Explore letting go of the thoughts, the words, and connecting directly with your experiences. Tune in to the silence and the sensations in your body. Be aware of the spaciousness this brings because this is truly living in the present moment.
Being present doesn’t mean that we have to abandon thinking entirely. That’s not feasible, of course. But we can experiment with what it’s like to stop thinking once in a while!

However, some seem to have difficulty in activating and using their problem solving skills. This could be because they’re afraid to let themselves go, making mistakes or of what others may think. Be courageous and give yourself permission to use the abilities that you have. This requires trust and faith and by allowing our creative mind to blossom it invites new ideas to take root and multiply. While it’s true that these ideas may generate artistic endeavors it can also generate a completely different approach to solving issues that we are working on. This in turn gives us more options and flexibility so that we have more to work with. The angels are reminding us to stay positive, focused and open to trying out new ideas!

65: Remember the changes that we worked on last month? Well, the Angels are reminding us to give those “seeds of change” a little love and nourishment today. These seeds are very much like the physical seeds you plant in your outdoor garden. You have to care for them if they are to grow and produce results. Start looking for the signs that your “seeds have taken root” as you may start seeing good things beginning to take effect. Maybe a new job, a move or an opportunity that you won’t want to pass up. Don’t forget to give some attention to the seeds that are already producing and make sure they aren’t withering from neglect. Changes can be a little scary at first. However if we view them as an adventure we will find new growth popping all over!
