818:  An optimistic and creative mindset will help to generate new and wonderful things. But first we must let go and allow change to happen. The Universe is telling us today that a phase or cycle in our lives is coming to a close and it’s time to move on to the next level. Remember that when one door closes another opens. Your power of personal manifestation is moving quickly and the key will be in staying motivated and confident in your own ability to create for yourself. Don’t allow yourself to backslide into outdated or negative thought patterns if you want to keep the doors open and the roadways clear. The good things that are headed your way may send you in a new direction but one that will be worth it!




Archangel Zadkiel reminds us that change requires compassion, understanding and quite often the forgiveness of ourselves and others. 815: Back in May we laid the groundwork for initiating change in our lives. The angels are letting us know that we should start seeing results very soon if we are not seeing them already. These changes will be the catalyst that starts a new flow of abundance. During this time it’s important to remember that you and your loved ones are safe and cared for, so don’t stress! The key is to stay positive and let things happen naturally. When an opportunity presents itself don’t be afraid to grab it now. While waiting until it cycles back around is an option it’s possible that it will no longer be what you need as your personal variables will have changed. Use the opportunities as stepping stones to create a path to bigger and better things!

  • Hematite helps us stay grounded and promotes feelings of safety. Hematite also brings mental clarity through focus and concentration which is essential letting go process which accompanies change.

725:  Whether we like it or not change is a part of our path and is necessary for both personal and spiritual growth. Whether change happens naturally or we initiate it ourselves there will always be feelings of uncertainty that come with it. Today the Universe is letting us know that our faith in the changes we are experiencing is well founded. Things are moving forward, the wheels are turning and tiny miracles are lining up. Welcome these new blessings and don’t allow  small setbacks to stop your momentum.  Start with baby steps if you need to, acknowledge the tiny miracles and promote goodwill to those around you. 530: Today our helpers would like us to know that they’re proud of us. In the last month we have we faced change and made positive life choices and important decisions that will help us navigate path. We have  learned to embrace our faith which has given us the  confidence to trust in our intuition and move forward with optimism and purpose.  While these things have empowered us it has also been a challenge. These things have also strengthened our connection and relationship with the Universe and our spiritual helpers. We have learned that we can call on them when we need to. Take a moment today to offer gratitude to the Universe for life, for love, and all the blessings that surround you. Then take a ME day to restore and center….. You’ve earned it!




The healer Archangel, Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal our selves and our lives and therefore regain our self confidence and faith. 529:  We have been talking about faith quite a bit in the last few days and how it enhances our power as a creator and our overall sense of self. As we prepare to close out the month of May the Angels are sending us the following message: ” Your faith in yourself and in the Divine plays an important part in the changes that you are making. These changes will not only help you and your loved ones they will also shed light on your divine purpose. Teach by example that faith helps to create positive change and self empowerment.”




Archangel Uriel is said to be one of the wisest angels. He brings intellectual information, solutions to problems great or small, and creative insight. He also helps us to gain spiritual understanding. Today is a good day to simply touch base with him, ask for help if needed or simply express gratitude for the blessing in your life. Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.  The Chinese goddess Kuan Yin helps us find spiritual enlightenment through compassion and kindness. She tells us “Your faith is essential to many things one of which is self care. By taking care of your needs the doors to self empowerment will open for you.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include: Peridot which brings new levels of awareness as it promotes growth and necessary change. It helps to sharpen the mind and enhances our self confidence. Peridot can teach us to look back at the past and find the gifts that are hidden within our experiences and then shows us the path to forgiveness and moving forward. Labradorite to relieve fear and insecurity caused by old hurts and disappointments. It also strengthens our faith as it removes the projections of others that are holding us back. And Rose Quartz is the essential self love and self care stone. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feeling that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace.

51: Even though we don’t know exactly what the future holds for us we can  be assured that good things are coming. As we start the new month we are being asked to focus our thoughts and positive intentions on our dreams and goals. Don’t spend your energy worrying about the “how to’s” and “what if’s” as these details will naturally fall into place when the time is right. Fear of the future and of change is normal , however the key lies in how you perceive the changes ahead. If we acknowledge our fears and do our best to let them go (don’t struggle, don’t force) we can fill that space with positive intent and a sense of adventure. Visualize yourself as an explorer heading out into the uncharted territory of personal growth. What does the future hold? Who knows…..but man it’s going to be good!

415: We all aspire to a better and higher quality of life. Our hopes and dreams come to fruition through our thoughts and beliefs. In order to have the life we desire we must be willing to do what is necessary to make it happen. This includes making the necessary changes and choices that help us in our creation and manifestation processes. Remember that the angels are here to help us, although they will not do it all for us.  To start this process the angels ask that we turn over any limiting thoughts that we have about ourselves and our future. They are also reminding us that we are powerful creators and that the only limits are the ones we put on ourselves. By having faith in yourself and in the abundance of the universe you will see that your power and potential are truly limitless!

46:  Today’s world can be a stressful place. One filled with changes and energies that impact us as well as our loved ones. Today we are reminded of the April Theme of challenges and change. When we feel overwhelmed by what life throws our way, big or small, take a moment to just breathe and then ask our Angels for help. Our Spiritual Helpers want what best for us and can help us with the things that bring peace to ourselves and to our loved ones. Part of the challenge is our willingness to help ourselves. Our helpers can’t do it all for us so we need to do our part to assist the angels by getting our stress levels down, yoga, meditation, dance and letting go of things that no longer serve our highest good . Letting go of stress allows us to reclaim our power and infuse our lives with new energy!




Archangel Zadkiel teaches us to hold compassion for ourselves and for others. This can help to reduce our stress levels. The Ascended Master Maitreya (the Laughing Buddha) helps us to keep our sense of humor during difficult times. He teaches us that being able to laugh reduces stress and creates positive flow. And  the Greek goddess Iris, Lady of Rainbows, helps us to find the calm in the storm. She is the bringer of hope and she gently surrounds us with an all will be well energy.  She says, ” While there is beauty and clarity found in turbulence remember not to let these storms become a destructive flood. Look for the light and use it to ascend to a higher level of thought.”
