215: Today the Universe is letting us know that change is on the horizon and these changes will make us stronger and make our lives better. Change is a normal part of life and we all go through it. Some of these changes we initiate, some are surprises and some happen so gradually that we hardly know they are happening. Regardless of how these changes happen keep in mind that the nature and direction of our thoughts will play an important role.  If we are stuck in a negative holding pattern the process can be scary and stressful. However, by surrounding ourselves with optimistic and confident energy it’s easier to meet change head on.  This allows things to happen naturally and makes the process easier so that we can embrace change with an attitude of adventure and excitement. 21:  This month is all about stepping up and believing in yourself. Take your faith and confidence to the next level by embracing the “I CAN” and “I AM” consciousness to jump start the new month.
