Taking Care of Yourself: Cat’s Angel Message for May 30, 2018 

 May Theme: This month will bring change. While change sometimes feels scary, it is a necessary thing for our overall growth. Be willing to embrace it and allow it to happen naturally and get ready for better things.



Laughter gives us distance. It allows us to step back from an event, deal with it and then move on. – Bob Newhart




530: Today our spiritual helpers would like us to know that they’re proud of us. In the last month we have we faced change and learned to  embrace our faith. While these things have empowered us it has also been a challenge. These things have also strengthened our connection and relationship with the Angels, Ascended Masters and personal goddess.  We have learned that we can call on them when we need to. Take a moment today to offer gratitude to the Universe for life, for love, and all the blessings that surround you. Then take a ME day to restore and center….. You’ve earned it!




Self care is the word for today.  The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin can teach us much about the art of self care. She is the embodiment of compassion, comfort and healing. her message to us,  “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart and spirit.” The Ascended Master Melchizedek teaches us how to love color and can assist us through all forms of color therapy (reiki, chakra work, crystals, Feng Shui etc.) and the Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) bestows peace on all levels and teaches us about the healing power of joy and laughter.




Our Sacred Stones for today are Spinel which rejuvenates our energy and brings relief from stress, Rose Quartz  allows self love to surface and gives us a better understanding of our emotions as it helps us to heal. and Chalcedony that brings mind, body, spirit and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self doubt. It also  promotes good feeling towards self and others.

519: One of the best things that we can do for ourselves is to embrace a positive self image. We’ve all heard the phrase “love yourself”, it’s not only an important part of our self care, it also helps to increase our self confidence and feelings of worth. When we love ourselves and like who we are it shows. That’s not to say that there isn’t room for improvement (there’s always room for that) because we really are a work in progress. A positive self image tells the world “I am confident in who I am and I like myself. I am not perfect, however I am trying to be the best person I can be .” Today the angels are saying “Give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the amazing being you are!”




Our helpers for today include Archangel Chamuel who helps promote a good relationship with other and more importantly, with ourselves. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin  helps us with all forms of self care, and loving kindness that is directed within ourselves. She tells us “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart and spirit.” and Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) who brings laughter and joy into our lives, it is through these things that we find ourselves centered in the moment and are able to enjoy the process of  our inner  growth.




Our Sacred Stones for today are Sodalite and Rose Quartz. Sodalite is a stone for the mind. It encourages clear and calm thinking. It helps us to be objective and helps us to release old mental conditioning and outdated thought patterns as it boosts our self confidence and  esteem. Rose Quartz is the essential self love and self care stone. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feeling that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace.

In Charge of Our Attitude: Cat’s Angel Message for May 3, 2018

53: Change is a constant part of life whether we like it or not. Too often we find ourselves fighting against it. However, when we embrace it and allow it to unfold instead of struggling with it we find  the transition goes more smoothly. Today the Ascended Masters are stepping in to help us clear the way for the changes that we are experiencing. Ask them to assist you in letting go of any old and rigid thinking that could be holding you back as it will ease our fears and our stress levels. Choose your battles wisely and remember that change will happen one way or the other. The key lies in HOW we deal with it. Work with what you can but don’t struggle with what you can’t.




 Serapis Bey  helps us to gain spiritual insight and teaches us that loving care plays an essential role in navigating change. Vywamus provides inspiration and helps us discover our unique talents that can help us along the way, and Maitreya, the Laughing Buddha, helps us to release stress and worry through the healing power of laughter.




These Sacred Stones can help as well, Rose Quartz soothes the emotions and brings peace of mind, Azurite-Malachite helps us to accept our personal power and confidence which will reduce stress and Cerussite promotes grounding and teaches us how to understand the changes we are experiencing.

You’re Doing An Awesome Job! : Cat’s Angel Message for April 30, 2018

 430:  As we close out the month of April Spirit,  the angels and ascended masters are giving us a big thumbs up! The internal and external work that we are doing is paying off and we are  starting to see the results of our efforts. Creating personal change is never easy but we have learned that we have the support of the entire universe that we can call upon at any time for assistance in any matter. The work we have done so far will begin to show big results in the new month so consider this a day of rest and indulge in some down time. ground, center and clear then give yourself a big hug for all you have accomplished!






 


Archangel Jophiel helps us to find beauty around us as well as within us. She tells us to “stop and smell the roses”.  Ascended Master Maitreya is telling us to find joy in your day and embrace the warm, healing power of laughter and the Greek Goddess Iris, Lady of Rainbows, helps us to embrace hope as she gently surrounds us with an all will be well energy.




Our Sacred Stone for today is Rose Quartz. Use this warm and loving stone when you ground-center-clear to surround you with peaceful energy, you have earned it!

425: As we head towards the end of the month we are being asked to review our April theme: “We are being challenged to change ourselves. You have the power to make things happen and the Universe is on your side.” Changes require courage and our spiritual helpers are gently reminding us that we are not alone. They are here to help with any changes that you are going through.


