312:  The Universe is speaking to us today through repetitive thoughts, ideas and visuals. These important clues can help us to improve our lives. We all have areas that need attention and  if something is not okay,  or  isn’t working out for you it’s time to move on to something better.  The key is in being honest with yourself. Don’t put frosting on a problem  and then tell yourself that it’s all better. It’s through change that we make these needed improvements and while changes takes time  remember that baby steps are the key to making them successful. Each step in itself is important so don’t be too eager and rush ahead as you might miss out on something amazing. Changes are often seen as scary but don’t let fear take over, you are supported in every way!












































 The Ascended Master Saint Germain helps us stay on track by showing us where improvement is needed. He is adept at make room for new things and giving us the courage to see it through. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin  teaches us that change and doing what is best for yourself is often the best form of self care and Archangel Jeremiel provides both protection and direction as we navigate the avenues of self improvement.








Our Sacred Stone for today is Turquoise. This stone is both grounding and healing. It helps to purify our energy and clears away negative energy as well. Turquoise aids our problem solving skills and protects us against self self sabotaging thoughts and actions.

 311: We all have dreams and goals. Many of these dreams or goals we put on hold for various reasons. Money, time, fear, other people, or we are simply not ready to move forward. Today the Universe is asking us to dust off what we have put aside and bring those things into the light. Remember, things don’t have to be perfect in order to go for what you want. The important part is taking that first step. Take time to focus each day on what you want to achieve. Use powerful statements, I AM, I CAN, I WILL to give  yourself a boost of positive power. The Ascended Masters tell us ” Don’t be afraid to share your dreams and goals with others. It is through sharing them that will help give you energy and opportunity.”




 


Archangel Raguel helps with personal empowerment and soothes the inner turmoil we can feel when deciding whether or not to “go for it”. The Ascended Master El Morya assists us in making decisions that will enhance our lives and help us to achieve our goals and the Hindu Goddess Kali surrounds us with the energy of transformation which helps us to let go of the old and bring in the new. She helps us find our tenacity, courage and determination so that we can make things happen.




Our Sacred Stone for today is Iolite. Iolite is a stone of vision and assists our intuition which aids us in setting things in motion. It helps you stay true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others.

310:  Today the Ascended Masters are asking us to look for the truth around us. Everyday we are surrounded by people and situations that can leave us drained or wondering about the true motivations behind them. This is an exercise in using your own gift of intuition. Like any talent the more we use it the better  we become in seeing the truth in ourselves, others and situations. This helps us to make better decisions  along our path and create better relationships. If you are unsure ask the Ascended Masters or Angels for guidance and they will help to guide you in the right direction.














































 The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps keep our energy balanced and  flowing. This is essential for using our gifts and understanding the information we receive.  The Inuit Goddess Sedna helps us develop our intuition through the dreamtime, you can connect with her in or around water. (bath or shower works) “Look to your dreams to guide you. They will show you things you missed while your mind was busy and active” and the Egyptian Goddess Maat clarifies confusing situations and helps us to see the truth and integrity in others.




Our Sacred Stones are Lapis Lazuli which helps us to confront the truth of a situation and promotes acceptance of the lesson involved and Fluorite to help strengthen our intuitive powers as it draws away negative energy.

 39:  While everyone’s life mission is different there are certain purposes inherent to us all. We are each responsible for being the best person we can be and sharing our unique talents, passions and interests with the world around us. To all my fellow introverts out there, this doesn’t mean that you need to go out and teach others (unless that’s part of your calling) leading by example is every bit as powerful. The world is a crazy place right now which makes this all the more important. By doing our part we are leading in a positive manner toward a positive goal. The Ascended Masters are also calling upon all of the Lightworker’s out there and are asking them to work on completing the tasks that are related to your life purpose because your power is definitely needed at this time.

 38: Today we are entering a window of abundance. The Ascended Masters are urging us to be bold and grab opportunities when they present themselves.  The key is to use what you are offered to create the necessary stepping stones that will form the path to your goals and dreams. Even if it’s not exactly what you were hoping for  keep in mind that each opportunity opens a new door or window that allows us access to bigger and better things. Keep a clear vision of your ultimate end goal, not the “how to’s”, this allows you receive in a broader spectrum. Visualize, embrace and be ready to move forward!




