The key is to meet change with openness and optimism. This helps us to become more self-reliant and confident as it builds both trust and faith. This is the groundwork on which all new things start and the basis for personal fulfillment and happiness. Ask for help or guidance if you need it and remember that help comes in all forms and can arrive from any direction. Give yourself a BIG hug today, you deserve it!

Today’s Message: Visualization

55:  When Change shows up at your house in his beat-up truck and tells us to get in you better buckle up because we’re going for a ride baby! To clear the way and make room start by letting go of a few things that are no longer working for you or that you have outgrown. (People, activities, thoughts, old resentments, etc.) Start small and work up from there. This makes it easier to tackle the larger things later if we keep in mind that things are connected and by picking apart the big things makes them easier to let go of. Now give these things over to the angels and the Universe, then visualize packing up all the old things into a bag and tossing it off a bridge. I kid you not this visualization is truly empowering! The clearing away process creates the necessary space for better things. Remember, you deserve good things and life is too short to hang on to things that no longer bring you peace and joy!

Today’s Message: New Month, New Changes

51: Even though we don’t know exactly what the future holds for us we can be assured that things will get better and those good things are headed our way. As we start the new month we are being asked to focus our thoughts on our dreams and goals. Don’t spend your energy worrying about the “how to’s” and “what if’s” as these details will naturally fall into place when the time is right. Fear of the future and of change is normal, however, the key lies in how we perceive the changes that lie ahead. If we acknowledge our fears and do our best to let them go (don’t struggle, don’t force) we can fill that space with positive intent and a sense of adventure. Visualize yourself as an explorer heading out into the uncharted territory of personal growth. What does the future hold? Who knows…..but man it’s going to be good!

415:  We all aspire to a better and higher quality of life. Our hopes and dreams come to fruition through our thoughts and beliefs. In order to have the life we desire we must be willing to do what is necessary to make it happen. Right now is a great time to plan where you want your path to take you. This includes making the necessary changes and choices that help us in our creation and manifestation processes. Remember that the angels are here to help us, although they will not do it all for us. To start this process the angels ask that we turn over any limiting thoughts that we have about ourselves and our future. They are also reminding us that we are powerful creators and that the only limits are the ones we put on ourselves. By having faith in yourself and in the abundance of the universe you will see that your power and potential are truly limitless!

 325:  Change is an important part of life. It can happen gradually or drop in out of the blue. To promote our own growth we need to be willing to embrace change no matter how or when it happens. By fighting these changes we find ourselves stuck emotionally, mentally and spiritually. However, when we allow change to happen it invites new things and people into our lives. This brings new growth and opportunities that will help us as we create our path If the proverbial winds of change are blowing through your life. Today the universe is sending this message: ” These changes are for the best even though some may be difficult to accept or seem scary.. We are here to make sure that you and your loved ones are safe and cared for during this time. We are surrounding you with protective,  peaceful energy and are helping to take away any pain, fear or negativity that you may be experiencing.”

We all have areas that need attention and if something is not okay, or isn’t working out for you then the time has come to move on and create something better. The key is in being honest with yourself so don’t put frosting on a problem and then tell yourself that it’s all better. It’s through change that we make these needed improvements, and while changes take time remember that baby steps are the key to making them successful. Each step in itself is important so don’t be too eager and rush ahead as you might miss out on something amazing. Changes are often seen as scary but don’t let fear take over. 127: Everyone’s “Life Path” is unique and once we set our course we tend to follow where it leads us. Often we’re alone, sometimes taking side paths as we grow and change and sometimes merging with the paths of others. There are even times when we leave our path altogether and wander. Wandering can be a good thing as we forge ahead and embrace new adventures. However, sometimes we wander off the path and become lost and have trouble finding our way back. Today our spirit helpers are reminding us that if we are feeling lost or lacking direction, we simply need to ask for help from our divine support team. Remember that our paths do change (nothing is set in stone) so look for signs both visual and intuitive to help you. Change help us to grow so believe in yourself and don’t be afraid to strike off in a new direction or side path if it calls to your heart. 117: We are the masters of our own destiny AND the creators of our own reality. While this may sound cliche… it’s also the truth. All the work we’ve done and the changes we have made and are making are starting to pay off and the Universe is encouraging us to stick to our path. Hold your course and find the things that are important to you, so make a conscious decision to focus on them. Simplify things if needed and readjust your course to stay on track. Listen to your inner guidance and let go of your worries and fears as you continue to push onward. Today’s Message: Three Options

115: The new year just like any new cycle brings new beginnings and the opportunity for change. Remember that the key to embracing change lies in our perception of it and how we deal with it. There are three options where change is concerned:

Fight it: Struggling with change keeps us from growing (emotionally, mentally, spiritually) and creates unneeded stress which can keep us from achieving our desired dreams and goals. It wears us out on all levels leaving us drained and vulnerable.

