Jewel sings a song called “Intuition.” It’s gotten me thinking about intuition, instinct, hunches… it’s all the same thing. The lyrics in the song say: “Follow your heart, your intuition, it will lead you in the right direction.” Great advice- but like much great advice, do we always take it? I think we try to second guess ourselves too much. When Ingrid Bergman says we must train our intuition, I think she really means that we must train ourselves to listen to that voice, and hear what it has to say.

729:  As we count down the remaining days of July the Angels are sending us the following message: “Keep the faith in your yourself and in your abilities. By doing so you will be able to see your path and purpose more clearly.” Remember that our inner guidance always tells us where we need to or want to be. Even though we may not be able to see the whole picture. As long as we continue moving forward (and YES baby steps count!) we are making progress, so pay attention to the guidance you receive (internal and external). New doors will open for us by not allowing small setbacks to stop our momentum and by turning our fears and doubts over to the angels. Start with baby steps, acknowledge the tiny miracles and promote goodwill to those around you. These things will make everyday a victory! You’ve got this!




Archangel Uriel can help us to overcome obstacles by showing us where the solutions are that will lead to our success. 728: In the past we’ve talked about abundance and how it comes in many forms.  As you harvest the bounty of Mother Nature remember the importance of  acknowledging what you  have and the importance of harvesting our inner abundance as well. This generates a positive energy flow which draws new blessings to us. Our message today is a reminder that the flow of divine abundance always surrounds us. As we approach the first of the Pagan harvest festivals, Lammas/ Lughnasadh, it’s a great time to take stock of what you have and you may even find some things ready to harvest. The old adage of “counting your blessings” really comes into play over the next few days. Use your super powers of optimism and hope to keep the ball rolling and embrace the principle of divine timing. Remember that you are a powerful creator and the stronger your faith the more you can create. Today the Angels are asking us to surround ourselves with faith. Listen to the divine and inner guidance you receive and take action accordingly.

Today’s Recipe: Orange Honey Walnut Salmon


This is a super simple recipe that tastes very elegant. Because the walnuts are toasting the whole time the salmon is baking, they’re perfectly crisp and go so well with the sweetness of the orange and honey. I love this salmon on top of a light salad with a balsamic vinaigrette drizzle. I made this in my toaster oven, which is perfect for hot days!
