We also find that it helps us to share more of ourselves with others which also brings blessings and opportunities. 31: As we start the new month the Universe wants us to know that “The world needs fewer instigators and more peacemakers.” Their message is one of love and peace and while this may sound like a throwback from the 1960’s, its energy is powerful and one that we should freely embrace. The concept of unity and community should top the list of priorities and by allowing peace to enter our lives we can set an example for others and ourselves too. It’s important to note that the Ascended Masters are not saying that we shouldn’t stand up for ourselves or for what’s right. If a stand need to be made do so. You can still be firm in your stance while promoting peace.

228: As the month comes to a close we are being reminded that it’s more than okay to allow yourself to receive the gifts and blessings that the Universe has to offer. Sometimes we get so caught up in giving to others that when it becomes our turn to receive we kind of freak out and think or say something like ” Oh no, that’s okay!” or “I don’t deserve that!” By turning away good things that are offered we can slip out of balance and find our energy bottled up. But when we allow ourselves to receive with grace and gratitude doors open up to an amazing flow of abundance and growth. Allow yourself to receive today and allow this energy to come full circle

Chalcedony brings mind, body, spirit, and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self-doubt. It also promotes good feelings towards self and others.

Unakite. This green and pink stone helps us to see blocks that we have erected within ourselves and then provides valuable insights on removing them so that we can move forward. It helps us to appreciate the present moment and works with both base and heart chakras.

227 Today the Universe is asking us to focus on our life path. Each person’s life path is unique. While we may travel together at times there always comes a point when we branch off to blaze a new trail. Move forward with faith and confidence as you navigate your chosen paths and side trails. Ask for divine guidance and trust in your intuition and follow these breadcrumbs as you create your life. By staying optimistic and expecting the best we help good things find us on our journey. If the path you are on doesn’t feel right make the necessary adjustments to get back on track. Be sure that you occasionally perform a self-review.


Ask yourself:

Am I where I want to be?
Does this resonate and bring me joy?
Is there anything I need to change?

226: Today the angels are asking us to share the gift of compassion with others. We sometimes get caught up in our own “stuff” and forget to check on those closest to us. Never assume that loved ones will always come to you if something is needed. We have been working on self-confidence and intuition this month. Both can help you if showing others that you care is difficult. This can be hard for some people and they come across as aloof or gruff because they want to “be there” but simply don’t know how to go about it. A good opener is a simple “How are you?”, “So things are going okay for you?” Intuition goes hand in hand with compassion and if it directs you to a specific person there may be a reason behind it. Our message today is ” Gather your loved ones close, let them know you love them and never forget the healing power of a simple touch or a hug.”

Life is like a refrigerator. Every so often you must check the expiration dates and throw things out. ~Cat

225: We all experience times when it becomes necessary to let go of outdated and outgrown things like habits, relationships, material items and thought patterns. Hanging on to these things after their “expiration date” can become a crutch that we use when we are afraid to move on. This inhibits our personal and spiritual growth and causes us to flounder. Today the angels are asking us to start letting go of the things that no longer work for us. They know that this can be difficult and sometimes painful. However, the benefits and freedom obtained in the process will clear our path and propel us forward. It will also bring us new opportunities, growth and blessings that help us to achieve what we want most.

224: Today we are being reminded to embrace the faith we have in ourselves. The Universe and the angels know that we are worthy of receiving the blessings that they offer. Prosperity, love abundance and more are always available to us. However, there are times when we feel less than worthy and spend precious time knocking ourselves down. (Remember when we talked about being your own worst critic?) At times like this take some time to ground and center…. just breathe, do your best to let go and surrender the situation to your spiritual helpers. Dust off your courage (it’s there.. it really is!), ask for help and give yourself a big hug and acknowledge your power as a creator. You ARE worthy, YOU are amazing and YOU have the ability to create wonderful things for yourself!

223:  Speaking up and standing up for ourselves can be a little intimidating. However, if we truly want to be successful in our personal evolution and making our dreams happen it’s definitely necessary. Today the Universe is asking us to engage in some positive self expression. Communication is the key that will unlock these doors. No need to be aggressive or project anger because you can be forceful and still be positive. There will always be those people who think they know what’s best for you. If something doesn’t work for you or is pushing you in the wrong direction say so. You have a voice and your Spiritual Helpers are behind you all the way. If you need courage or help finding your voice ask your angels for help.

Start setting yourself up for the long term by taking the small opportunities (seeds) that are offered to you now. 221: One of the things that the angels ask of us is to live with the “Attitude of Gratitude”. We all have many things to be grateful for however, today the angels are asking us to focus on the people we are grateful for. Family, Heart family, and friends all play an important role in our lives. Take a moment to acknowledge your gratitude towards them and bless them with peaceful, loving energy. Do not be afraid to let them know how much their presence means to you, ” I’m glad that you’re here”, Thank you for being a part of my life”, “I love you”, these words can mean so much. Allow your gratitude to fill you and know in your heart that these blessings will continue to flow around you and your loved ones.
