1215: The Sacred Source  has given us all the tools and the power that we need to change our lives for the better. Our ability to be optimistic and limit negative thoughtforms are powerful things. By using these valuable skills it effectively creates new opportunities and draws good things to us. Today the angels are reminding us  that we are a direct reflection of our thoughts. 1213:  As we move closer to the holidays we often find ourselves fighting with stress and anxiety. Stress and anxiety are  created through negative thoughtforms and emotions, both ours and those of others. They bog down our energy which halts our forward momentum. For those who are struggling with this the Universe and our Spiritual helpers are here to help us. They are asking us to turn our emotional stresses,  fears and worries over to them.  When we engage in this powerful letting go process we feel better and we gain clarity. Invite your creative mind to come forward. This effectively promotes communication, improves our overall mood and opens us to new ideas as it stabilizes you energy. Ask for divine help when needed and don’t forget to ground, clear and center. Above all know that you are loved and cared for and let inner peace be your friend.

It soothes mind, body and spirit like a fuzzy blanket or bubble bath.

1121: Today we continue the process of working with faith through positive thought and statements. . Remember that any statement you make can be an affirmation so take care to stay away from the negative ones. As we work towards transforming our lives it’s important to make statements in the present tense (I AM, I HAVE). The angels want us to have the best and are always helping us behind the scenes, and when we do our part they can do theirs. Do not allow self criticism  to lower your energy, stay focused and move into a brighter future. Have faith in your own power and in divine abundance!
