The Wish For Health: Cat’s Angel Message for May 14, 2020

The wish for healing has always been half of health. – Lucius Annaeus Seneca

514: The practice of grounding, clearing, and centering is important to our emotional, mental, and spiritual health. There are no rules on how often it should be done. But sometimes we need to perform this more often due to stress, major upheavals, or changes. As we are currently working with changes we are being reminded that now might be a good time to engage in this self-care ritual. This 3 step process helps to keep us balanced and promotes peace and harmony within ourselves and with the Universe. Now that the weather is warmer I suggest “earthing”. Going barefoot in the garden or grass is a wonderful way to get grounded and to connect with the energy of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to “root” into the earth and just release, feel the sun on your face, and let the healing begin!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self-care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go of stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.

The Celtic goddess Nemetona teaches us that nature is the best place to recharge, she says ” I am the spirit of the sacred grove. I invite you to worship in my temple and feel the heartbeat of nature. This communion can heal a weary and battered soul and replenish your spirit with hope and divine peace.”

Our Sacred Stones for today include:

Amethyst helps us to make decisions by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. This crystal is a powerful protector and helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the thought process by providing focus and clearing the way to good decision making. Amethyst crystal is used by Tibetan monks to honor Buddha. If you’re feeling crafty make yourself a set of prayer beads to honor him and use for meditation (these are great for Archangel Michael as well).

Hematite. This stone has a strong connection to the earth element and helps us stay grounded and promotes feelings of safety. Hematite also brings mental clarity through focus and concentration which is essential letting go process which accompanies change.

The State of Expectancy: Cat’s Angel Message for April 30, 2020

April Theme: We are being challenged to change ourselves, the way we think, and the way we do things. You have the power to make things happen and the Universe is on your side.

A state of expectancy is a great asset; a state of uncertainty – one moment thinking “perhaps” and the next moment thinking “I don’t know” – will never get desired results. – Ernest Holmes

430: As we close out the month of April we are receiving a big thumbs up the Universe and its helpers! The internal and external work that we are doing is beginning to pay off and we are starting to see the results of our efforts. Creating personal change is never easy. However, we have learned that we have the support of the entire universe and that we can call upon it at any time and for assistance in any matter. The work we have done so far will begin to show results both large and small in the new month so this a perfect time to engage in some personal down-time to make ready for the next phase. Remember to ground, center, and clear then give yourself a big hug for all you have accomplished!

422: Every day we are made aware of the bad things happening around us thanks to newspapers, social media, and television. After being bombarded with this ongoing negativity it can be difficult to see the good in humanity. But the truth is that the GOOD is there and sometimes we just need to look more closely to find it. This is also true in our own lives because we sometimes get so caught up in the bad that we forget to see the good. More and more of our fellow human beings are sharing positive stories and their light with the world. Today the angels are urging us to trust in the Universe and in ourselves. They are asking us to have hope and to acknowledge the divine spirit that resides within us. When we can embrace our own divine spirit we are able to see the divine in others, this enables us to find the good in humanity and promote hope and faith to those around us.

Archangel Chamuel is one of the seven core archangels and is considered one of the Powers who oversee the protection of the world. Call upon Chamuel if you are fearful of current world events and he will surround you with comfort and protection.

The Greek goddess Athena helps us to be a force for change and justice. She tells us ” You are a warrior in your own right. Every day you choose the battles that will fight so make the wisest choices you can, each choice will help lead you to victory.”

Our Sacred Stones for today include:

Angelite helps us to connect to the angelic realms by enhancing our lines of communication. It is also a good stone for healers as it strengthens attunement and perception.

Charoite. This multi-hued mineral is a stone of transformation. It helps to open our hearts to the concept of unconditional love and brings those energies forward. Charoite enhances our perception and helps to ground our spiritual nature into everyday reality and helps us to see ways we can be of service. This stone can be used to reduce stress and worry as it helps us to overcome fear.

420: Yesterday we talked about our ability to help and heal ourselves and others, and today we delve a little deeper. The biggest stumbling blocks are lack of confidence and faith in ourselves. These things can keep us from making the effort because we are afraid to fail. Today the Universe is reminding us that what we perceive as failure is actually progress. Each attempt or step (even baby steps) helps to keep us moving forward and teaches us something new. Our actions are inspiring to ourselves and to others, as we show that while we are a work in progress we continue to persevere to make ourselves the best person we can be. If you try something and it doesn’t work out, look for the one thing that did (there is always at least one) and use that as a building block and try again. By doing this we gain self-confidence and courage. Step into your power and keep moving upward!

417: Over the last few days, we’ve been working on clearing the way for new growth. This raises our energy level and increases our feel good and positive vibes. Even though we may be experiencing difficult times we really do have many reasons to be optimistic and hopeful and the angels want us to know that we are doing a great job. Take some time for yourself today and engage in whatever makes your spirit sing. Days like this are good for us emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Choose something that simply makes your heart and spirit sing. This will help to promote positive flow and allow you to ground, center and balance. Start your day with a big self hug and above all be kind to yourself!