Ignore it: Change will happen anyway, however, we forfeit our control of the creation process and can wind up settling for less. If we follow this path change blindsides us which can also cause stress, fear, and anxiety.

Work with it: This allows you to take an active role in the creation process. By embracing change we can set things in motion then allow things to unfold naturally and nudge things along as needed. This invites our creative energy forward which aids our powers of perspective.

 Today the Universe is asking us to make friends with change and to elevate our thinking. Stay focused on what’s important in your life and continue working toward a positive outcome. Work with the changes that are happening and open the doors to new adventures.

Archangel Jeremiel is in charge of life reviews and changes. He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. He teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain a clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. He removes our fear of change and what the future holds and replaces them with a sense of expectant excitement.

The Ascended Master  Serapis Bey helps us to release our troubles and offers clear guidance and motivation regarding our own self-improvement. He also helps us gain spiritual insight and teaches us that loving care is essential to navigating change.

The Yoruban Goddess Oya embodies the winds of change. She tells us, ” Allow the winds of change to flow through your being. In their wake, they will leave new energy seeds for you to plant. Use these seeds to help you on your journey. Remember child, that change must be embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. Allow these changes to inspire and encourage you to transcend your self-imposed limitations.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

 Iron Pyrite has warm, positive energy. It teaches us to have confidence in our skills and abilities so that we are able to realize our true potential by stimulating new ideas and knowledge of our own self-worth. Pyrite also helps to balance instinct with innate intuition and overall creativity.

Sunstone brings personal empowerment and fights procrastination. It brings out our natural optimism, self-confidence and promotes our natural flow of abundance as it soothes our fear of change and the accompanying stress that change can bring.  

Black Tourmaline helps to clear away negative energy and offers protection. It also helps to stimulate both creativity and practicality. Both of which will help us to achieve our goals

Today’s Message: Making Great Things Happen

114: Today the Universe is extending an invitation to work together and create the foundations that will support our goals and dreams. The keyword for today is “Baby Steps” which are necessary for any endeavor. They require us to use both caution and wisdom as we create the life we want so don’t be a slacker and cut corners. Take ALL the steps. The new year provides us with opportunities for change and growth and projects started now will bring blessings and benefits to enrich our lives. Start the day with a “can-do” optimistic attitude to jump-start long-term success. Your angels are always here to assist you so be a visionary today and see yourself and others in the best light and find the very best in every situation…. let’s make some great things happen!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Gabriel helps us to access our inner wisdom and shows us how it can guide and inspire us. Gabriel also teaches us the importance of communication on all levels. This helps us to overcome our fears so that we can complete the things we start and achieve positive results during times of transformation and change. 

The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps keep our energy balanced and flowing. This is essential for using our gifts and understanding the information we receive. He can also help to diffuse unpleasant situations that can arise as we go through change and transformation. Since he helps us heal through color, pay attention to the colors that draw us or feel relevant  

 The Egyptian goddess Isis reminds us that growth requires patience and that change and growth are an ongoing part of life. “Be grateful for the baby steps that move you along your path, for they are milestones on your inner journey. Celebrate these steps and appreciate every kindness shown as they are all part of a grand celebration!“

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

 Azurite increases our ability to receive spiritual guidance and helps us to see through illusions and clears the mind so that we can see our path clearly. It helps to develop our intuitive skills as it expands the mind to promote clear thinking, understanding and new perspectives.

Orange Calcite helps us to embrace our own power and the abilities we possess while eliminating self-defeating thinking. It also helps to balance our emotions and calm our fears so that we can work through problems and temporary setbacks so we may reach our full potential. It helps to dissolve problems and insecurities that can arise when we are faced with new opportunities.

 Eulite (Hypersthene) helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships which are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.
