1225: Today the Universe is asking us to perform a self check (it’s been a while since we’ve done one!). Usually, we are checking our balance or our current life path position, but today is a little different. Today’s check involves hidden negatives. We tend to hide things that we don’t like about ourselves, our job our situation or, negative thoughts about ourselves and others. The message is simple ” Hanging on to the negative things in your life offers no benefit to you or your loved ones. The time has come to unearth these things and heal them.” Start looking for those small hurtful places inside. Hold our Winter Solstice message of new beginnings and light in your heart and allow it to activate the self healing process. While this kind of work is never easy it will help us not only on our path, it will also usher in beneficial new blessings. We are never alone, the Goddess, Angels and the Ascended Masters are all here to help!

This includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. he helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution. Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Black Obsidian. This stone not only protects it also helps to bring negative energy to the surface where it can be dispelled and provides support during times of change. It takes the “things” that we’ve hidden and composts them into positive soil to support out new growth.

While Garnet is best known as a stone of protection it can benefit the use of our natural talents as well. It helps us to overcome any resistance we may have in using our gifts and promotes self-confidence. Garnet removes what no longer serves and mental self-sabotage. It promotes balance and clears and re-energizes the chakras.

I think we’ve all seen an angel at some point in time. My mailman is an angel when he gets out in the pouring rain to deliver a package rather than leaving a note in my box for me to pick it up at the post office. My son’s teacher is an angel when she stays after school to tutor her students before a big biology test. My cat is an angel when she curls up on my lap just when I need a hug. We need to recognize the angels in our lives, and appreciate how they can change us just by being who they are.

1224: Every day we receive guidance from the Universe and today is a lesson in how well we pay attention and how we put that information to use. Our faith is a key component when working with divine guidance. This will come in handy today as we continue to create positive change in our lives. Your angels want you to know that you are making good progress. However, if you have been dragging your feet and fighting the necessary changes (due to fear and lack of confidence) then the angels want you to know that there is still time to make things happen. Asking the angels for assistance offers a double benefit, it allows the angels to help you and allows you reap fruits of your labor. Listen to the guidance that you receive as well as your intuition and welcome the change that brings new things to your life!

Archangel Zadkiel reminds us that change requires compassion, understanding and quite often the forgiveness of ourselves and others. 1223: We work with faith every day and sometimes even the most steadfast believers can find their faith being tested. So today the Universe has asked the Ascended Masters to step in and give us a helping hand. Remember that many of the Ascended Master’s walked the earth in human form so they have an intimate knowledge of the problems we face particularly when it comes to faith. We have the skills and abilities we need to make great things happen and transform our lives to fit the vision we have for them. Although sometimes we need a little extra help in making the best choices and decisions with what we currently have to work with. As we work towards transforming our lives it’s important to make statements in the present tense (I AM, I HAVE). The Universe and its helpers want us to have the best and be our best. They are always working behind the scenes to help us manifest our dreams and goals. Remember that when we do our part they can do theirs. Do not allow self criticism or the “Negative Nellie’s” of the world to bring you down or lower your energy. Stay focused and move into a brighter future.

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magickal beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. In turn, this shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us. It’ helps us to enjoy ourselves which makes blessings easier to receive.

The Ascended Master Saint Germain provides courage and direction as we navigate life’s ups and downs. He teaches us how to clear the way and free our minds from worry so that we can work on more important things. while his “big brother” energy surrounds us with loving protection. He can also help us when dealing with those well meaning people who try to push us away from our path.

The Hawaiian goddess Pele helps us to ignite our inner fire. This fire when channeled correctly helps to fuel our passions and sense of purpose. She is a goddess of empowerment teaches us about honest communication and how it aids our goal setting and getting. She tells us “Within you lives the sacred fire that gives life to your greatest dreams and passions. This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you forge new paths!”

Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

Chalcedony brings mind, body, spirit, and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self doubt. It also promotes good feelings towards self and others.

Malachite helps to support friendships and promotes empathy towards others. It also strengthens our ability to absorb and process information so that we can show our feelings in a positive way. Malachite is also for those making aggressive personal or life changes. It brings a sense of adventure and transformation as it shows us what is blocking our personal and spiritual growth.