 You have grown enough to do what is necessary to make to make your life  better. Their message today is  “Never be afraid of change. Embrace it and it will embrace you.  Don’t fight these changes that are taking place as they are what you need to continue your growth cycle.”




 


The Welsh Goddess Cordelia and the Yoruban Goddess Oya  can both help us to meet life’s changes with courage and excitement. They ask that we try to find a new perspective about what lies ahead. Archangel Sandalphon is the job planner who listens to your requests and prayers and sends the angel or master best suited to assist you if you don’t know who to call on and Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us how to use the power of laughter when dealing with change. By not taking things so seriously we are able to find new avenues that will make change easier to manage.




Our Sacred Stone for today is Green Calcite. This stone allows us to dissolve rigid beliefs and outdated programming. It promotes mental balance, aids in communication and gently helps us to let go of the things that no longer serve us.

 423: The angels and ascended masters are here to help us. They are part of our support system that helps us navigate through life’s ups and downs. The key to their assistance is simple….just ask. If we don’t ask they are unable to step in without our permission to do so. Once we have asked for their assistance we must also do our part to make things happen and keep the energy flowing. Take opportunities when they present themselves and stay strong in your faith in the universe and in yourself.  Remember that the key lies within you.  By doing your best to turn negatives into positives and embracing life with gratitude you will find that door open, good things gravitate your way and miracles happen!

 418:  Being grateful for what we have may sound like a common or boring theme for the day. The truth is that this theme should be embraced every day. There are times when we backslide into negative patterns and we concentrate or worry about the things that we don’t have or can’t change. These patterns place limits on our ability to manifest the good/necessary things in life. However, when we meet each day with the attitude of gratitude and look for life’s tiny miracles and things flow and fall into place. Allow your gratitude to shine through today and allow the good things to happen!




The Ascended Masters are helping us today. Maitreya (aka Laughing Buddha) promotes laughter, joy and peace. His joyful spirit helps us to release anxiety and worry. Isis fills us with loving and graceful energy and helps us bask in a sea of blissful peace. The Hindu Goddess Devi can help us to find more meaning in our lives. Archangel Jophiel helps us to slow down and live in the moment. She also blesses us with ability to see the beauty that surrounds us and how to use that gift to attract and create more beauty into our everyday lives.

417: Over the last few days we’ve been working on letting go and this process helps us create a more positive vibe. We have so many reasons to be positive and the angels want us to know that we are doing a great job. Take some time for yourself today  and engage in whatever makes your spirit sing. Days like this are good for us emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Read, hike, exercise, create, dance or make use of some alone time, the possibilities are endless! Whatever you choose to do will help to promote positive flow and allow you to ground, center and balance. Start your day with a big self hug and above all be kind to yourself!




The angel Gamaliel brings us gifts, blessings and abundance. The Celtic Goddess Cordelia helps us in finding needed respite so that we can replenish ourselves. Good Days and Bad Days: Cat’s Angel Message for April 10, 2018 


 April Theme:  We are being challenged to change ourselves. You have the power to make things happen and the Universe is on your side.




You are going to have bad days and have good days. – Lou Ferrigno




410:  Bad days happen and while they happen to everyone, what matters most is how you handle them. When this happens the key is to NOT let the negativity take over.  the rule of thumb is to acknowledge those thoughts and then do your best to let them go. We can turn these negative thoughts over to Spirit and the angels and ask for help in transforming them into something better. If we allow negativity to take over it’s like being in a windowless room and shutting ourselves inside. So the letting go part is important to your overall spiritual, emotional and mental health. Bad days happen but they don’t need to rule our lives or ruin our day. Give negativity the old one-two punch and put it back in its place.




Bad days call for spiritual helpers who can help us turn our attitude in a more positive direction. Getting outside helps, and  the Ascended Master Saint Francis invites us to just that. He is also associated with animals as well as nature so try taking your animal companion with you. Pets help to relieve stress,  they bring peace and improve our mood. Archangel Jophiel teaches us how to see the beauty within and around us. Her job is show us how to create and manifest beauty in our lives, her message is “beautiful thoughts lead to beautiful outcomes”. Listening to music has been proven to uplift our spirits. Laughter is also good medicine and the Ascended Master Maitreya, the Laughing Buddha, personifies this. He shows us the path to personal peace through joy and laughter. Your sense of humor can be a valuable healing tool.

Change is Knocking: Cat’s Angel Message for April 5, 2018

45:  In previous readings we have talked about how change is necessary for our overall growth. Unwillingness to embrace change not only only keeps us from growing it keeps us from moving forward and fulfilling our dreams and goals. Our energy becomes blocked and all the wonderful things that Universe is trying to send us doesn’t arrive. Today is a reminder to stop fighting the changes that life is offering. You know what you need to do and now is time to allow these things to happen. How we view change lies in our perception of it. There are two choices, fear change or see change as a new adventure. Remember that a long with our human support system we also have the Universe on our side as well. Ask for help, courage and strength and they will be there for you. The changes that you make are a good thing and will benefit you and your loved ones. Be bold and embrace these changes head on!
