16: Today the Universe is asking us to take this month’s theme to heart and focus on the positive things in our lives. The important of balance cannot be stressed enough, especially where our mental/emotional state of mind and material things are concerned. By learning to balance our material thoughts or worries with positive focus and faith we are able to see things in a new light. We realize that our needs really are being met and that our life is made up of many tiny miracles. Allow positive focus, confidence and faith to be your guide today. Ask the Universe for help if needed and turn over all worries to the angels so that your energy is free to welcome new blessings!

Archangel Raziel assists us in all forms of manifestation. This includes our ‘Tiny Miracles” which he helps bring forward into the light. Ametrine. This stone, a combination of amethyst and citrine, helps to release blocks like negative emotional programming. It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find the creative solutions that are needed to make the most of the information we are given.

Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

15: The New Year is filled with possibilities and potential for growth which brings us unlimited opportunities to make changes. For example, when we make New Year’s resolutions we are attempting to initiate personal changes. We often see change as a scary thing however more often than not these changes are good things and are worthwhile if we can stick with it. Remember that Change = Growth, so try seeing these changes as seeds to be planted and nurtured. By perceiving change in this way we find that we have more control and are more prepared when our ‘seeds of change” grow to maturity. Today the Universe is telling us that something in our life is about to change and new things are headed our way. These changes will be for the better so don’t let fear hold you back. Remember, the seeds of change that you plant along your path will help pave the way for success. Ask for Divine help if you need it and listen to your inner wisdom. You know what you need to do and this is about creating the life you want.

I learned many things that weekend, but the one thing that has stuck with me, and has proven to be true over all these years is this: “Unfulfilled expectations cause upset.” Think about it. Years later I learned from “A Course in Miracles” that “I am never upset for the reasons I think.” What causes our “upsets” is not that things go wrong, but that we expected them to go a certain way and our expectations went unfulfilled.

13: We are powerful creators and as such we have the ability to create the life we truly want. During the last year we may have forgotten this. However it’s time to resurrect this important aspect of ourselves. It is through our beliefs, actions, and thoughts that we find ourselves able to step more fully into our power and help ourselves on our quest for personal evolution. Today the Universe is asking us to be the creators we are meant to be by stepping up and taking control of our destiny by initiating new growth and embracing new experiences. Remember that the creation process isn’t easy and sometimes isn’t for sissies. However, by having faith in ourselves (and in the Universe) we are able to handle these tough decisions and situations by going with the flow rather than fighting against them. Try to go with the flow today and trust in your inner guidance system. By doing so you will be able to create more (and better) choices which will help you to take action at the right time.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears as he guides us through issues of self doubt by clearing our energy field and quieting the internal chatter so that we can access the guidance being sent to us. He helps us to find our courage and our direction while giving us the strength that we need to choose wisely and make decisions on our own. The Ascended Master Vywamus encourages us to continuously and consciously seek inspiration through the discovery and rediscovery of our own natural abilities and talents. He teaches us that healing can be found in change. If something is holding you back he can teach you how to let it go or let it be so you can continue moving forward.

The Welsh Goddess Cerridwen uses her cauldron “Amen” to help provide us with knowledge, wisdom, personal rebirth and inspiration. remember that change brings us the transformation that we need. She reminds us “The opportunity for your own transformation lies before you. It provides you the chance to spread your wings and grow. Look into my sacred cauldron and see the vision of your path unfolding before you.”

Black Banded Agate which helps us start new things, embrace new beginnings and projects.

Amethyst is a powerful protector that helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the decision making process by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. Amethyst is also associated with Archangel Michael. It calms and quiets internal chatter and “monkey mind”, which in turn enables us to relax and allow grounding and balancing to take place which helps us to focus.

Eulite (Hypersthene) which helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships which are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.
