Some  see change as a scary thing and focus solely on what they “will lose or have to give up”.  The thing to remember is that change brings it’s own rewards. With every “loss” there is something new that we gain.  When faced with change do yourself a favor and look at the whole picture and balance your “losses” with “gains”. Change is an adventure…… embrace it!

45:  In previous messages we’ve talked about how change is necessary for our overall growth. Unwillingness to embrace change not only only keeps us from growing, it keeps us from moving forward and fulfilling our dreams and goals. Our energy becomes blocked and all the wonderful things that Universe is trying to send us doesn’t arrive.  How we view change lies in our perception of it. There are two choices, fear change or see change as a new adventure. Today is a reminder to embrace the changes that life is offering. The Universe is asking us to have faith in ourselves, our helpers and our human support system.  Ask for help, courage and strength and they will be there for you. The changes that you make will be a good thing and will benefit all areas of your life.  Be bold and embrace these changes head on!




Archangel Jeremiel teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. The Ascended Master Maitreya who shows us that the path to change ins’t so scary when faced with laughter and joy.  And the Greek goddess Nike says, Do not be afraid to acknowledge the amazing things you have done but don’t rest to long on your laurels. Remember that your power comes through movement and momentum is lost through inactivity. Keep moving and you will be victorious!”

However when change comes knocking we often run and hide or fight against it even though we know that it’s necessary and will benefit us in the long run. Our challenge  lies in our ability to adapt. If change comes knocking today with an offer to make a positive improvement grab your courage and embrace the willingness to adapt to something new and better.

325:  Change is an important part of life. It can happen gradually or drop in out of the blue. To promote our own growth we need to be willing to embrace  those changes no matter how or when they happen. By fighting these changes we find ourselves stuck emotionally, mentally and spiritually. However, when we allow change to happen it invites new things and people into our lives. This bring new growth and opportunities that will help us as we create our path. If the proverbial winds of change are blowing through your life the Angels and Ascended Masters are sending you this message: ” These changes are for the best even though some may be difficult to accept or seem scary. We are here to make sure that you and your loved ones are safe and cared for during this time. We are surrounding you with protective, peaceful energy and are helping to take away any pain, fear or negativity that you may be experiencing.” 




Change comes in many forms and we have some powerful helpers on our side. Archangel Azrael not only helps comfort the dying and help them to cross over, he also helps the grieving to cope with the changes and feelings that losing a loved one creates. 215: Today the Universe is letting us know that change is on the horizon and these changes will make us stronger and make our lives better. Change is a normal part of life and we all go through it. Some of these changes we initiate, some are surprises and some happen so gradually that we hardly know they are happening. Regardless of how these changes happen keep in mind that the nature and direction of our thoughts will play an important role.  If we are stuck in a negative holding pattern the process can be scary and stressful. However, by surrounding ourselves with optimistic and confident energy it’s easier to meet change head on.  This allows things to happen naturally and makes the process easier so that we can embrace change with an attitude of adventure and excitement. Remember to check your progress and path often. If it feels right…. it is. But if you have doubts or it makes you uncomfortable be bold and make the necessary adjustments to keep you on track.




Archangel Uriel gives us essential information we need when we need it. This assists us during the process of change by enhancing our problem solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations. The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps us to gently diffuse unpleasant situations that change sometimes causes. And the Greek goddess Hecate offers her assistance today, reminding us  that ” I am the guardian of the crossroads. Remember that to move ahead you must face your fears and release the past. Change and circumstance are inviting you to choose a path. It is your choice so make the one that is best for you.”




Our Sacred Stone for today is Tiger Iron. This stone , which is a combination of Jasper, Hematite and Tiger’s Eye, helps to promote change by opening space within and providing the energy to accomplish what’s needed by generating new and creative ways and ideas to make the changes easier.

If you ask a child what they want to be when they grow up the answer is never “loved” or “happy” or “peaceful.” We put a lot of weight on success, on setting goals and reaching them. And we quantify those accomplishments. How much did you get done today? What is your salary? How big is your house? Even our connections today are quantifiable. You have 500 friends on social media. You scroll through their posts, briefly acknowledging some with a click. How often do we consider the impact of the singular things in our life? It takes more than a moment to truly appreciate the special people around us
