Sometimes it feels like we have the weight of the world on our shoulders. Everyday we haul around a lot of excess baggage and unnecessary burdens. These things consist of  the burdens of others, worries, fears, things that we have no control over, drama and other assorted negative nasties that we come into contact with. Today make the conscious choice to let go of the burdens that do not concern you personally. Choose to enter this day with faith, hope and optimism.

620:  We are receiving a big boost of energy as we head into tomorrow, which will be the Summer Solstice (Litha/Midsummer). This is the official beginning of summer and the longest day of the year. This is a time of amazing energy and by tapping into this power source we can increase our power of manifestation. The key to success lies in faith and belief in yourself and the Divine Source. The stronger our belief the more clearly we see the blessings and miracles that surround us. This includes the “Tiny Miracles”, which are often more important than the big shiny ones. Today the angels are asking us to embrace the divine magick of the Universe and carry it over into tomorrows event.




Archangel Raziel teaches that our “tiny miracles” are the key to unlocking the doors to our own divine magick which will help us in the creation process. Ascended Master Vywamus encourages us to continuously and consciously seek inspiration through the discovery and rediscovery of our own natural abilities and talents. Peridot can teach us to look back at the past and find the gifts that are hidden within our experiences and then shows us the path to forgiveness and moving forward and Tiger’s Eye helps us to accomplish our goals by showing us how to recognize and access our inner resources and the promotion of clear intentions.

612:  Our prayers and request often resemble a puzzle which can’t be completed until all the pieces are in place. This is called Divine timing. Human beings are an impatient bunch and have been conditioned to expect everything immediately. However forcing something to happen too quickly can be a devastating lesson. Today we are being reminded that our dreams do not truly manifest until the Universe knows that we are ready to handle them. We can help divine timing by staying focused on our goals, having faith in the Universe and ourselves, and by grabbing the opportunities that do present themselves to build a firm foundation to support our dreams. By building a strong foundation we ensure our success. Remember that patience is the key to all manifestation and a positive attitude helps to open the doors and pathways you need to move forward!




Archangel Sandalphon makes sure that our prayers and requests are forwarded to the angels and ascended masters who can provide the best assistance. Ascended Master El Morya can help if you have trouble with grounding yourself. He gently helps us in putting aside our worries and cares. 529:  We have been talking about faith quite a bit in the last few days and how it enhances our power as a creator and our overall sense of self. As we prepare to close out the month of May the Angels are sending us the following message: ” Your faith in yourself and in the Divine plays an important part in the changes that you are making. These changes will not only help you and your loved ones they will also shed light on your divine purpose. Teach by example that faith helps to create positive change and self empowerment.”




Archangel Uriel is said to be one of the wisest angels. He brings intellectual information, solutions to problems great or small, and creative insight. He also helps us to gain spiritual understanding. Today is a good day to simply touch base with him, ask for help if needed or simply express gratitude for the blessing in your life. Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.  The Chinese goddess Kuan Yin helps us find spiritual enlightenment through compassion and kindness. She tells us “Your faith is essential to many things one of which is self care. By taking care of your needs the doors to self empowerment will open for you.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include: Peridot which brings new levels of awareness as it promotes growth and necessary change. It helps to sharpen the mind and enhances our self confidence. Peridot can teach us to look back at the past and find the gifts that are hidden within our experiences and then shows us the path to forgiveness and moving forward. Labradorite to relieve fear and insecurity caused by old hurts and disappointments. It also strengthens our faith as it removes the projections of others that are holding us back. And Rose Quartz is the essential self love and self care stone. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feeling that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace.

528:  Having faith is a powerful thing. It increases our feelings of security, our power as a creator and it opens the doors to abundance. One of the keys to manifesting abundance lies in remembering that it comes in many forms, and can be completely unexpected or come from sources never considered. These blessings of abundance have an uncanny way of showing up in the areas we need them whether we are currently aware of them or not. So when a blessing shows up somewhere unexpected shake hands with it and invite it in for tea. This allows new doors and pathways to open up and effectively turns on the porch light so that new forms of abundance can find you.




