19:  Today our message focuses on two things, self help and service.  The Universe is reminding us that our angels and helpers are here to help us create a better life for ourselves and for others. These two things are often connected because as we help ourselves we are also helping those closest to us. Remember that being of service does not always mean  offering our time, and energy to the community or to the world. While this path is the right one for some it’s not true for everyone, although it can be very fulfilling. The truth is that before we can help others was must first be willing to help ourselves. Through our own actions we find ourselves leading by example. This shows others that positive changes can be made. It provides inspiration to those who need it and  everyday whether we are aware of it or not, we make a difference in someone’s life in a positive way. Today the angels are asking us to share your optimistic glow while projecting good vibes to those around you.




Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to to forgive ourselves and others. This is one of the best self healing practices and gifts that we can give ourselves.  Ascended Master Serapis Bey helps us to release our troubles and offers clear guidance and motivation regarding our own self improvement. And the Roman Goddess Venus teaches us to truly appreciate ourselves. She says “You must put loving self care first.By doing so you become confidently empowered and fully connected to your own divine nature.”

17: Today we are being encouraged to embrace and explore our spiritual side. Remember that you can be spiritual and not be specifically  religious. Allow your intuition to guide you on this journey so pay attention to the cues and clues that pop up. The Universe and our helpers are always sending us positive vibes. By remaining open  to receiving these gifts you will experience growth on both spiritual and personal levels. They help us and can be used to help others as well. 15: A new year brings us many things that are change related. For example when we make New Year’s resolutions we are attempting to initiate personal changes. We often see change as a scary thing however more often than not these changes are good things. Change = Growth, so try seeing these changes as seeds to be planted and nurtured. By perceiving change in this way we find that we have more control and are more prepared when our ‘seeds of change” grow to maturity. Today the Universe is telling us that something in our life is about to change and new things are headed our way. These changes will be for the better so don’t let fear hold you back. Remember, the seeds of change that you plant along your path will help pave the way for success. Ask for Divine help if you need it and listen to your inner wisdom. You know what you need to do and this is about creating the life you want.

14:  Have you ever had a day where you just felt alone, even though you are surrounded by friends or family? Everyone goes through this at some point. If today is one of those days just remember that you are never alone. We are always surrounded by loving energies that want to help us and want to help us achieve what’s best for us.Today the Universe is sending us a gentle reminder that they are always available to help us or offer guidance, All you need to do is ask and then allow yourself to feel the loving energy that is sent to you. 13: We are powerful creators  and as such we have the ability to create our reality and the life we truly want. Through our beliefs, actions and thoughts our power begins to manifest. As we step up and allow ourselves to initiate control of our destiny we learn and grow. This brings new experiences as we gain understanding of our own inner wisdom. This creation process isn’t easy and sometimes isn’t for sissies. However, by having faith in ourselves (and in the Universe) we are able to handle these tough decisions and situations by going with the flow rather than fighting against them. Today the Universe is telling us that some turbulence may be headed our way. 12: Blessings await those you are willing to go the extra mile to  make things happen. Personal growth and evolution is a big deal this year as we look for new ways to express our authenticity. Faith and courage are our keywords for today so if you need a boost dig deep within or ask the Universe for help.


The first week of the new year is a great time to set your intentions for what you want to accomplish. These intention are like seeds. Plant them early and begin the nurturing process that which will begin to “sprout” at Imbolc (Feb. 2). Remember to keep your intentions realistic. 11:  Welcome to the new year! Let’s first take a look at the number for 2019 (2+0+1+9=11/ 1+1= 3) which is 3. The new year will focus on our communication and social skills. It will teach us to our lives with joy and optimism as well as in using our creative abilities to help us manifest our goals and dreams. To aid your progress be sure to live authentically. In other words be yourself and be true to yourself. And remember to  pay attention to Divine guidance and your own intuition.


Today the Universe is reminding us that we are not alone and help is always available to us. Have faith in yourself and know that your prayers have been heard and the wheels are in motion. Divine right timing will also be important so don’t skip any steps as even the smallest ones need to be taken to complete the process. 2019 will be a year of personal growth and evolution so embrace your divine spark to bring clarity, inner peace and  greater self love.




Archangel Uriel gives us the information that we need when we need it. This assists us during the manifestation process by enhancing our problem solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations and our overall evolution. Our Sacred Stone for today is Pietersite (The Tempest Stone). Use this stone to help access our intuition and create a link to a loving level of guidance. It helps to strengthen the will and increases our focus of where we really want life to take us.  We can also use white feathers. While this is obviously not a stone it IS a symbol the Goddess Maat. Carry one as charm or a reminder of truth and integrity.
