These changes also bring you great blessings that open new doors and help you create the life you want!” Today’s message is all about embracing change with an attitude of excitement and expectation. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Yellow Jasper helps provide clarity on mental and emotional levels. It also starts us in a positive direction while helping us to find realistic and workable solutions and Ametrine, a combination of amethyst and citrine, helps to release blocks like negative emotional programing. It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find creative solutions.

53:  Change is a constant part of life whether we like it or not. Too often we find ourselves fighting against it. However, when we embrace it and allow it to unfold instead of struggling with it, the transition goes more smoothly. Today the Ascended Masters are stepping in to help us clear the way for the changes that we are experiencing. Ask them to assist you in letting go of any old and rigid thinking that could be holding you back as it will ease our fears and our stress levels. Choose your battles wisely and remember that change will happen one way or the other. The key lies in HOW we deal with it. Work with what you can but don’t struggle with what you can’t. Remember that change is an adventure that keeps life interesting!




The Ascended Master  Serapis Bey helps us to release our troubles and offers clear guidance and motivation regarding our own self improvement. He also helps us gain spiritual insight and teaches us that loving care is essential to navigating change. The Ascended Master Vywamus teaches us that change can be healing opportunity. Adjusting our Steps: Cat’s Angel Message for March 31, 2019 


March Theme: This month carries the energy of the Ascended Masters. We will be working to improve self love, inner peace and overall clarity. These things will help on the path to manifesting our dreams and goals.




When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don’t adjust the goals, adjust the action steps. – Confucius




331:  It’s normal for us to think about the future and what it holds for us. Too often though we find ourselves getting caught in the “whirlpool of worry” . We spin round and round agonizing over what “might ” happen. ( What if?- Should I?- I want to…. but…) Thinking about and planning for the future is a good thing, however excessive worrying about it is counter productive. It saps our resources and energy that we could be investing in something else. Today is the last day of March which  means the end of a cycle. Your future is an adventure so be bold and take that first step (even if it’s a small one). Release your worries to the Universe and avoid the “whirlpool” by taking things a day at time and let things fall into place!




Archangel Zadkiel helps us to avoid the whirlpool of worry. He boosts our faith and fills our hearts with peace and calm. He also helps us to remember information that will help us on this grand adventure. The Ascended Master El Morya helps us to stay grounded in the present and shows us how to stick to our commitment to keep growing and moving forward and the Greek goddess Nike tells us “Do not be afraid to acknowledge the amazing things you have done but don’t rest to long on your laurels. Remember that your power comes through movement and momentum is lost through inactivity. Keep moving and you will be victorious!”

Don’t Stop On The Track: Cat’s Angel Message for February 15, 2019 


February’s Theme: Trusting in the “unseen” and believing in yourself puts you on the path to manifesting your dreams and goals.

215: Today the Universe is letting us know that change is on the horizon and these changes will make us stronger and make our lives better. Change is a normal part of life and we all go through it. Some of these changes we initiate, some are surprises and some happen so gradually that we hardly know they are happening. Regardless of how these changes happen keep in mind that the nature and direction of our thoughts will play an important role.  If we are stuck in a negative holding pattern the process can be scary and stressful. However, by surrounding ourselves with optimistic and confident energy it’s easier to meet change head on.  This allows things to happen naturally and makes the process easier so that we can embrace change with an attitude of adventure and excitement. Remember to check your progress and path often. If it feels right…. it is. But if you have doubts or it makes you uncomfortable be bold and make the necessary adjustments to keep you on track.




Archangel Uriel gives us essential information we need when we need it. This assists us during the process of change by enhancing our problem solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations. The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps us to gently diffuse unpleasant situations that change sometimes causes. 1025:  Today’s meditation on faith revolves around change. Changes happen all the time. Some we initiate and some simply happen and take us by surprise. It sounds familiar because we talk about change on this Blog on a  regular basis. The Universe wants us to know that the life changes we are experiencing are for the best and that it is time for us to grow. Change is often seen as a scary thing, however it is all in how we perceive it. If we embrace the changes and see them in a positive light it becomes an adventure. In fact life itself is an adventure and we are explorers entering new and wondrous worlds filled with new opportunities and challenges. By accepting the challenge you are forging a path into new territory where your dreams become reality!




Archangel Michael offers us protection and gives us the courage and motivation that we need to move in new directions. The Ascended Master Vywamus teaches us that change can be healing opportunity. This happens as we allow ourselves to let go of things that have held us back. Along the way we unearth talents that we had set aside, which will help us to move forward.