Our helpers for today include two angels, Archangel Raziel helps us to better understand and manifest prosperity and abundance and Gamaliel who helps the blessings of abundance to arrive at our door. The Ascended Master Serapis Bey helps us to release our troubles and offers clear guidance and motivation regarding our own self improvement. He also helps us gain spiritual insight and teaches us that loving care is essential to navigating change and helps to increase our faith in self and the universe.  And the Hindu god Ganesh helps to remove the roadblocks and other obstacles from our path. Ganesh wants to help us succeed with our dreams and goals and his loving energy helps make this happen. He teaches us that our barriers are quite often self imposed. He tells us “Never be afraid to move forward or to let go of what no longer serves you or brings you joy.” While doing this may seem difficult or even impossible you effort will produce beneficial cleansing and healing.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following: Sodalite is a stone for the mind and encourages clear and calm thinking. It helps us to be objective and helps us to release old mental conditioning and outdated thought patterns as it boosts our self confidence and esteem. Chrysanthemum Stone, which used in conjunction with Ganesh, can help to remove obstacles from our path. Since obstacles tend to pop up during periods of change, this stone promotes the harmony and the balance we need to help our forward progress and Chrysoprase which helps to tune in to positive events and brings us hope.

527:  We are counting down the final days of May and we are being reminded about the power of faith. Faith is inherent to every religion and spiritual path. The only thing it requires is belief in the power that is yours and the power of Spirit. Through our faith we can make things better and create new and wonderful things. We have been working with change this month and that work is never easy, however it is through change that we continue to grow. The stronger your faith is in yourself and the divine the more empowered you become. The Universe is reminding us ” Embrace your faith today and  step into your role as a co-creator. With this leap  you are better able to see and appreciate  the new direction your path is taking!




Since faith requires courage, should you find yourself lacking in that area then Archangel Michael is your go to angel. He helps us to see the best in ourselves by boosting our feelings of worthiness and self esteem. If increasing your faith is what you need then the Ascended Masters Moses, Jesus, El Morya can help to restore our overall faith. 522:  Most of our work so far this month has been focused on personal change (mental and emotional). Today’s number however, will focus on changes to our spiritual outlook. Positive choices, life lessons,courage, faith, insight and Universal love are all key for today. It sounds like a lot but these things are what help shape our own unique brand of spirituality. When change arrives it brings many things including a change of perspective which flows into our being on all levels including the spiritual.


The Universe is reminding us not to ignore our spirituality. Embrace it by staying strong in faith and by remaining optimistic, as it is these things that help build a strong spiritual base from which all good things grow.




Archangel Jophiel reminds us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. She reminds us that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp as it enhances  and brings forward our spiritual nature.  The Ascended Master Padre Pio teaches us that we can heal by embracing our spirituality and he  guides us through periods of spiritual growth as well.The Celtic goddess Nematona teaches us that healing can be found through nature as she helps us replenish our energy. She says, ” I am the spirit of the sacred grove. I invite you to worship in my temple and feel the heartbeat of nature. This communion can heal a weary and battered soul and replenish your spirit with hope and divine peace.” 




Our Sacred Stone for today is Cavansite. This stone helps to guide us through major life changes as well as helping us learn from past experiences so that we don’t make the same mistakes/choices again. It also helps us to retain information that applies to our spiritual growth.

520:  This month is all about creating change and embracing new things in our lives. These things require the sacred tool of  faith.  When we have faith in ourselves and in the Universe good things happen to us personally and around us. Which in turn helps to generate a positive flow that generates more good things. I guess that you could call these things personal miracles. These miracles come in all shapes and sizes, so don’t overlook the small ones because they quite often have the biggest impact. The key is in remembering that even if you cannot immediately see the results that things are happening behind the scenes. Be patient and have faith in the knowledge that by working together with the Universe you can create new and wonderful things!
