperity and abundance on all levels. Our spiritual side also enhances our strength and confidence which helps us to see the blessings, the tiny miracles, and magick moments headed our way as well as the ones that currently surround us. This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what we really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.  

  Sodalite is a  stone for the mind, it promotes clear and calm thinking. and activates intuition as it draws down information to the physical level. It dispels confusion and releases outdated thought patterns while creating space for new ideas. It also helps us to look for and find truth and makes it possible to stand up for our personal beliefs while remaining true to yourself by boosting  our confidence and self-esteem

Today we are being reminded that we are a direct reflection of our thoughts. If we greet the world in a negative manner then that’s the energy that will surround us. However, when we embrace an optimistic outlook the Universe sends good things our way! Today, start the process of positive change and use your power to create something awesome!

1214: We are receiving assistance from the angels today as we work on manifesting the things we need or desire. This is a team effort and if we truly want to succeed we must do our part to help make things happen. This means that once you ask for assistance (and yes you need to ask) you must continue to add your energy to the request by taking advantage of opportunities as they present themselves, by releasing things we no longer need to make room, and by staying focused on the desired outcome. Sometimes the fear of success or failure stops us from making the effort or moving forward. Just remember that our patience and perseverance help us to grow and increase our power. 1213: As the holidays draw near we often find ourselves fighting with stress and anxiety which can be created through negative emotions and relationships, both ours and those of others. They bog down our energy which halts our forward momentum and blocks our creative power. For those who are struggling, we are being reminded that help and support are available by turning our emotional stress, fears, and worries over to the Universe. By letting go and simply letting things be we feel better and we gain clarity and perspective. Invite your creative mind to come forward as this effectively promotes communication, improves our overall mood, and opens us to new ideas as it stabilizes our energy. Ask for divine help when needed and don’t forget to ground, clear, and center. Above all know that you are loved and cared for and let inner peace be your friend.

This helps you to take control of your life”

Amethyst is a powerful protector that helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the decision making process by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. It calms and quiets internal chatter and “monkey mind”, which in turn enables us to relax and allow grounding and balancing to take place which helps us to focus.

It instills feelings of safety as it helps us to reconnect with our playful side which is important to our emotional health and it transforms outdated thinking during times when we feel stuck and enables our forward progress by encouraging a fresh perspective This stone also promotes grounding and enhances our connection to Mother Earth.It reminds us that we are a part of her as well as being spiritual beings on a very human journey.

If you find yourself a little short on clarity and focus just let allow your creative mind to take charge. Remember that creativity helps to open the avenues to divine communication. Today’s number also equals 6, and while it relates to earthly materials yet it contains this simple message as well. Take time today to thank the Universe and its helpers for being there for you and for the blessings that you have received.

Today’s Message: Essential Pieces

1210: Today the Universe is asking us to pay attention and get ready to receive some needed divine inspiration and guidance. The key is to stay positive about the messages that you receive. Some will be useful now while others require us to be patient as they will be helpful in the near future. Doing your best to stay focused and centered will help keep the lines of communication open and flowing. Remember that these messages can take the form of thoughts, ideas, or even visual clues and that each tidbit of information is an essential piece of the puzzle from which we create our lives. So use this information wisely and weed out old habits and replace them with new ones. The time has come to ease out of your comfort zone and leave complacency behind. be bold and embrace the creator that you are meant to be.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. Ascended Master Melchizedek helps keep our energy balanced and flowing. This is essential for using our gifts and understanding the information we receive. He can also help to diffuse unpleasant situations that can arise as we go through change and transformation. Since he helps us heal through color, pay attention to the colors that draw us or feel relevant

The Greek goddess Persephone teaches us how to balance between light and dark and the importance of searching the shadows for what is lost or forgotten. Persephone tells us  “Don’t be afraid to unearth what lies beneath or has been hidden. By shedding light in dark or weedy places you often find treasures that you had forgotten or set aside. These treasures can form the foundations that you need to navigate your path in life.”

These things are important when we are faced with new experiences and find ourselves faced with the need to take action. It encourages us to be flexible during times of change and helps us to embrace new experiences with an open sense of adventure.

Tangerine Quartz helps to increase our receptivity to Divine inspiration while it stimulates the mind and enhances overall creativity. It fills us with hope and joy as it restores our feelings of self worth.

Today’s Message: Intuitive Service

 129:  Today’s message revolves around “service” to others. While some people do big things in a big way most of us do small things in small ways. No matter which category you fall into both will make a difference to the people around us. It’s really not how much you do but what you do that matters. Simply by helping just one person, you are making a difference and it creates a chain reaction as people pass it on. Ways of being of service vary just like our paths do so never let someone else tell you your way of doing it, or path for that matter is wrong. If you need Divine clarification or help ask for it and be open to receiving an answer. Use your intuition as a guide as it will always lead you in the right direction. You know what you need to do and when so if it feels right then go for it!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

. Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is essential to the letting go and letting it be processes as it allows our hearts and minds to make room and teaches us to just breathe and embrace compassion which in turn makes room for new growth. This is one of the best self-healing practices and gifts that we can give ourselves.

The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others. She helps to fill our hearts with peace and love and helps everyone regardless of path or religion.

The Egyptian Goddess Nuit (Nut) represents the sky and the cosmos. She is a mother goddess, a life-giver. She teaches us the importance of nurturing those in our care with patience and love. As a cosmic goddess she reminds us of our divine place in the Universe and while we may feel small and insignificant the truth is far different. She says” Rejoice in your own power. It is love and patience that allow you to shape the world and make you a creator in your own right. You do not need to have born a child to be a mother this essence lives within all. Embrace it and send it to those around you.”

Angelite helps us to connect to the angelic realms by enhancing our lines of communication. It is also a good stone for healers as it strengthens attunement and perception.

Charoite is a stone of transformation. It helps to open our hearts to the concept of unconditional love and brings those energies forward. Charoite enhances our perception and helps to ground our spiritual nature into everyday reality and helps us to see ways we can be of service. This stone can be used to reduce stress and worry as it helps us to overcome fear. 

Fuchsite helps us to understand our personal interactions with others, particularly in the areas of basic life concerns. It teaches self-worth and how to do what is necessary to get others moving in the right direction without doing everything for them.
