127:  Everyone’s “Life Path” is unique and once we set our course we tend to follow where it leads us. Often we’re alone, sometimes taking side paths as we grow and change and sometime merging with the paths of others. There are even times when we leave our path altogether and wander. Wandering can be a good thing as we forge ahead and create new paths. However, sometimes we wander off the path and become lost and have trouble finding our way back. 120:  There’s an old saying that goes ‘seeing is believing”. This is true to a certain extent. Today, our angels are asking us to believe in and have faith in the unseen. When we send our thoughts and intentions (seed thoughts) out into the universe we must have faith in what we cannot see and trust that things will work out in the best way possible, this requires us to be patient. It dispels confusion and releases outdated thought patterns while creating space for new ideas. It also helps us to look for and find the truth and makes it possible to stand up for our personal beliefs while remaining true to yourself by boosting our confidence and self-esteem


Peridot brings new levels of awareness as it promotes growth and necessary change as it helps to sharpen the mind and enhance our self-confidence. Peridot can also teach us how to look back at the past and find the gifts that are hidden within our experiences and then shows us the path to forgiveness and moving forward.


Moonstone, the stone of new beginnings. This beautiful, watery stone helps to navigate the cycles of change and calms our emotions. Gently encouraging creative thinking and creative problem solving as it brings our intuitive skills forward, promoting control and confidence so these skills become more familiar and easier to access. It also provides emotional healing by helping to stabilize the emotions and draw out old emotional patterns.

It’s About Balance: Cat’s Angel Message for January 18, 2020

I hear many people talk about their longing for a balanced life. What I think they are really expressing is a desire for a life with less pressure. – Mary Anne Radmacher




118: The Universe is asking us to perform a balance check today and reminding us that doing this regularly is in our best interest and an important part of our self-care routine.  Remember that there is a fine line between giving and receiving and tipping the scales in either direction can an imbalance.  By giving away too much of ourselves stress levels skyrocket and we become drained and tired. If we receive or take too much from others, not only do we drain them but our energy changes from positive and loving to needy and greedy. If you find that you are tipping the scales in either direction take the time to ground and center then make the adjustments to free up and even out your energy flow. This will help to open the doors to new things that you might miss out on otherwise. Remember, staying balanced means that you have more energy to create your dreams and goals.




The Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal our selves and our lives and regain our self-confidence and faith.  He helps to clear the way so that we can achieve balance by removing the blocks associated with giving and receiving by promoting flexibility in thinking and attitude.


The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.


The Egyptian Goddess Maat teaches us the importance of balance. When our hearts and minds are balanced we find our inner peace. Maat helps us to think clearly when we are confused or filled with indecision. She helps us to see the truth behind all situations, other people and in ourselves while promoting integrity and order. Maat also protects us against deceit and manipulation. She says, “Honor yourself by being truthful. It is truth that creates order out of difficult or confusing situations and helps you to achieve the balance that you desire. Truthful and mindful balance keeps your energy free and your heart feather light.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include:


 Garnet. This deep red stone helps us to let go of old, outdated and harmful ideas, and patterns. This is important to achieving overall balance as we sometimes do things just because we can and have been allowed to get away with it. Garnet also promotes balance by helping to clear and re-energize the chakras.


The washy earth tones of Picasso Marble help to calm feelings of stress and anxiety as it settles the mind and keeps us grounded.


 Rose Quartz brings inner peace and harmony. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. It opens our heart and shows us the love in relationships and situations, which helps us find a balancing point Use this gentle stone to shower yourself with loving care and to send healing to those little places that most need it.
