124: Yesterday we began the process of making room. Remember, the key is to clear away what you no longer need in order to make room for new growth and blessings. Sad, depressed or stressed out. many of us are feeling an overwhelming emptiness because so much much has been lost, canceled or taken away. Our goals and dreams have been boxed up and set aside. Our thought today reminds us that we can use our creativity to help fill the emptiness we are experiencing. Start by creating a new goal or dusting off an existing one. Be creative, use what you have right now to get it started. Work on it a little bit each day and and set an example by showing off the power of living creatively! You can do it!

123: We are spending the day with the Ascended Masters. The message that we are receiving from them is pretty clear cut. “In order to receive new blessings (opportunities, relationships, enlightenment etc.) you need to make room. You do this by simplifying your life and letting go of the things and people who are leeching away at your energy, time or resources. If something no longer brings you joy or is not for your highest good it’s time to cut the cords.” The letting go process is necessary for our overall growth as well as helping to pave the way for the good things that the Universe is sending our direction. While this process can be difficult it’s definitely worthwhile. Once you start this process you will see and feel a major shift in your energy and you will feel more empowered.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

The Himalayan Ascended Master Babaji helps us to achieve the personal and spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process. He assists us in detaching ourselves from both material things and things that no longer serve us. He teaches us that letting go is a form of simplifying your life. It enables us to release things that are no longer relevant to our current path and dispels any guilt we may have when we leave things behind.
