618: Over the last few days, we’ve been working on changing our thought patterns to enhance our power of manifestation and to aid in our personal evolution. Today the angels are letting us know that we are on the right track and that our potential for creating and drawing good things into our lives is growing. Focus is the key and we will need to stay anchored in the present moment and stay aware of what’s going on around us. If we allow ourselves to wander off into La-La Land we could miss out on something that we’ve been waiting for or the next piece of the puzzle that will allow us to build to the next level. Embrace your strength and confidence so that when an opportunity presents itself you can run with it!

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magickal beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process.In turn this shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. Pink Banded Agate also helps us to feel good about ourselves and is said to help ease stress and anxiety.

Red Chalcedony also gives us strength and adds the benefit of perseverance that we need to reach our goals.

Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us.

The Magickal Herbs of Mid- Summer

The Magickal Herbs of Mid Summer

Fairy Offering: Sprinkle Sage or Vervain mixed with tobacco around =our garden as an offering to the elementals and fairies who help things grow.

Chamomile:This sun herb can be used to protect your home from dark powers.

Chickweed:This love herb can be used to attract or improve a relationship.

Chicory: This sun herb is used to over come obstacles, and win the favor of important people.

Cinquefoil: Use this herb for protection, purification and for abundance.

Delphinium (larkspur):Use this herb to gain selfless skills of leadership. If you gaze at the Mid Summer fire through a bouget of delphinium it is said to strengthen your eyes.

Dogwood:This herb is used for protection.

Elderflower: This fairy flower can be used in wish fulfilment spells and blessings of people, places and things. This is a sacred fairy tree and it is said the Elder Mother, a powerful dryad who lives in the Elder, will haunt any person who cuts down her trees. The stems of this tree plant are used to make panpipes and if you stand or sleep beneath an Elder you will see the King of the Fairies and his court go by.

Fennel: Use this herb in the Mid Summer bonfire and if you hang it in your some it will bring health and protection.

Lavender: Use this herb in the Mid Summer bonfire as an offering to the Lady =nd Lord. It can be used in love spells to attract men and if placed in the home promotes joy, peace, and healing.

Male Fern: This plant is said to attract women. It also brings luck and if you =urn it indoors it will bring rain.

Meadowsweet: This fragrant plant is used for bridal bouquets and in love spells.

Mugwort: Crowns of this plant were traditionally made and worn at Mid Summer. It is the protective herb of travelers and works against fatigue, wild animals, evil spirits and sunstroke. Made into tea it is said to bring prophetic visions and can help with scrying. Use the tea to cleanse mirrors and crystal balls.

Pine: Use for peace.

Rose: Traditional herb for love.

St. Johns Wort: This herb is picked at Mid Summer and dried over the Mid Summer fire. It is a powerful protective plant that help keep evil from your home. The scent of this plant will cause evil spirits to flee. It is the custom in Brittany to pray and ask for permission to harvest this plant. It is always picked with the left hand. With your white handled knife loosen the dirt around the plant and then pull the whole thing from the ground. The roots should be intact. This herb symbolizes the dismemberment of the god and considered a sacrifice.

Today’s Message: Changing The Phrase

617: We hear a lot about positive affirmations and how using them can transform our lives and our thinking patterns. Now before you start rolling your eyes and thinking “Geez Cat, I don’t have time for affirmations….” here’s something to think about. Every time you alter a thought pattern from negative to positive you’ve created a personal affirmation. It’s as simple as changing “That’s never going to happen for me.” to “What I can I do to make this happen? or This will happen for me”. As I said yesterday, negative thinking blocks our powers of manifestation (and our flow of energy). This upsets our balance (see June’s Theme) and hits us with temporary setbacks. Today the angels are asking us to watch our thought patterns and change negatives into positives. Perform a balance check and ground and center if needed. Your reality is how you perceive it so be confident and move forward in your own power.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Uriel teaches us how to access our creative database. he reminds us that sometimes the best way to solve a problem is to use a non-conventional approach. He gives us the essential information that we need when we need it. This assists us during the manifestation process by enhancing our problem-solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations.

The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.

The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin, who embodies compassion and mercy says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self-love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle on yourself. Joy comes from embracing the simple things which will free the energy needed to assist the creation process and help others along the way.”

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences

Amazonite. This stone is sometimes called the stone of hope. It helps us to speak our truth with confidence and instills us with hope itself. It calms and soothes frayed nerves during times of stress and helps us to feel and embrace universal love. It works with both heart and throat chakras.

While Garnet is best known as a stone of protection it can benefit the use of our natural talents as well. It helps us to overcome any resistance we may have in using our gifts and promotes self-confidence. Garnet removes what no longer serves and mental self-sabotage. It promotes balance and clears and re-energizes the chakras.

Today’s Message: Granting Full Access

616: Today’s message relates to how we create our own reality and how our thoughts play an important role in our personal evolution and manifestation process. When we look for the best and expect good things to happen, they do. While it may not be exactly what we asked for, we benefit from them nonetheless. This is also a reminder about turning your fears and worries over to the Universe and its helpers. Letting the “negative nasty’s” go is imperative to your overall well being. Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy and the longer we hold on to these “negatives” the harder it is to find and generate good things. The angels are asking us to keep our thoughts, actions and energy levels optimistic so that we have full access to manifesting capabilities.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raziel assists us in all forms of manifestation. This includes our ‘Tiny Miracles” which he helps bring forward into the light. He tells us that growth and freedom can be found when we let go of our limiting self beliefs and fears which hold us back from achieving and creating the life we want. He says ” Expand your mind and you will manifest prosperity and abundance on all levels.”
