104: Today the Sacred Source (Goddess, God) is reminding us that we are always surrounded by their divine love. They share their powerful energy freely and simply ask that we do the same. Empathy and compassion, for self, for others, are gifts that we can share everyday. While we may not understand or agree with a particular situation or event we can express empathy for what others (or even yourself) are going through. If you are feeling out of sorts today take a moment to clear and center and ask the Source to fill your being with love, peace and gratitude. Remember, when you love yourself it’s easier to share love with others. Love and compassion are superpowers that transform all that they touch. Who will you touch today?




The Chinese goddess and Bodhisattva Kuan Yin teaches us to show kindness and love toward yourself and others as well as tolerance and understanding. She is also a Sacred Feminine spirit much like Mother Mary, and answers every prayer sent to her.  The Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find our peace which is an essential component of love and compassion and Archangel Zadkiel  promotes the healing of our hearts so that empathy and compassion can come forward.




Our Sacred Stones for today are  Rose Quartz today to  help send loving energy to yourself and to others and  Chalcedony which brings mind, body, spirit and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self doubt. It also promotes good feeling towards self and others.

924:  As we work on our personal, spiritual and life goals we will find that faith in ourselves is one of our biggest assets. The other important asset is our support system. Our friends, family and Divine sources play a major roles in our success. Today the Universe is sending a gentle reminder that your support system is here. It is surrounding you with supportive and healing energies. This will be important for the changes headed your way or that you are experiencing now. The key here is to allow these things to happen naturally, so don’t force things to happen or struggle to stop them. These changes will benefit you and and shape your goals and dreams. 921:  Many of our daily readings revolve around faith, in the universe and in yourself. I’m sure that you’ve noticed that some days your faith is strong while on others you may feel like things aren’t working out or that what you do doesn’t matter. (This is normal, it happens) Take a moment to acknowledge your feelings, even indulge in a short pity party if you like, then pick yourself up, dust yourself off and remind yourself that you are worthy, strong and nothing will hold you back. Today, the angels want us to know that everything we do is important, even the small things are important. Help and support are always available and it’s only a request away. If your faith is feeling puny today start by grounding, clearing and centering and then ask (Spirit, angels , masters) for a little TLC and support. Make sure to release any negative thoughts and feeling that you may be holding and regain your light-ness of being!




Archangel Raphael provides healing on all levels and can infuse our being with the healing of divine love. The Irish goddess Dana/Danu helps us to navigate through times where our self esteem and courage are low. She teaches us to use the resources that we have to create and manifest our goals and dreams.




Continue to use Rose Quartz for emotional work and add Snowflake Obsidian to reduces any fear we may have and to keep us focused on better things.

919: Today we will carry over our message on service. Our focus for today is in the creation of peaceful and healthy living. This starts at home and the angels are asking us to create a peaceful realm that we can look forward to coming home to. Home is our sanctuary and provides a respite from outside stress. Maybe it’s time to do some space clearing, make peace with a family member, make a comfort meal or even do a little fall cleaning. By keeping our homes a place of comfort and healing it creates a positive atmosphere that will benefit you and your loved ones.




The Hindu god Ganesh helps to promote peace and harmony in the home and removes any obstacles that are keeping your home from being the sanctuary it can be. The Roman goddess of hearth and home Vesta helps us to fill our homes with warmth and love, and Archangel Raguel helps us to find peaceful solutions to any disputes or arguments that interrupt the harmony of our home.

918:  As we start the new week the angels are asking us to consider this: “How can I be of service?” Being of service to others is part of everyone’s Life Purpose or Mission. By helping others the energy that extend flows out and on it’s journey it touches multiple people and situations before returning to us. Sometimes being of service can be big undertaking. However , more often than not it’s the small things that bring the greatest joy and reward. There are many ways to be of service: Helping an elderly relative or neighbor. Maybe you know someone who needs a little mentoring or just someone to talk to. Spending quality time with your family. Volunteering at a local charity or even helping a stranger. Embrace unity and community and keep the energy moving today, not only does it makes others feel good, it makes you feel good too!




Archangel Jophiel, the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. The Egyptian goddess Isis helps us to see with compassion and promotes respect for others and the Ascended Master El Morya supports all who give of themselves to help  others.

913:  Today’s number corresponds to the Sacred Feminine, the goddess and intuition. Just like the Angels and the Ascended Masters the Sacred Feminine/ Goddess can also helps us with our life’s journey. Her energy is is warm and comforting and can be easily felt simply being outdoors. The Sacred Feminine/Goddess is assisting us today by sharing her loving energy. I know it doesn’t seem like it with all of the turmoil we are currently experiencing but to me her message is clear:


” I am saddened by the disregard and hate that humans have for each other and the world. I implore you to embrace each other as family always, and not just during times of hardship. I share my deep love for you in hopes that you will in turn share it with others and continue to do so.”


It’s through the Sacred Feminine/Goddess that we learn a more loving and nurturing way of doing things. It starts by loving ourselves and by embracing that love we are able to share it with others. This creates a healing and compassionate flow of energy which helps to create Unity and Community which  is necessary for personal growth and the growth of mankind. Be confident in your ability to make a difference and let your light shine!




The Sacred Feminine/Goddess is the female aspect of Spirit and like Spirit she is called by many names. Today we can work with Mother Mary who helps to fill our hearts with peace and love She is warm and compassionate and helps everyone regardless of path or religion. The Chinese goddess Kuan Yin, Lady of Mercy, will also help all who ask. She teaches us how to embrace the gifts of giving and sharing as well as loving compassion for self and others. We can also call upon the Hindu Universal Goddess Devi. Devi helps those who want to help others and teaches us how to build better relationships with those around us.




Our Sacred Stones for the day are Rose Quartz to bring healing peace, and Blue Lace Agate which supports feelings of peace and nurturing energy. The energy of these stones is both calm and gentle which is perfect for sending out healing vibes!

910:  In many of my daily messages I talk about keeping our thoughts elevated to a positive level, and today is one of those days. Sometimes this can be difficult. Especially when something negative happens and our thoughts and mood take a nosedive into the basement. The key is to do your best to let it go and allow yourself to move on. Today we are receiving assistance from Spirit (Divine, Goddess, God, etc) in keeping our thoughts elevated particularly in areas that pertain to “Why am I here?”. Allow yourself to absorb new ideas that come out of the blue. These will provide needed and valuable insights that will help us along our path. Remember, information comes in many forms and that positive energy helps us to draw what we need to us like a magnet!




Archangel Michael helps us to find our direction and helps us to find our courage. The Celtic Goddess Brigid can help us find the answers about our Life Purpose. While it’s true that she’s the patroness of bards and artists she also  assists all who come seeking knowledge. She promotes “the fire in the head” which ignites our creative brain which generates new thoughts and ideas. We can also ask the Ascended Master St. Francis to help us find our Life Purpose. He is best connected with outdoors. During his life he worked with animals and likes to remind us that much can be learned about our own nature through observing the natural world.




Our Sacred Stone for today is Quartz Crystal which protects us from negative energy while amplifying the positive energy that we generate. This is a powerful stone so be aware of what you are sending out. Or you can use Rose Quartz, to bring loving energy to the front.

This can be done with a smile, a word of encouragement, a healing touch or even as simple as giving someone a hug. What matters most is allowing yourself to shine and be a light for another. We never know what others are going through and sometimes all they need is a little loving light to bring peace and comfort. Let yourself shine for someone today!




Embrace the healing energy of Archangel Raphael. This enhances your personal healing abilities so that you are better equipped to help yourself and others when needed.
