510: In order to embrace our personal evolution and create the life we want we must be true to ourselves and trust in our own inner wisdom. Often this means that we must step out of our comfort zones to make things happen. The creation process is more apparent during periods of growth and change so it’s important to pay attention to the messages and guidance that we receive. Remember that this information comes from many sources (the people around us, nature, dreams, intuition, or from the universe.) and the signs are visible to those who pay attention. If you feel strongly directed to act then follow your heart and move forward. Likewise, if it doesn’t feel right or makes you uncomfortable step back and examine your reaction and feelings before making a decision. If you are unsure of what to do, or the best way to proceed ask for help. Divine guidance combined with your intuition will never steer you wrong.

Your mission should you accept it is to grab what’s offered before the circle moves on and the doors close. 414:  Our mental health day from yesterday carries over into today. The Universe is asking us to release our worries and fears to make room inside for inner peace. Our spiritual helpers will be assisting us with exchanging the negative and stressful with peaceful and positive. It’s time to release what no longer serves your highest good or brings you joy. We often hold on to things out of fear. Fear of failure, new experiences, or of ourselves or sometimes there is even a kind of comfort in old, outdated situations. After all, things stay the same if we don’t try. This releasing is imperative as it not only creates a better life, it makes us healthier in mind, body, and spirit. We all deserve and are worthy of receiving good things. 413:  There are times when we could all use some extra loving and healing energy. When we feel a little needy or emotionally insecure it can be because we have given away too much of ourselves and need to replenish our energies. Downtime, nature time or alone time can help you to recharge. Today the Universe is giving us a boost by surrounding us with the essential energies we need to be balanced and at peace. Remember to ground, clear and center. This helps you to let go of the negative nasty’s that are sapping your energy. Everyone needs a break from the demands of others so allow yourself this emotional and spiritual spa day!

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

It helps us to let go of stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. Another way to keep your sanity today would be to engage in something creative. Immersing yourself in a creative project is a sure way to promote peaceful feelings. Today the Angels are reminding us that they are here and that our prayers have been heard. “Do not be discouraged. Have both faith and patience and embrace a calmness of spirit. 41:  April starts with a reminder about watching our thoughts. This goes hand in hand with yesterday’s message about “the whirlpool of worry”.  Do your best to stay focused on what you want to accomplish and on the things that are within your control, and hold love and faith in your heart. This combination will help to draw peace and calm into your life. Even when things don’t quite go your way look for one positive thing that came of it, there will always be at least one. Now take that “one thing” and add it to the foundation you are using to build your hopes and dreams on. This step by step process ensures that you will make things happen. Remember, negativity happens (it’s normal!) be sure to acknowledge the source (don’t ignore it). Learning where it comes from helps us to open and grow and allows us more freedom to be the creator we are meant to be.

319:  Today the angels are asking us to review the ways that we can be of service to others. This can be as simple as lending a helping hand to a friend, family member, neighbor or even stranger. You can pay someone a compliment, give a hug or even a smile. Sometimes the best service we can provide is by simply setting a good example. Every day we inspire others even though we may not be aware of doing so. Through patience, compassion and positive focus we can help ourselves and others lead healthier and more peaceful lives. Sometimes it’s the little things that mean the most and make the biggest impact!

Archangel Michael teaches us that through compassion and commitment to our beliefs we can lead effectively through example. He sets us on the path of commitment to our purpose by showing us how to work through obstacles that pop up as he teaches us that we have what it takes to create new things for ourselves as he helps us reach new levels of self confidence.


The Ascended Master Mother Mary surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love. She teaches us about compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others.


The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin, who embodies compassion and mercy says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self-love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle on yourself. Joy comes from embracing the simple things which will free the energy needed to assist the creation process and help others along the way.”

Chalcedony brings the mind, body, spirit, and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self doubt. It also promotes good feelings towards self and others.
