14: Have you ever had a day where you just felt alone, even though you are surrounded by friends or family? If today is one of those days just remember that you are never alone. We are always surrounded by loving energies that are happy to help us and want what’s best for us. Today the Angels are sending us a gentle reminder that they are always available to help us or offer guidance. Meditation, affirmations or visualizations can help us to feel the divine love. Focus on something that brings you joy or start a new project that gets your creative energy flowing. Remember that the key lies in your powers of loving and positive thought, self love and the willingness to embrace the divine assistance being sent to you!

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop. This stone is also associated with Archangel Jophiel.

Orange Calcite helps us to embrace our own power and the abilities we possess while eliminating self-defeating thinking. It also helps to balance the emotions and calm our fears so that we can work through problems and temporary setbacks so we may reach our full potential.

Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. 13: We are powerful creators and as such we have the ability to create the life we truly want. During the last year we may have forgotten this. However it’s time to resurrect this important aspect of ourselves. It is through our beliefs, actions, and thoughts that we find ourselves able to step more fully into our power and help ourselves on our quest for personal evolution. Today the Universe is asking us to be the creators we are meant to be by stepping up and taking control of our destiny by initiating new growth and embracing new experiences. Remember that the creation process isn’t easy and sometimes isn’t for sissies. However, by having faith in ourselves (and in the Universe) we are able to handle these tough decisions and situations by going with the flow rather than fighting against them. Try to go with the flow today and trust in your inner guidance system. By doing so you will be able to create more (and better) choices which will help you to take action at the right time.

Amethyst is a powerful protector that helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the decision making process by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. Amethyst is also associated with Archangel Michael. It calms and quiets internal chatter and “monkey mind”, which in turn enables us to relax and allow grounding and balancing to take place which helps us to focus.

Eulite (Hypersthene) which helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships which are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.

12: Faith and courage are our keywords for today so if you need a boost dig deep within or ask the Universe for help. While things may not look or feel perfect right now the Universe is reminding us that better things are on the horizon. The first week of the new year is a great time to set your intentions for what you want to accomplish. While this may seem monumental right now, starting small and learning to go with the flow will help in the long run. Remember that intentions are like seeds so plant them early and begin the nurturing process so that they will begin to “sprout” at Imbolc (Feb 2) Keep things realistic for the best results. Reaching for the stars is great just be sure to take all the steps including the baby steps as this will make it easier to accomplish your goals. Baby steps are important in the overall process of creation as they ensure that everything is in place and that you are ready for the next step. Today our Angels are letting us know that the wheels are turning and things are happening behind the scenes. Ask for assistance or direction when you need it and above all stay optimistic and focused on the best possible outcome.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Chamuel helps us to recover things we have lost. while he usually works with lost items he can also help when we feel out of balance by showing us the reason behind it. He also assists us as we navigate our path by helping us to find the direction and guidance that needed to move forward on this journey of self discovery. If you feel like you have wandered off your path and are having trouble finding your way back he can help you get your bearings.

The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.

The Gnostic goddess Sige teaches us the importance of being still of mind. Information and guidance come more easily when we surrender to the silence. She says” Allow your mind to be still and let your inner wisdom guide you. The answers that you seek are before you if you have the courage to remove the veils and shed light in the shadows.“

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Chrysocolla. This powerful blue-green stone helps us during periods of change and challenging times. It brings smooth transitions and helps us to accept change with serenity and calm. It helps us to be more self aware and promotes self confidence that inspires both creativity and motivation.

Soft colored Lepidolite helps us by filtering away distractions and obsessive thinking so that we can focus on more important things. It soothes and heals stress and reminds us to just breathe.

11: Each new year offers us the chance to grow on new personal and spiritual levels. This may seem daunting this time around due to the continuation and influence of last years events. This is a reminder that taking care of yourself is important as is encouraging and cultivating our own strengths as well as those we see in others. Maintaining your balance while embracing patience and perseverance will be the keys to unlocking the potential that will turn your dreams into reality. The Universe knows there is much we want to do with our lives and is reminding us to stand strong and follow the guidance that we receive. Remember that attitude is everything and what you send out will come back so take the January Theme to heart and take action when you need to. This will help feed the roots of the new growth we are striving for.

Archangel Uriel can help us to overcome obstacles by showing us where the solutions are that will lead to our success. He provides us with the additional information that we need to make the most informed decisions we can. No problem is too great or too small for him to assist with. These treasures can form the foundations that you need to navigate your path in life.”

Aquamarine balance’s emotions that can become frayed during the changes that new cycles create. It helps us to move forward and navigate the ebb and flow of life. This stone also shields the aura, aligns the chakras and promotes communication from the higher realms.

It also helps to balance the emotions and calm our fears so that we can work through problems and temporary setbacks so we may reach our full potential. Their job is to protect, help and guide us when we need it. Asking for help and then letting them do their job opens the way to receiving all the blessings the Universe has in store for us including some we never even dreamed of!

Raguel empowers the underdog and helps resolve arguments. Raphael assists in all areas of healing. Raziel helps us to manifest what we need. Sandalphon delivers our prayers to the Divine and to specific angels or ascended masters. Uriel helps in all areas and life lessons




Our Sacred Stones for today include:  Aventurine which teaches us to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you.
