627: Our message today is simple, Good Job! We have been doing a lot of work and getting things done on our own behalf and this means that we are headed in the right direction. The Universe is offering us a vacation day and telling us to take a break and recharge our spiritual and emotional batteries. Ground, center, and clear to get the chill session started. Give yourself a BIG hug and use today to the best advantage. We are in the final days of this month and the rest of the week will involve tying up loose ends. The Angels are telling us “You deserve this small break so use the day to be good to yourself!”

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

Today’s Message: Releasing the Negatives

615: Rising above negative thoughts/feelings and indulging in a little self care are on the universal agenda today. There are times when getting clear of these things feels like a monumental task. This can be especially true when there are negative things going on around us. When we experience negativity in any form it makes an impression. We get angry, freaky or we absorb it causing a harmful dis-ease that festers inside. Sounds pretty gnarly right? I mean who really wants to go on someone else’s negative roller coaster ride, or your own for that matter. This trap is easy to get caught in and we’ve all been there. The angels advice is pretty clear on this. “The best thing that you can do for yourself is to acknowledge the situation and surround it with healing energy. Then send it to us to deal with. Surround yourself with positive people and energy. Make your own self care one of your top priorities. Remember, you cannot be healthy for others if you are not healthy for yourself!”

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

The Egyptian goddess Bastet (Bast) is not only associated with cats both large and small she is also a goddess of protection and of things that bring pleasure to the senses. She asks you today “What are you passionate about and how are you using that energy? be like a cat today and use your energy wisely. By expending too much you are not honoring your commitment to your own self care.”

Look to your creative side for a change of perspective and make some upgrades to your surroundings. Declutter, paint the kitchen, or maybe revamp your personal space. Whatever you choose to do make sure that it’s a reflection of your inner sparkle and light. Allow your creative side to partner with your intuition. If your intuition leads you out of your comfort zone go with the flow and take that step towards expression and empowerment. Today’s Message: You Have Been Heard

66: If you started the process last month of initiating change in your life then the Universe has the following message for you. ” Your prayers have been heard and your efforts have been noticed. We are here to help you with this important personal creation process. Trust in yourself and have faith in the unseen. Together we can make miracles happen!”

The key is to avoid the whirlpool of worry and obsession with material things. If worry does come knocking turn it over to your spirit helpers and reset your focus on your desired outcome. Now that the wheels of change are moving allow things to unfold naturally and if an opportunity arises that will help you…..grab it.

430: As we close out the month of April we are receiving a big thumbs up the Universe and its helpers! The internal and external work that we are doing is beginning to pay off and we are starting to see the results of our efforts. Creating personal change is never easy. However, we have learned that we have the support of the entire universe and that we can call upon it at any time and for assistance in any matter. The work we have done so far will begin to show results both large and small in the new month so this a perfect time to engage in some personal down-time to make ready for the next phase. remember to ground, center, and clear then give yourself a big hug for all you have accomplished!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magickal beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. In turn, this shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us. It’ helps us to enjoy ourselves which makes blessings easier to receive.

The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter, this gives us a clear perspective and keeps our energy flowing. He tells us that laughter is sacred and when the heart is alive with joy we are connected to the Infinite and filled with Nirvana-essence. Center your mind with the intent of enjoying yourself and you will find yourself centered in the moment. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!

The Egyptian goddess Bastet (Bast) is not only associated with cats both large and small she is also a goddess of protection and of things that bring pleasure to the senses. She asks you today “What are you passionate about and how are you using that energy? Be like a cat today and use your energy wisely. By expending too much you are not honoring your commitment to your own self-care.”

Desert Rose (Selenite). These beautiful stone “flowers” help to increase our understanding of our own personal value in the universal plan. it dissolves outdated self-imposed programming and helps us to replace it with something more positive.

It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It opens our heart and shows us the love in relationships and situations, which helps us find a balancing point Use this gentle stone to shower yourself with loving care and to send healing to those little places that most need it.

Green Tourmaline. This stone (aka Verdelite) promotes joy of life, creativity, prosperity and abundance. it is also a healing stone that transforms negative energy into positive.

422: Every day we are made aware of the bad things happening around us thanks to newspapers, social media, and television. After being bombarded with this ongoing negativity it can be difficult to see the good in humanity. But the truth is that the GOOD is there and sometimes we just need to look more closely to find it. This is also true in our own lives because we sometimes get so caught up in the bad that we forget to see the good. More and more of our fellow human beings are sharing positive stories and their light with the world. Today the angels are urging us to trust in the Universe and in ourselves. They are asking us to have hope and to acknowledge the divine spirit that resides within us. When we can embrace our own divine spirit we are able to see the divine in others, this enables us to find the good in humanity and promote hope and faith to those around us.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Chamuel is one of the seven core archangels and is considered one of the Powers who oversee the protection of the world. Call upon Chamuel if you are fearful of current world events and he will surround you with comfort and protection.

The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others.

The Greek goddess Athena helps us to be a force for change and justice. She tells us ” You are a warrior in your own right. Every day you choose the battles that will fight so make the wisest choices you can, each choice will help lead you to victory.“

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Angelite helps us to connect to the angelic realms by enhancing our lines of communication. It is also a good stone for healers as it strengthens attunement and perception.

Charoite. This multi-hued mineral is a stone of transformation. It helps to open our hearts to the concept of unconditional love and brings those energies forward. Charoite enhances our perception and helps to ground our spiritual nature into everyday reality and helps us to see ways we can be of service. This stone can be used to reduce stress and worry as it helps us to overcome fear.

Rose Quartz. This soft pink crystal is the ultimate nurturer of compassion and loving energy. It soothes the heart, mind, and spirit. It helps us to bring out the best part of ourselves so that we can help and heal not only ourselves but in others as well.