Archangel Jeremiel can help us to gain a clear perspective on the future we want to create. He also teaches us how our past events have shaped the place we are now. This allows us to make the choices that will keep us moving in the right direction. The Hindu God Ganesh helps us to see the prosperity and opportunities that come our way as he removes the obstacles that keep us from achieving our goals and The Ascended Master El Morya guides us through making decisions that affect our path. The strengthening of our faith is another gift that he freely shares with us.

 Everywhere I go, I still have time to meditate. People think meditating is sitting there, nobody bothering you, but you can even talk and still meditate. – Jet Li






37: Take some time today to engage in meditation. Like our quote for the day from Jet Li meditation doesn’t necessarily means sitting still. Go for a walk or simply gather impressions from what’s going on around you. Make note of details, feelings, thoughts and ideas that come to you, don’t force things to come to you just let them flow naturally.You can even ask questions of the angels and ascended masters or even peaceful reassurance that you are headed in the right direction. Meditation is also a form of self care, which is important to our overall well-being. Embrace awareness of your world and yourself and feel the budding of new growth!
















































 


The Ascended Masters are guiding us today. Babaji encourages us to follow our spiritual paths, he can be reached through breathwork and yoga. Kumara helps uplift our spirit during times when we feel fatigued. Krishna and Cordelia can both assist with meditation through outdoor activities like gardening.






 Our Sacred Stones for today are: Seraphinite when used with meditation promotes spiritual enlightenment and self healing. Meditating with Danburite helps us access our inner guidance system. Or simply choose a stone or crystal that makes you feel good!

 36: Our focus today is on letting go of material worries and concerns. When we fixate on these things we cause ourselves unnecessary stress. Even though there is nothing we can do at that moment we often allow ourselves to get worked up. This is not so good for our physical, emotional or spiritual well being. The Ascended Masters are letting us know that they are here to help and that they are supporting you and your loved ones.  Don’t focus on what you feel you are lacking, instead place your focus on what you have. Embrace gratitude and the tiny miracles you experience today. Show yourself a little love and hang out in a happy place!




Calling on Archangel Michael can bring you profound feelings of security. When you are afraid or anxious his energy surrounds us like a soft blanket. flashes of blue or purple signify his presence. The Ascended Master Yogananda shows how to be more open to divine love. This not only provides healing for us but personal peace as well. The Greek Goddess Iris, Lady of Rainbows, helps us to find the calm in the storm. She is the bringer of hope as she gently surrounds us with an all will be well energy.

35: Spring cleaning comes in all forms and the Ascended Masters are offering their assistance today in this process.  Taking care of ourselves is a good thing, it helps us ground, center and get back on track. It can also help us to pinpoint things that we have outgrown or no longer brings us joy. The clearing away of what we have outgrown play an important role in our self care and is essential to our overall well being. it helps us to re-energize and increases our spiritual and personal awareness and power. You do not need to do it all at once. Start small because even the little things can create more personal freedom to find new things that make our hearts sing!


The Ascended Master Maitreya (aka Laughing Buddha) promotes laughter, joy and peace. His joyful spirit helps us to see the things that truly bring us happiness and let go of what does not. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin promotes self care, love and kindness. She teaches us that it is through these things that we are able to do what is ultimately best for us.

34: There are times when we just need someone to listen to our concerns, our fears, or our worries. Like a dear friend  the angels and the ascended masters are also here for us. Their job involves assisting us on all levels as well as  surrounding us with protection and love. The more often we talk to them the easier it becomes to “hear” their replies. If you ask a question and find yourself receiving repetitive impressions, signs or thoughts then be assured that they have heard and are sending you an answer. Our job is stay open to receiving the information being sent, this will also become easier as our relationship with the divine evolves. Remember, never be afraid to ask for  their help. Keep faith in yourself, your inner wisdom and in your Divine support team!




 Archangel Uriel is the overseer of Life Lessons. He provides assistance with any problems we may have and helps us to make better choices when faced with decisions. The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power.  33: Like a good friend the Ascended Masters provide us with unconditional love and support. Like the angels we just need to ask to receive their assistance. Speaking to them is easy and all personal , spiritual and emotional questions issues are all within their realm. There is nothing too small or too big for them to tackle. While each Ascended Master has their own energy signature there will always be the underlying feeling that you receive from a beloved relative or mentor. Open yourself to receiving their guidance which may come as thoughts, feelings or ideas. They may even send you a physical item like a feather or unusual stone or object that has special meaning to you. It could even be help from an unexpected source. The key is to open your spiritual sensors and let the energy flow freely and embrace the lines of communication.
